These are definately one of the most pigmented colors in the HIP duo line. The color on the left LOOKS like a pretty light blue, but it's not. It has decent pigmentation, but when I wore it over UDPP, within a few hours it looked as if it turned into more of a green-ish color. The navy blue color is very unpigmented, and you need multiple layers just for it to show up on the skin. Don't waste your money on this duo.
