Mascara -L'Oreal - Voluminous mascara

Honestly, this would be one of the top five worst mascaras that I've ever used. I bought this off of a friends reccomendation, and I figured that L'Oreal is a pretty good drugstore brand, so I went ahead and bought it. First off, for a drugstore brand, it's pretty pricey. I figured this just meant it was worth the cost.. NOT. Also, the wand is disgusting. There are visible clumps on the wand the second you take it out of the tube. It requires soo much extra time to remove them, that it's already not worth it. Then, you put it on, and it takes forever to dry, and clumps. You have to be really careful with it, so if you've got tons of time and patience, I guess this would be okay for you. I've tried MUCH better brands- don't buy this. Save your money!

Mascara -Cover Girl - Lash Blast

I've tried dozens of mascaras, and this is by far my favorite. I think it beats anything I've ever bought from MAC or Sephora. I've already got long lashes, and this just makes them even better! I always buy it in the blackest shade, and it works wonders, making my lashes look thick and full. This mascara comes off easily with soap and water, but stays on your lashes all day. It's a major plus when you're out for hours at a time. The price isn't bad, either. Usually you can even catch it on sale, which is nice. Huge bonus for someone on a highschoolers budget like myself. (:
