Ladies, this is the polish to try if you have short nails and always worry they are not "perfect" enough for polish. Just try it.It makes your nails ( any length) look great and ready for the holiday season.A bright shimmery red, a happy color to look at.

A BIG disappointment. Makes hair crispy and you cant comb or brush through it. I am going CG but have found less is more ie a co wash with Suave Coconut conditioner and leave it wet to dry is the best.Plop for 15 minutes to hold the curl pattern if you have time I mean, think about it, if you get great curls by the ocean in the summer ,whats there? Water and sea salt ( minerals) Curl Keeper was a big FLOP for me. Try a homemade sea salt spray or one with Epsom salts in it.

Top/Base Coats -Sally Hansen - Insta-Dri

Half way through my first bottle and loving how this top coat bonds to my nail polish and not only dries it faster but appears to stop chipping too.I have used it with success on NYC and China Glaze polish. I have used it on both wet and dry polish and it works well either way.( some said Seche Vite only works on wet polish ) It seems to sink in and bond to polish to strenghten it. HG for me. I

Agree with previous reviewer about how poor this mascara is and how it appears in tons of ads. This is a heavily promoted brand so we should be suspicious about celebrity endorsements ( probably paid for). Buyer beware.

To save anyone else from wasting their money, I am adding my voice to those dissatisfied consumers . i found this was a poor product, waxy and with very little coverage. I have thrown it out.

Eyeliner -Revlon - Colorstay Eyeliner

Took this on a 3 week cycling tour of France. It performed beyond my expectations. I would put it on in the am, bike 4 to 6 hours in the heat each day and it was still there when I would book into my hotel. I carried it in my pannier and through all the heat, it never melted once. It is a workhorse and one of the best eye liners I have ever used ( and I dont like much from Revlon). Any eye liner that can stay on under extreme circumstances will be fine for regular use.

Yiikes, I just dumped this in the trash can. Makes your eyes lids wrinkly and crepey looking. Doesnt blend. A terrible product, so beware.

LOVE this.Swipe it on lips AND cheeks for gorgeous sheer red colour. At under $2. CND, will grab a few for my purse, desk etc.

I bought this after seeing it demo'd by Emilynoel83 on Youtube. Its a great, cheap non shimmery bronzer and I use it for face and neck to bring a glow to my looks. i

Eye Shadow -Quo - Eye Shadows

I have had these quads for a couple of years now and they are fantastic.I keep coming back to them for day and night looks. They each have a non shimmery color ( no one over 35 should wear shimmer) so look natural but better and have great color pay off. The packaging is innovative too, a compact with a hinged inner plastic cover over the shadows, twice the protection for them. I just wish they would come out with new colors soon ( and lower the price)

I an Crazy in love with this polish , which I just bought in France. I bought 2 as I wasnt sure I could get it here. Just put it on, no base coat or top coat needed. Maybe thats the trick in getting it to last, as it is AMAZING. No chips, ever, after riding my bike for several days. It so shiny, even my husband commented on it( he usually never even notices stuff like this) Run, dont walk, to try this and forget gooping up your nails with base or top coat,It doesnt need it.

Mascara -Maybelline - Full 'N Soft Mascara Waterproof

I got the black. It works as promised to give you full, soft lashes, no clumps and you can play a bit with the brush to move and unstick any lashes before it sets up. BUT, its not a really dark black , so am disappointed with that. You loose that dramatic black look.Perhaps okay for those who use brown mascara.

My HG makeup remover. I love to wear eye makeup and this stuff is AMAZING. I have contacts and can wipe off all makeup, including eye makeup and waterproof mascara with no burning at all. A very light, foamy cleanser with zero residue. Far better than any specialized "eye" makeup remover, including the $$$$ ones from Lancome.

Brows -Wet 'n' Wild - Ultimate Brow Kit

I have been buying this kits for years and turned my friends on to it too. First, the fantastic tweezers that come with this kit are worth the price alone. Next the brow colour and wax work well together, giving the illusion of fuller, darker brows. A GREAT buy and wrorth twice the price but dont tell W&W.

I am not sure why I would not buy again. Like it on my toes, the big flat brush covers quickly and it dries well. Just too overpriced for the quality you get.Not super impressed.
