I I don’t know if I should classify this as a lip gloss. I can barely see the colour on my lips no matter how much I applied. The texture is very sticky and it doesn’t last long. Given one of the ingredients contain 10% of shea butter but I don’t really feel the nourishing benefit, therefore I can’t really classify this as a lip balm. Overall, I am disappointed with the product.

Masks -Jurlique - Intense Recovery Mask

This is an interesting mask. At first, I thought it is a hydrating mask but after using it in the last few weeks, I believe this is a hydrating mask with purify effect because one of the ingredient is green clay. There was once I had a few small pimples on my face, after using this mark, all of them had dried up overnight without the drying effect. At the same time, it had kept my skin soft and brightens up my skin tone. This mask is perfect for combination skin given you want to balance the different area of the face. I could love to repurchase this again but it is very pricey.

Mascara -Lancome - Cils Booster

I love this mascara base. I first got my hand on this when I had my makeup done at Lancome after seeing the effect had been made to my lashes. So I decided to buy this for a try and had been using this for the last few months. It had definitely lengthened my lashes and boost up the volume. Love the new look on my lashes and cannot live without it.

Skincare - Body -Kiehls - Grapefruit Delux Hand & Body Lotion

I found this lotion is too light for winter use and does not keep my body moist and supply. I also have doubt using this as a hand lotion given it is a very light texture. The grapefruit scent is not what I expected as it doesn’t have that refreshing scent.

Gels/Soaps -Kiehls - Grapefruit Bath and Shower Liquid Body Cleanser

I am not a big fan of this grapefruit shower gel/liquid. Firstly, it doesn't have that refreshing grapefruit scent as I expected. It's rather subtle. Secondly, the texture of the product is very thin and runny, therefore I found it hard to foam up with my hands before applying to my body. However, it is a gentle cleanser.

Toners -Cle de Peau - Gentle Balancing Lotion (lotion tendre)

After using this for the last few weeks, I have noticed no difference in my skin at all. The texture is thicker than usual toner. It doesn't clog my skin. However, does this worth the price tag?

Moisturizers -Cle de Peau - Refreshing Protective Emulsion

I've been using this over the last two weeks. I found it not moisturizing enough for my combination skin. There was occasion I applied double dosage as I felt my face was tight and dry after the first usage. I think this is more suitable for oily skin type.

I've been using this in the last two weeks and didn't like it at all. It isn't moisturizing enough for my combination skin. Also, it didn't do anything to my skin. Not worth the high price tag.

Polishes -OPI - Louvre Me Louvre Me Not

I am a big fan of purple nail polish but I am a little disappointed with this shade. It takes two thick coats to bring out the purple, otherwise it is more a berry-plum colour. There is a hint of pink purple micro sparkles which doesn't really stand out (you can hardly see the sparkles unless looking at it closely).

Polishes -MAC - On The Prowl Hello Kitty Collection

This is my very first nail polish by MAC and I brought this because the collaboration with Hello Kitty. I had used a number of times and I always get rave on how nice the colour on me. It is such a unique colour and excellent for all occasion. I am also very impressed how long it last on my nails with just two coats (no top coat). I will definitely consider purchasing other MAC nail polish.

I really love this colour. It is excellent for the fall/winter time. Unfortunately, it didn't really suit me with the matte texture. I am thinking whether this is because I am not used to the matte texture. I will give it another try before say no to this because it's such a beautiful colour.

I've started using this in the last month as the weather is getting cooler and dryer, so I was looking something that can provide hydration throughout the cold season. However, this moisturizer was not hydrated enough even though Hong Kong is not a very dry place and I don't have dry skin. My cheek felt tight after use in especially when I am inside an air conditioned place. A little disappointed with this as I always felt Vichy is well known on their Aqualia Thermal range.

Styling Products -L'Oreal - Excellence Smooth Control Hair Serum

I believe this is an exclusive product for Japan/HK market. I am so disappointed with this as it is one of the worst hair serum I've ever used comparing to other brands that I used such as Matrix, Aveda, Loreal Elvive etc. When I brought this, I was expected to be something similar to Loreal Elvive serum but more for Asian hair. The texture is very light and runny. More importantly, it doesn't do anything to the hair. My hair is just as fizzy before and after use. All it does was making my hair feel more smoother. I think this is more suitable to normal hair rather than fizzy & naturally curly hair type.

Styling Products -Matrix - Biolage Smoothing Serum [DISCONTINUED]

I found this product works better with damp hair than dry hair. It works great to calm my fizzy hair and add a bit shine to it without being too oily. The texture is just right as I found some other are too runny. However, when I use it on my dry hair, it doesn't do anything at all.

Cleansers -Cle de Peau - Refreshing Cleansing Foam

I've had used a number of foam cleanser but found this one very different. Firstly, a little amount goes a long way and it foams up very easily. Secondly, it is a gentle cleanser which doesn't strip away your natural moist. No drying or tight feeling after use. Thirdly, it is a very creamy texture and easy to use. I do love this cleanser as everyday use but it comes with a high price tag which I am not sure if I will re-purchase it.
