Lipstick -MAC - Lustre Lipstick - Pretty Please

Im very fair and I love love love nude lips! I always do a heavier eye with nude lips so Im out to try out all the mac nudie colors. This is the second one Ive purchased Myth being the first which I love. The finish is a lustre which I wasnt sure on but I went with it anyways. I purchase my MAC online, its easier since the store is a three hour drive from here the major downfall to that is you cant REALLY know exactly what your getting and you cant test it out. I want to try all the finishes though and I have to say Lustre is not one of my favorites. The pink is gorgeous I love the light pink color but it highlights all the dry places on my lips and it looks bad. I guess thats the lustre part of it, if this color were a satin I think it might be better. Its a pretty color though Im going to try and keep my lips very moisturized when I wear it but I dont like it enough to buy it again. SO far Im loving the satin, hating the lustre. *EDIT* Ok I had to come back and edit this one. After using this lipstick for a few more days Im totally in love. I think its awesome, I have came around and I actually like the lustre finish a lot! I really really like the glossy feel it has to it. Ive even been using it more than my Myth lipstick which was my original favorite. So yeah its not that bad, Im loving it more and more!

Eye Shadow -MAC - Paradisco (Frost)

I was dissapointed with this one, it looked so pretty in the pan and in the quad. I just ordered the Pro Pan as I already have a Lucky Tom pan as well and there was no point in buying the whole quad. BUT it came off a lot more pink to me and I hate pink eyeshadow its just not me and it doesnt look right on me. This is great if you just want a light wash of color I imagine it would take a lot of time and effort to build up the intensity. Didnt like the color and poor pigmentation overall I wouldnt buy it again and its up for swap if anyone wants to try it Ive only swatched it a few times.

Lotions/ Creams -Avon - Naturals Vanilla Hand Cream

Ive always loved this hand cream and Im not a big lotion person at all. The only time I apply it is when my hands get so dry they start to irritate me. This is perfect for just that and you cant beat the price thats for sure! I love the scent its so wonderful and to me it kinda smells like marshmallows LoL. I didnt realize it till my fiance pointed it out he said "oh your wearing the marshmallow stuff again." Haha great product, Love it!

My aunt used to wear this when I was a child so it always makes me think of her when I smell it. I think she must have bathed in the stuff or either it must just be that loud when you wear it. I think its one of the worst perfumes ever I was actually very suprised to find so many people like it! Its just so heavy and loud and ew. Its not the scent for me..Id go without perfume for the rest of my life before Id wear this. But to each there own everyone is different espically when it comes to fragrance.

I had forgotten all about this perfume till I found this review! I love this stuff I thought it smelled soo good I miss it! I wonder if its possible to get it anymore? Very good scent, different from what Im used to but a very nice change. Great fragrance!

As someone else stated I really wanted to like the perfume but I just didnt. I thought it might grow on me..it didnt. The smell is just there..nothing special. I like a perfume that makes me feel happy or something a bit uplifting. The is just kind of blah. Doesnt last very long either..def not one of my favs from the Mark line.

I always thought the bottle was a bit cute LoL. But anways thats not why I buy it, I think it smells awesome Ive loved it ever since I first tried it. One of the few scents that I havent gotten sick of after wearing them for so long. It does smell very sweet I had never smelled anything like it. The smell makes me happy and makes me feel more girly its just uplifting to me. I do think its funny because its Britney Spears but oh well. Id like to try the other versions of this she has out theres one in a darker bottle and one in a reddish bottle as well I think. But yes its very sweet smelling and just so you know bees chase me when I wear it. SO be careful!

Powder -MAC - Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation

I love this stuff! Works very well goes on so smooth and has a nice matte finish. I use it over my studio fix fluid just for a bit of extra shine control. I apply it with my 129 (amazing brush) so its very sheer. I also like the fact that the shade I got matches my skin so well, sometimes its very hard for me to find the right shade, everything usually looks too dark for me. I have a hard time choosing between this and my clinique almost powder makeup because they are both amazing!

Love this! I picked it out as a highlight color on my first trip to MAC and I have to say I dont regret my decision. Very beautiful frosty shimmery white, amazing staying power!

Hair Color -Manic Panic - After Midnight Blue

My fiance dyed his hair with this and we've found it really hard to maintain the color. We picked up a tub of this and a manic panic bleach out kit from our sally beauty supply store. The bleach out kit worked well his hair faded to a lovely peroxide orange/white color. Then we did the blue, it came out more of a Kentucky Wildcats blue than a dark blue like the color looks in the jar. It stained our bathtub something awful I think I had to use nail polish remover and other random cleaners to get it off. The color washes out/fades more and more every day. Half of my pillowcases are now stained a nice shade of blue. Neither of us were very satisfied with this product. We tried dying it again and leaving it in for a much longer time than we did the first time around. Pretty much the same results, so yeah I think hes giving up and going back to brown sometime soon.

Treatments -Clean & Clear - Advantage Acne Spot Treatment

Ive used this in the past and I always had pretty good luck with it. This is really one of the only drugstore type acne treatments that has even worked at all for me. I really liked this stuff and I guess so did everyone else around here because the store was always sold out of it. Ive been thinking of repurchasing this because it works as far as I can remember and its a cheaper alternative to the more expensive high end treatments. I think the only problem I had with it was that it was a bit drying to my skin so make sure to apply it only on the spot and you might want to use a moisturizer afterwards.

Mascara -Maybelline - XXL volume+length microfiber mascara

I think this is a pretty decent mascara, Ive gone through several tubes of it in the past. My cousin turned me on to it and you really can use it to build your lashes up. I always ended up just using the dark side though and forgetting about the white. So I quit buying it just because if Im not going to use the primer theres no point in buying it. But I do say its a pretty decent product and at least worth a try. Maybelline usually makes pretty good mascara.

Eye Shadow -L'Oreal - HiP Bright Duo - Flamboyant #538

Purple is one of my favorite eyeshadow colors and the more bright and pigmented the better. I was really excited when I found this because the purple just looked gorgeous. I used it for awhile I applied it wet sometimes to help make the color bolder, not sure if its meant to be used wet but oh well. It does take time to apply because you do have to keep layering it to build it up which is annoying. I didnt really use the gold side I have like three or four of these comapcts where the purple side is all used and the gold side hasnt been touched. After awhile i noticed my eyes were watering really bad, so bad it was taking the eyeshadow off with it and my eyelids started to itch. This stuff started to break me out on my eyelids. Im not sure why but im positive it was this eyeshadow because I stopped using it and the itcy eyes went away. Started using it again, the next day..itchy watery eyes again. So yeah I loved this at first but now I cant use it at all so boo!

I decided to try this out because I loooved the original Instant Vacation, and I was rather dissapointed with this one. The bottle is cute and it does have a good smell to it but I think it kinda smells like pickles LoL! Im not joking I gave it to my mom and she thought it smelled like pickles to, my fiance also thought so. SO i KNOW it wasnt just me haha. So yeah didnt want to walk around smelling like a pickle so dont think Ill be re purchasing this one anytime soon.

Lipstick -mark - Fresh Kiss in Ice Princess

One of my favorite lipsticks of all time. I bought like 20 tubes of this stuff so Id have plenty of backups. I love light/nude lips and this is just a wonderful color. I also love the fact that it has the minty smell to it, its really refreshing. Gorgeous color and very cheap..great product!
