Fragrances -Estee Lauder - Pleasures Intense

I like this upon first spray. But later when it has time to develop there is a note of this that I just dont care for. Its sort of boring at that point. I prefer the original Pleasures to this. This is not the original Pleasures made stronger as the name would imply. It is its own fragrance with its own notes entirely. I would say try it on your skin and see how you feel about it.

I wore this some years ago when I seemed to be into more vanilla based scents. I think its very pretty. I know it has a berry note in there somewhere too but it comes across very warm. It has decent lasting power for a body splash. More staying power than alot of the EDP's out there. I would say give this one a try. Its more complex than the Vanilla Lace. But its along the same lines.

I dont care for fruity smells and I personally would not want to smell like an apple. No offense to those of you that like it. Its just not my thing.

This is a very pleasant light floral scent. While I wouldnt wear it myself. I think its lovely. Would make a nice gift or a scent for a younger girl to try out. I would call it a safe floral scent. Not too complicated not too heady or sweet.

I like this intially when it first came out. I was given a bottle of it by my husbands aunt who purchased at the duty free in Ireland years later. I so wanted to love it because it was given to me by such a wonderful lady. But this comes across too spicy or something on me. I dont know exactly what note it is that doesnt work for me. But its there and it doesnt work for me.

Yet another one that I wanted to love. While I totally think its such a pretty scent it just doesnt come across very well on me. I think the mimosa note just is too much for me. I love the packaging. Its so pretty. I would say try it.

While I do think this is a pretty scent. I think it is very dependent on its wearer. On me it was just average. I know for some its just wonderful. I would say give it a try if you like the way it smells. Wear it for a while to see how it reacts to you.

I wanted to love this classic. I just had to try it to see what it was all about for all these years. Unfortunately I cant wear this one at all. Its just way too heady for me. Totally headache inducing for me. I would say give it a try. I do get alot of rose from this one.

I wanted to like this one but its way to straight up floral for me. On me its just not very pretty at all. I know that some ladies swear by this one. I suppose its all in the chemistry. But this one is a no go for me. I do think its a bit dated to some people also.

Despite some reviews that rave about how special this is. I just really dont like this fragrance at all. On me it was way to cloying and heavy. I really dont care for this one at all. I didnt notice any of its legendary notes at all.

Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - Cucumber Melon Body Spray

I only like this scent for a bath gel or soap. I dont care for as a fragrance at all. Its just too fruity. Not the way I would want to smell. I know that varies person to person so if you like fruit scents check this out. Its pleasant enough and comes across cool and fresh.

I did love the smell of this. It was very easy to wear. However, it only lasts an instant on me. I just would never purchase this one due to that. I think the bottle is very pretty. I did expect more from this as it is from a very fine fragrance house.

Fragrances -Christian Dior - Poison

I am 41 and remember when this fragrance was launched in the 80's. It was a huge deal the day it came out. I loved it back then, Its name and packaging were so unique for its time. I would never consider wearing it now. Its just too much for me at this time. I think it would however work for some people possibly as an evening scent.

This fragrance just would never work for me. Its way to earthy and grassy in my opinion. I realize its a classic and I think its wonderful that its still around for those who love it. Its just not my type of thing. I will say I really like that Estee Lauder doesnt mess around with its bottles once they make them. They keep the designs the way they were. That being said I think they should make new bottles for new scents. I hate that all the spinoffs of "Beautiful" have the same bottles and name for that matter. The same for the whole "Pleasures" thing. I give Lauder credit for keeping most of the fragrances they have made still available.

I really just dont care for this at all. It comes across as another fruity scent to me. I get a grapefruit note from this one. Its just not something I would care for. I would say try it and see for yourself.
