I use this in the winter when my skin feels dry, and in the summer if I've been out in the heat too long and need a cooling mask. It also works nicely to take the heat out of a sunburn and smells pretty.
This is a bit too harsh for my face but makes an EXCELLENT body scrub. I mix it with whatever liquid soap I have and it does a wonderful job.
Love this mask. It smells a lot like a cucumber mask that mark had a couple years back that was discontinued---I believe this is the same one. Anyway, it is gentle enough to use all over my face but does wonders on my t-zone. I usually leave it on for about 5 minutes but have left in on 10 minutes and had no problems.
I love, love, LOVE this product. It polishes just enough but doesn't rub my face raw. It smells quite lovely and doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
Gels/Soaps -Unlisted Brand - Kirk's Original Coco Castile Soap

This is one of the best all around products I've ever found. I make sure to pack a bar of the soap whenever I travel because I can use it on my face, all over my body and yes, to wash lingerie out! It's very mild, suds up nicely and rinses with no residue left behind. Good stuff!
Polishes -Sally Hansen - Insta-Dri Nailpolish Colors

The only thing I have to complain about is that the brush comes apart from the lid too easy. Other than that, these polishes go on smoothly, dry in a snap and stay on till you take the color off.
Polishes -Sally Hansen - Complete Salon Manicure - Pat on the Black
magpiesparkle 6/18/2010 12:24:00 PM
LOVE this shade and that I don't need separate products. Dries nice and quick with a deep black that usually takes 4-5 coats to achieve with other nail polishes. The brush makes it very easy to apply a smooth coat. The only thing that I took one lippy off for was that the brush comes apart from the handle if you're not careful. A quick wipe with nail polish remover around the rim of the bottle seems to help.
I wasn't at all impressed by this product. While the application was a breeze, the nail treatment chipped and didn't stay on very well [and I made sure to prep my nails thoroughly beforehand]. I really wanted to like this but alas, it's not to be.
Lip Gloss -Hard Candy - Button Your Lip Ultra Wet Lip Gloss in Flirt
magpiesparkle 6/18/2010 12:21:00 PM
A little bit on the sticky side but oh, I love this gloss! If you blot your lips a little, it tones down to a gorgeous bluey-pink shade. If you leave it be, it's a wild blue-pink with a bit of purple that's glossy and stays put. I'm so happy Wal-Mart is finally carrying the HC line, no more ordering it online and waiting forever.
Hair Color -Unlisted Brand - N'Rage Blue-Black Hair Dye
magpiesparkle 6/18/2010 12:14:00 PM
This hair dye has to be the worst I've ever used. Not only did it not add any highlights to my black hair, it didn't even cover up the new growth which is peeking through. It stained like crazy even though I was careful to put petroleum jelly around my hairline, and had an off smell to it. If you're looking for a good "wild color" hair dye, this isn't it. Stick to Manic Panic or Punky Colors.
I love these as part of my foot care routine. After using a scrub and foot file, I use these before applying a lotion and they make my feet feel wonderful! Also use them in between pedicures to keep my feet happy.
Scrubs -Avon - Foot Works Thermal Exfoliating Scrub

Like other reviewers, my main gripe with this product is it is almost impossible to get out of the tube. I do like how it makes my feet feel, so I just cut the tube open and put the scrub in a small container with a tight-fitting lid.
Cleansers -mark - Make It Go Away Makeup Removing Wipes

Really like these makeup remover wipes. They take off all the gunk on my face without overdrying, don't make my eyes sting and leave my skin soft. A bit pricey but for what they do, I'll gladly pay the $$.
This mascara worked better over another mascara than on its own. I put a couple coats over a thinner mascara and it looked very, very good. Probably won't buy again as I got it on sale at Walgreen's and can't see paying $$ for something that doesn't work that well.
I used this for a couple years and for some dumb reason, quit using it. After trying to find a foundation that stayed on my skin all day without settling into my pores or plain vanishing an hour or so after I put it on, I went back to my old reliable. I'm using the Sofflex formula in 150 Buff, Combo/Oily Skin. It looks very good on my very pale skin, doesn't feel heavy, and looks quite natural. I really like this product and unless Revlon stops making it, I'll keep using it.
