Fragrances -Stella McCartney - Stella- Eau de Parfum

When I first smell it on a spray card, I liked it. But when I first sniffed it on my skin, I didn't find it as nice as on the card. However, the more often I wear it, the more I love it. It's a very feminine, romantic scent which reminds me of love and bliss. Very sweet but not in a head-ache-inducing way. I never thought that I could be a rose person since I usually prefer more fruity, citrusy, green and fresh scent. It is quite surprising when I found myself absolutely love this wonderful fragrance. p.s. I also tried the Rose Absolu on my skin, but this one was too woodsy for me, not as sweet and romantic as the Stella.
Moisturizers -Christian Dior - HydrAction Deep Hydration Sorbet Creme

I love the feel of this creme. It's moisturizing enough for my normal skin without being too greasy. It's quickly absorbed and left my skin super soft. The packaging is beautiful though I still prefer tubes or pumps for hygiene reasons. It doesn't have SPF, but if you use a foundation with enough uv protection, it would not be a big deal. Love it!
Eye Shadow -Shiseido - Hydro-Powder Eye Shadow in H2 / Whitelights

Love it! It's such a beautiful color on me. I have olive skin and black eyes. The color really stands out without being too harsh. Did not crease and stays put all day long. I love to use it on its own, and team with a thick eyeliner to achieve and simple yet stunning look. It really brightens my face and kinda makes me look more awake. You can use either your fingertips to smooth it over the lids or use a sponge to achieve a more precise and defined look.
Not a bad fragrance, but just not my cup of tea. A bit too sweet and powdery. It's got vanilla, passionfruit flower and vetiver. I ususally like the warmth of vanilla, but this one just doesn't appeal to me at all.
One word:headache.End of the story. It's just too sweet. Seriously, it makes me want to vomit. Adore the packaging though.
Moisturizers -Shiseido - The Skincare - Day Protective Moisturizer SPF 15

It is a really great day time moisturizer for normal/slightly dry skin. I can't use the Day essential moisturizer of The Skincare line because of the chemical sunscreen. But this one is so gentle as it's got physical sunblock. It leaves my skin dewy smooth and ready for makeup. However, it may be slightly heavy for summer. But for other 3 seasons, it's the best! Love the calming fragrance as well!
It's such a lovely cleanser that even removes non-waterproof eye shadow and mascara with ease. However, you do need a special eye makeup remover for waterproof mascara. It's so convenient and great for travel! Ideal for a late night out, when I can barely stand on my feet. I wipe my face twice with this cleanser to make sure that everything comes off. However, I think it's better to alternate it with a rinse off cleanser now and then. Will buy again, especially for travelling!
Foundations -Shiseido - The Makeup Cream Foundation
g_82 3/18/2006 3:42:00 AM
This is a nice cream foundation for normal/dry skin. I have in I40 and it's really a great neutral color. It gives medium coverage and blends like dream (I hate to rub my face too hard to spread my foundation0! It also got spf15, which is not high but better than none. The only con is the packaging. Although they do provide a spatula, I still prefer a pump bottle as it's more sanitary and more convenient. Anyway, for the quality of this lovely foundation, it's not a big deal.
Simply the best! I've used several eyelash curlers and this beats others hands down! Curls every of my lashes without pinch the eye lid. You can achieve a more dramatic look if you curl the root part first and then curl the tip part. You can also get a more natural look by just curling the tip of your lashes. And the curve is so smooth,i.e. no "kinks"! Now I can even skip the curling mascara!!
Moisturizers -Shiseido - The Skincare Night Essential Moisturizer
g_82 3/18/2006 3:25:00 AM
This is a decent night moisturizer for my normal skin, especially during warm seasons since it's absorbed instantly and not heavy at all. The scent is really calming as well. There is nothing too special about it, it just makes my skin feel...er... normal. My skin can get upset easily so "being normal" is exact what I want. I may need the enriched version for winter though.
Blush -Shiseido - Accentuating Color Stick in Rouge
g_82 3/2/2006 2:59:00 AM
This is a new product from Shiseido. There are four colors for you to choose. The rouge is a gorgeous rosy red. I know many pale girls love the peach stick since this rouge color can be a bit too bright on their skin. I have tanned skin, so the rouge color looks gorgeous on me while the peach one doesn't show up as well as the rouge. The texture is really lovely - creamy, easy to blend, soft to the touch. The price is quite reasonable as well!
Cleansers -Shiseido - The Skincare Extra Gentle Cleansing Foam
g_82 2/26/2006 8:24:00 PM
It foams up really well and cleanses thoroughly. The foam is very creamy. However, like most other foaming cleansers, it left my skin a bit too tight for my liking. I prefer creamier cleanser which does not dry out my skin. Anyway, this is a nice cleanser for combo/normal skin and those who love to feel squeaky clean.
It has a lovely finish-very natural, even skin tone. The smell is green and fresh as well. I'd love it more if it didn't give me ichy bumps every time I used it! Guess it blocked my pores. What a shame since I really like the color and texture of it!
Absolutely gorgeous! Sweet, floral, feminine and oh so romantic. It reminds me of the feeling of being in love.
The bottle is wordlessly beautiful! So delicate! It sells very well among Asian girs because we prefer light, fruity scent. However, I don't like it since I can't distinguish the smell of this fragrance and a glass of passionfruit juice. Why would I shell out $$ on a glass of passionfruit juice?
