it's probably a better idea to use bar soap on your hair than this crap haha
this is the only brow powder that doesn't look too orange for my brows. i looked all over walmart for a brow powder but couldn't find one. i finally picked up a pencil and was about to leave when i saw this little kit sitting there for $3! great quality for the price! tweezers are pretty good, the brush isn't bad, the browns are highly pigmented, and the wax does its job! not bad at all. i wish the packaging was a bit prettier but for $3 i won't complain

love this! i've been using it for years. cheap, lasts a long time, it's gentle and doesn't leave gross oily residue. it removes my waterproof mascara fine. i use it before washing my face. loooveee it!

LOVE THEM! $4 each and totally mac comparable. great pigmentation especially when you use a primer. they stay on for a long time, are smooth and there's a huge range of colours. i picked up silk which is a nice highlight color, baked clay which is a terracotta brown, and plum which is a rich deep purple. totally going back for more!

works great on my curly hair. keeps the curls but doesn't make them crunchy. i LOVE the smell! it smells like tangerines. and i got it on sale for $2 so can't beat that :P
Makeup Brushes -MAC - 266 Thin Small Angle (Synthetic hair)

I love this brush. i use it to apply the fluid line eyeliner and have been using it for 3 years now. it's a bit tricky to get used to, but once you know how to work the angle you can get thin or thick lines. it cleans easy and the bristles are good quality. i have two of these brushes, one i use for fluid line and one i use for shadow. (i use it to fill in my brows or to apply shadow to lash lines). the one i use for fluid line i've had for 3 years and it's still in great shape. you can hardly tell the difference between the 3 year old one and the 6 month old one.
mm i love this brush. great for the crease or blending. if i could have one brush to apply shadows with it would be this one. it's perfect! cleans nicely and doesn't shed.
Love it! picks up tons of shadow. firm enough that all the shadow doesn't soak into the bristles, and it distributes color nicely. easy to clean and looks great
i wish i could say i love this brush, but i don't. it sits in my brush holder un used because i get a better end result using my clean fingers to apply foundation. the brush always looks dirty no matter how much i clean it, and the bristles all stick together and separate. it soaks up my foundation and doesn't provide full coverage.
i don't find it scratchy at all like everyone has said and it works fine to apply powders for me. only complaint is the price, i think i could find a cheaper alternative pretty easily.
Highlighters -New York Color - Chroma Face Glow [DISCONTINUED]

The look of this is what lured me in. reminded me of mac skin finishes like everyone else has said. for $5 i thought why not. the dome is really really hard to open, i have to pry it open with my fingernails. it's a pretty color but very sheer. i wish the powder dome was softer, it's so hard that it's hard to get any on your brush. ive actually been rubbing my fingers in it and using that to apply it to my cheeks because the brush doesn't pick it up very well. overall a good product for the price.
It's an ok neutral color, but almost reminds me of something my mom would wear. i think it will come in handy for smokey eye looks where i want an understated lip, but its a bit too brown for me to love. it's quite moisturizing though, and was really cheap, so overall not a bad buy.
I'm a huge fan of red lipstick. my favorite blue based red is Mac's russian red. so i was pleasantly surprised when i found this lipstick for $3. it's a great alternative to russian red if you want a cheaper option. very creamy, pigmented and bold. it is messy, but that's to be expected with most red lipsticks. i would suggest using a liner with it.

I went looking for the jumbo eye shadow pencil in "milk" but they didn't have it so i got this one. it's VERY pigmented and pretty. it blends/smudges well and doesn't crease. great for highlights/inner corner or as a base. great quality for the price.

SO pretty! was on sale for $3 and i've heard great things about these so i picked up a few different colors. it looks really pretty under mac's tempting e/s. beautiful on its own or as a base for other shadows. makes my hazel eyes pop! very smooth, not greasy and doesn't crease on me.
