Mascara -100 Percent Pure - Fruit Pigmented ultra lengthening mascara

I'm very picky about my mascara because my eyes are very picky and my eyelids are even picker. If I wear certain mascara's, my lashes literally start to fall out! And when something irritates me (be it eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara) I get eye mucus (yuk!) I tried the lash lengthener when it first came out (before it became all the rage) and ended up with an eyelid infection that has slightly altered the shape of my left eyelid permanently!! So I take all eye makeup very seriously. This mascara is working for me as a decent everyday mascara so far. I really like the scent. The color saturation is really nice. It does smudge so I couldn't wear it comfortably until I had my eyelashes clipped and shaped. Now that they're shorter (neater and less wild lashes), it wears better (so much for lengthening lol). I still don't wear it on my bottom lashes for fear of smudging. There is tendency for flaking after a few hours so I always comb them after application to remove excess product. Because of the smudging and fallout, I gave this product 4 stars. Otherwise, it would definitely be a 5. This would be a perfect mascara to give a young lady who's just venturing into wearing makeup IMO. EDIT: 3/10/10 This DOES NOT work well over my Jane Iredale lash conditioner. I guess it works best on clean lashes. The flaking and fall out was ridiculous.
Treatments (Eye) -100 Percent Pure - Coffee Bean Caffeine Eye Cream

Because of my finances becoming limited, I had to cut back on some of my beauty products. I've been in the process of trying out different eye creams for about 6 mths. I've been using PTR Power K for years. While I've been happy with the results, I was never happy with the price, and it did cause minor tearing for a few minutes. I received this eye cream as part of a 'try me' kit from QVC. I was more interested in the tinted moisturizer and the mascara. I didn't expect much from this eye cream. BOY WAS I WRONG! This is a really good eye cream that has lightened my dark under eye circles AND my dark eyelids. I have allergies and my eyes water constantly but this doesn't bother me in the least bit. The texture is creamy and thick and the smell is amazing. This soaks right in and hydrates my eyes nicely. My under eye circles are lighter and my eye area isn't dry and itchy. I wish there was more control over how much product comes out (sometimes too much comes out with one pump) but this is very minor.
I purchased this in 'honey' for $3 at Big lots. I figured that if it didn't work out, I wouldn't be that upset cause I only spent $3. This stuff really does last ALL.DAY.LONG. It is drying so I put some Burt's Bee's lip balm on first THEN I put this on. Once I top it off with the gloss, that's it! No more touch ups, no feathering, bleeding NADA!! I'm in desperate need for products that deliver and this delivers beautifully. I'm going to try a primer underneath, for my lip lines, to see if I can get a smoother finish. EDIT: I tried the primer and this product is still drying and uncomfortable feeling. Even when I take it off my lips are still hard.
This is a decent eye makeup remover for the price. It's not as good as my Mary Kay, but since I'm trying to cut back on expenses, I decided to give it a try. It takes a very long time to remove my eye makeup (Mally volumizing mascara and Mally 24/7 eye-liner). Even when letting it sit for awhile, I still must go over it 2 or 3 times to remove all traces. It takes a bit to remove my Almay TLC lip color too. I like the small bottle because it's easy to carry with me when needed. Unlike other reviewers, mines did not leak. It does leave an oily residue so a thorough washing is required afterwards which doesn't bother me. This was only $6 whereas my Mary Kay is 17.50 (shipping included). It's not the best, but it's definitely not the worst.
I purchased this for $3 so I really can't complain about the price. But this product isn't very good. The color (Indigo) is beautiful, but it doesn't last on my watery eyes. It smudges and leaves dark shadows under my eyes. I love the look when first applied. It's dark, even, and very attractive. But within 3 to 4 hours it's faded, sketchy in spots, and collects in the corner in my eyes which is very unattractive and makes me look tired. I'm glad it works for some people, but my skin is too oily and my eyes are prone to watering so this doesn't work for me.
Treatments -AMBI - Even and Clear Targeted Mark Minimizer

I purchased this in the oily/normal combination. It made my face break out in large, red, very sore bumps so I stopped using it immediately. I was also using it on my elbows. But considering I'm getting TCA peels on my elbows for darkness, and using Vicki Belo skin lightening soap to keep my body mark-free, I can't really tell if it's working. This product line works for my mom great! Her skin is beautiful. But it wasn't a good match for me.
Treatments -Unlisted Brand - Juice Organics - Antioxidant Serum

I suffer from multiple chemical sensitivity and must be careful with what I use. Unfortunately, I've been really sick lately and have discovered that some of my HG items that I couldn't live without were actually doing major damage. I won't name them for legal reasons, but my HG serum, which I'd promised I wouldn't give up, had to go. Needless to say, I've been looking for something to replace it that might give me adequate results. I wasn't expecting much luck. To my surprise, this product is working very well! I purchased it as part of a travel kit on sale and it had been sitting in my 'swap box' for awhile. I'm so glad I didn't swap it out yet! I can't believe the fantastic results I'm seeing. My skin is brighter, my pores tighter, and my discolorations lightening. It doesn't clear breakouts like my other serum did but it does decrease their size a little. I'm also not noticing the same firmness as quickly as I did with my other serum. I'm hoping that will change with continued use. I will report back in about a month to update my review. So far, this is a great product!! EDIT: This doesn't work as well as I need it. It's an ok product for the price I paid (5.99 at Marshall's), but I won't purchase this again.
This is the best mascara I've ever used! Seriously, it is. It makes my lashes extra dark, lush, and thick looking. During the day, I don't use eyeliner because the mascara is enough. And to get the two tubes for the price of one really good YSL is a bargain. Mally hit it otta' the park with this one. I'd advise using a lash comb (tweezerman is the best) with this, especially if you're one who likes to build up your lashes. It can get kinda' clumpy looking otherwise. EDIT: I'm beginning to notice eye irritation from this (my second tube, just opened it a week ago). I'm beginning to get the eye mucus I normally get when a mascara or eye makeup has something in it that irritates me. I'm also beginning to lose lashes, which I don't normally do. This is a really good mascara so I'll finish out this tube buy using it over my Jane Iredale lash conditioner. After it's finished, I won't repurchase. 'Full & Soft' works just as well as this. I thought I could cut my makeup cost (eliminate lash conditioner) but I can't :(
This is a very difficult mascara to apply. My lashes are already somewhat long and thick, so I need to be careful with mascara so I don't look too made up. This made my lashes look nice...not too much product on my lashes. It require combing with a lash comb because the brush can be difficult to operate. The shorter end is good for applying mascara to the bottom lashes though.
Skincare - Face -Unlisted Brand - Belo Essentials Whitening Lotion

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!! This works great on elbows, knees, neck, AND is gentle enough for to use on my face. I haven't experienced any adverse effects, which is good cause I'm very sensitive to chemicals.
Cleansers -Unlisted Brand - Belo Essentials Face Wash
micdeajones 7/20/2009 4:29:00 PM
This is a really nice, delicate face wash that I've used for about 4 months. It really helps with hyperpigmentation and darkening around the mouth, nose, and chin area. When used with the Belo Essentials lotion, I noticed results immediately.
Eye Shadow -Mally Beauty - Eyelift Shadow Duo & Applicator
micdeajones 7/17/2009 5:23:00 PM
I was skeptical that this would work, but when applied like instructed, it gave me good results. My eyes did look more open and alert. The ball applicator is kinda tricky but once you've gotten the hang of it, things become easier. I'd advise not putting too much of the darker color on because it has a tendency to crease after extended wear. Otherwise, this is a good duo.
Eyeliner -Mally Beauty - Waterproof Evercolor Starlight eyeliners
micdeajones 7/17/2009 5:05:00 PM
I really love these eyeliners. I initially tried them over my UDPP and they didn't adhere so well. After reading the ingredients, I realized that these are best applied to bare, clean skin...IT WORKED! They adhered perfectly. I applied the white setting powder from my 24/7 eyelining system as added insurance. I'm very please with the results thus far. They go on smooth, don't fade, color saturation is very good, and don't irritate my eyes. I'm IN LOVE with the Teal color. I consider this a good price for 3 eyeliners. I will definitely purchase these again. EDIT: I'm not sure why, but these aren't working as well as they did initially. There is smudging and fading. They do go on very smooth, but they don't last as well as they use to. Go figure......
I love liquid liner in a pen. I figured this one would be as good as any. Unfortunately, it fades after a while. It also irritates my eyes. I found myself having alot of eye mucus (yuk) throughout the day which obstructed my vision. I'll stick with Jane Iredales Liquid liner.
Eyeliner -Revlon - Colorstay Eyeliner in BlackBrown
micdeajones 7/16/2009 4:24:00 AM
This is a good eyeliner, especially for the price. But it does tend to smudge so it's not perfect.
