Cleansers -Aveeno - Ultra-Calming Foaming Cleanser

I wear a face full of makeup and this does an excellent job at removing every trace of makeup on my skin. I always use a moisturizer after any facial cleansers so I don't have issues with this cleanser being too dry for my skin. I hate the packaging, it dispenses a little messy.

Lipstick -Clinique - Butter Shine Lipstick - Delovely

This is a good color lipstick for me to wear with bold color blushes and eyeshadows. It's pinky, beige with a bit of shimmer. I have a hard time finding the right lipstick color because my lips are very small. I usually wear this lipstick with a little gloss in the middle, like MAC clear lipglass.

Eyeliner -Clinique - Quickliner for Eyes

I have quickliner for eyes in Slate. Slate is an off black color, dark grey color. Gives me a nice, smokey look when I use it lightly on my lower lids and use the sponge applicator at the end of the liner to smudge it out.

Blush -MAC - Sheertone Shimmer blush in Peachykeen

I like this color if my skin is lighter in the winter. Doesn't show up much on skin, but it very natural looking on my me like I'm wearing no blush. I would pair this blush with bold eyeshadows, otherwise it is too light on my skin.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Trax

Great color for a smokey eye look. When I first bought Trax, I didn't know what color to use it with so it always gave me a "bruised" look to my eyes, finally I hit the MAC counters and the lady recommended Yogurt as a base color. Yogurt is a matte shade and Trax is quite glittery so I would recommend using a matte shade next to Trax. I find Yogurt is a good color because it has a little pink in it to bring out the dark, burnt, purple in Trax. Together it gives me a nice, smokey look. I find thses two shades look dressy. I would wear it for night time or going out.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Freshwater (veluxe pearl)

Nice blue that brings out my dark brown eyes. I use this color across my whole lower lids along with Crystal Avalance in the corner of my eyes. This is a nice evening look, I wouldn't recommend this for a daytime, natural look because it looks too "dressy".

Eye Shadow -MAC - Satin Taupe

Very good color to apply at the crease for a smokey eye look. I pair it with Vanilla eyeshadow. I originally bought Vanilla as a browbone color to highlight, but I didn't like the color, so I pair it with Satin Taupe on my crease and Vanilla as a base color, it gives a nice, smokey eye look.

Great for an all over lid. I use this color all over my lids. I use Bamboo or Kid on the crease, add some mascara and eyeliner and I'm set. My eyebrows are pretty close to my eyes so I usually use 2 colors for my eyeshadows. This brightens my dark, brown eyes. I wish it wasn't too frosty and shimmery because it accentuates my wrinkles.

Blush -MAC - Melba

Great matte, peachy, coral shade on me. I use it very light handedly, otherwise I don't want to end up looking to orange/clown like. I use 1 - 2 dips in the pan with my MAC face powder brush and tap the excess blush away and only sweep the brush using circular motions on the apples of my cheeks to the hairline. I wear MAC NC 25 - 30 studio tech. I do notice the blush color changes to a darker tone toward the end of the day (after 7-8 hours of wearing the blush) but so does my MAC foundation, it changes color too. I guess all makeup does. This color gave my face a nice glow when applied in the morning. I use this blush color with a nude, or naturally shiny lip gloss, a little mascara, eyeliner and I'm off to go. I have a hard time finding the right blush color that gives me a nice glow because I have a round, baby face and small lips. If I use a blush that's too pink or red it makes my face look baby/doll like, but Melba is a nice peach/coral shade it makes my face looks more mature and elongates the shape of my round face (I used MAC Cubic, Mocha, and Pinch o' Peaches before and I didn't like any of them) So Hoooraay for Melba!
