As I got older, I developed a very oily t-zone(my skin is dry everywhere else) and my usual cleanser wasn't quite up to handling it. I decided to try this soap after I read it was recommended for oily skin. I usually don't get pimples but after using this on my t-zone, I would at least get a couple, which is a rare occurence for me. We are talking about deep and swollen kind. I was not happy. Since this is the only thing I changed in my skin care routine, I stopped washing my face with it(after using it for about a month). Bingo, no more pimples. Not sure what to say other than even if it doesn't break you out, doesn't mean that everyone is going to have the same experince. Try and see if it works for you. As another reviewer, I ended up using Dove soap on my oily areas and it works pretty well and never breaks me out.

Notes: citrus, apple and green floral notes, mixed with heart notes of peony, jasmine and freesia, on the basis of sandalwood, musk and amber. I tried it at the BEBE store and thought it was very nice fresh fruity fragrance. My favorite fruity scent so far has been Be Delicious, I went through several bottles of this in the past but I was all out and wanted to try something different. On the whim, I got a rollerball of Sheer Bebe and kind of regrett it. I think I liked Sheer Bebe because it has a notes of peony and apple which are some of my favorites, so actually combination reminded me of sort of a cross between Bombshell from VS and Be Delicious by DKNY. Very fresh fruity scent with distict note of peony. However, lasting power blows. It barely lasts an hour and it doesn't project well at all, its pretty much a skin scent on me. I noticed another reviewer mentioned the same thing and I guess if you are looking for light unoffensive scent, this maybe up your alley. However, in my opinion, Be Delicious is superior to this so once I use my rollerball, I won't repurchase again. I prefer scents with more lasting power.

Fragrances -Bodycology - Body Mist in Cherry Blossom

I own this in body cream, body spray and edt-I do like this for indecisive days when I just can't think which perfume to wear. This is very soft feminine sweet scent with some warmth and hint of power. If someone took Japanese Cherry Blossom from BBW, diluted it within an inch of its life, you will get Bodycology Cherry Blossom. Its not a must have for me but its very nice and unoffensive scent. If you think that Japanese Cherry Blossom is too "mature", try this.

Fragrances -Pacifica - Lilac

When I was growing up, there was a lilac bush in our backyard and every spring when it bloomed, that whole area smelled so wonderful. We always sniped few flowers to put inside our home and just the scent of it brings back memories of my childhood. I always wished that I could find the scent that captures the true beauty of lilacs and this is it. It smells just like fresh flower. I bought lotion as well as edt and its absolutely lovely! HG! It definately doesn't smell like roses(as one of the reviewers said)-I smelled plenty of roses as well as rose fragrances and it doesn't even come close

Eye Shadow -Wet 'n' Wild - 8-pan Palette "Comfort Zone"

At the moment this is one of my favorite palettes from WnW. I can see this looking gorgeous on the ladies with green/hazel eyes. Unfortunately, I have blue eyes but its still looks good on me. The shades are very accurate shown in the pics here-there is brown side and green side. Brown side leans towards warm but I can still get away with it(I’m cool PPP). The only shade I don’t care for is the palest one-its yellowish beige which looks rather chalky, imo. The rest as follows: medium pigmented peach, golden brown and chocolate brown that is VERY pigmented, you only need a little dab for daytime look. The green side is my favorite, it includes greenish taupe(very unique color, great for light eyes), medium olive green, blackish olive green(which looks almost black on the eyes) and the most unique color of the bunch, what looks like reddish brown but it throws off a greenish metallic tinge, very cool. You can do either natural daytime look, or do fabulous smoky eyes with this. I’m seriously thinking of getting a backup if I can find it because the green side is not really dupable(at least I wasn’t able to find it yet)

Notes: Top notes are black currant and italian mandarin; middle notes are orris, orange blossom, indian jasmine, damask rose, violet leaf, ylang-ylang and lily-of-the-valley; base notes are sandalwood, amber, vanilla and vetiver. I first started wearing this scent when i was 23. I smelled it on my friend and asked her what it was. Mind you, she used to bathe in it which is definately not a good idea because i could smell her from several feet away. When used lightly, this is rich spicy floral that is very elegant and classy. There is light mandarin note in the opening but its very fleeing-to me, this scent is dominated by orange blossom and rose. Thanks to vetyver, there is spicy warm drydown that has a bit of masculine feel to it but yet its a very feminine fragrance. Its rather potent so one or two sprays will last for several hours easy. I just purchased a bottle again and unfortunately, i had to get it at the Tiffany store because noone carries it anymore. Smelling it brings back happy memories for me:) I would put this scent in the same category as Beautiful, Vera Wang, Rare Gold, or new Lady Million. Mind you, i think that Tiffany is more spicy and full bodied that all of the fragrances that i listed, with superior lasting power. If you want a truly memorable scent-try Tiffany

When it comes to this line, I like every single one of their fragrances. Every single one of the scents is unique, fairly long lasting and has great silage. Notes: gardenia, and white rosebuds in the top. The middle notes introduce blue lily, hyacinth, and black pepper, while the base unifies seringa, musk and woodsy notes. Now for the Goddess-I would classify it as fresh floral with woodsy notes. I love gardenia when it’s done right and not cloying and suffocating and here is lovely fresh flower with notes of rose. I do get pepper note but only on the first spray. Its soon disappears and you are left with fresh white floral. Its fresh, sweet and unique-I haven’t smelled anything even remotely similar before. Bottle is gorgeous and lasting power is good. On my skin, it lasted at least 4 hours and light florals do not last long on me. I also sampled the lotion and smell is intoxicating-fresh, sweet and just yummy

Notes: violet, banana leaf, tuberose, pepper, magnolia, incense, vanilla, sandalwood, myrrh This was a blind buy for me and I purchased a miny size to make sure I even liked this. What a mistake, I should have gotten a larger bottle! Wow, this is so lovely. I don’t understand where is the “average floral” that so many others are describing because this scent is nothing but average. Best way to classify this is an aquatic floral. Looking at the notes, I didn’t think that this was anything to write home about but when I read some of the reviews online, one got me intrigued. Reviewer said that this fragrance is like walking through enchanted forest, at dusk, and smelling all the flowers and leaves. This is an excellent description of this scent. Instead of Halloween, it should have been called Twilight. I smell the watery flowers and leaves(no pepper though) and there is a little bit of incense on the drydown to give it a sort of a smoky feeling. I think this is a very unique scent and I haven’t smelled anything to even remotely similar to it before. Lasting power is ok-this is not a loud scent so it will linger on your skin softly for several hours before gently fading away. I have to say that nothing whatsoever about this scent reminds me of Halloween-not the bottle, color or scent itself. Twilight or Fairy Dust(I think Paris Hilton has scent with this name, lol!) would have been entirely appropriate. I’m about to buy a bigger bottle because this scent is truly enchanting!

Notes: juicy notes of tangerine, passion fruit and apricot blossom. The heart is ruled by floral notes of frangipani, jasmine and tiger orchid, laid on the sensual base of vanilla, sandalwood and musk. I bought this because I loved Dare Me and when I saw this at Walmart, I couldn't resist. This was a blind buy as Walmart has most of their perfumes in these hard plastic shells that will take a nuclear explosion to open but I figured, how bad can this be? This is COMPLETELY different from Dare Me. Dare Me is very coconutty with subtle floral notes perfume. This one is sweet too but in a very different way. I get a note of passionfruit when I first spray it-mind you, I love the passionfruit so its all good. Frangipani is definately present in this fragrance, it gives it a very sweet, delicate and creamy feel and then the heart opens up with jasmin note which in my opinion, makes it more floral. I couldn't smell musk here but it does dry down to soft fruity vanilla scent. After I thought about it for a while I realized what it reminded me of-Vanilla Passionfruit by Lavanilla which I also own. It is not exactly the same but Vanilla Passionfruit has the same strong passionfruit note so if you own Lavanilla, I wouldn't buy Love Me because its very simular. None the less, I think its a nice scent and suitable for both day and evening.

Fragrances -Paris Hilton - Tease

Notes from Fragrantica: apple, peach, bergamot, jasmine, tuberose, blond wood, hot sand accord, amber. I like lot of Paris Hilton frags so i wanted to try this thinking it would be sexy oriental. Nope. This is sweet floral that is quite tame. Despite PH wearing Marily Monroe's get up, I can assure you that i can't picture Marilyn wearing this(as another reviwer said). As soon as i smelled it, i was sure there was gardenia/tuberose in it. These two i have love/hate relationship with and in this case, while its not hate, I won't give it any love either. Tuberose here smells rather sweet and not like real tuberose but if someone took real flower and made it into floral soap. I do smell a bit of an apple in the beginning but it fades really fast and you are left with soapy tuberose/jasmine scent. Hot sand accord is clearly not going to be my favorite because i'm pretty sure that its what accounts for rather odd almost stale like note that comes out on the drydown. Bottle is very pretty but i'm dissapointed with this scent. I was expecting something better than this. And FYI, if you owned now discountinued, Enchanted Orchid from BBW, this is its clone. I still have small body spray left with Enchanted Orchid and i can hardly tell them apart.

Fragrances -Estee Lauder - Wild Elixir

wow, i can't believe the rating is this low for this scent! I sampled it yesterday and its lovely. Notes from Fragrantica: Mandarin, Marigold, Purple Freesia and Violet Leaves create a dazzling, multi-sensorial first impression. The heart is a wild expression of flowers across a spectrum of colors and scents. Wild Gardenia, Pink Muguet, Blue Jasmine and Dewy Waterlily form a multi-faceted, airy bouquet around a signature of Genet Flower, an incandescent mimosa-honey scented flower. At the end, captivating Orris, Amberwood, Musk and Sandalwood are woven together to create a drydown of smooth, sultry sensuality this is like walking through the garden full of fresh flowers. Its completely unlike Pleasures which i never cared for-Wild Elixir actually smells like real fresh flowers. I don't smell mandarin at all, for me the it all blends into fresh gardenia, freesia and water lily. There is little musk coming through on the drydown but that's it. I think anytime there is gardenia in the floral fragrance, it usually overpowers all and Wild Elixir is no different. I was wearing Marc Jacobs today and Wild Elixir smells very, very simular. No, its not totally the same but there is the same almost aquatic feel to it, and while MJ smells completely and entirely of gardenia and tuberose, in WE i do smell a bit more of a variety of florals. None the same, its very close. I already own MJ so i won't be getting WE even though i was tempted. It a very nice fresh floral that smells like spring walk in the beautiful floral garden. I have to compliment EL for creating such a nice fragrance which doesn't smell like anything else this line has. Unfortunately, lasting power is not the greatest. I get less then 2 hours out of it Bottle is lovely and i actually like it a lot more than MJ bottle which i always thought was too plain and akward shape. I disagree with the previous reviewer that this is fruity. While mandarin is in the notes, there is nothing whatsoever fruity about this scent(or generic)-its all about big lush white florals. I think if you are prone to migraines from florals or fresh green florals is not your cup of tea, this fragrance is not for you. Only fresh floral lovers may apply! P.S This is what i expected Country chic from BBW to smell like, alas that wasn't it at all

i tried it because of the reviews on this site-i am amazed at this cheap body spray. And bottle is ugly as hell but i decided to give it a shot anyway. Notes are supposed to be floral notes, fruity notes, mexican chocolate, rum, musk and fig. This smells very strongly of fig, dark chocolate and rum, with just a touch of musk. Very dark and sexy. I was striken by its resemblance to Angel. No, its not the same but simular scent. It lasts for several hours with just one spritz which is amazing for body spray. I doubt i run out of this because i have so many perfumes but i would repurchase if i do. This is for sexy woman on the prowl, wallflowers need not apply!

Fragrance Top Notes: Sparkling Lemon, Grapefruit Zest, Juicy Pear, Crushed Leaves, Marigold Fragrance Mid Notes: Fresh Raspberry, Jasmine Petals, Day Lily, Gardenia, Orange Blossom Fragrance Dry Notes: Peach Nectar, Vanilla Orchid, hint of Praline & Patchouli, Cedar Wood, Amber Wood, Skin Musk Looking at these notes, i thought it would be a great fragrance. That was not to be. I smell a bit of lemon and crushed leaves and then the mid note of lily and bit of musk. That's it. No rasberry, no gardenia, no peach nectar, no praline. What a dissapointment. I think that most generic light scents enjoy great popularity-Country Chic is generic at its best. Very subtle, light flower with hint of citrus. I honestly think that this is the most meh fragrance that BBW produced within last few years. Lasting power is terrible, its gone within minutes. I seriously doubt that anyone around you will be able to smell it. Just like Secret Wonderland(aka Moonlight Magic repackaged)-great name and list of ingredients, you anticipate something wondeful and get mediocre. I've liked simple and uncomplicated scents before however this is beyond unremarkable-5 min after smelling it, you will forget what it smelled like to begin with. I think that Twighligh Woods and Forever Sunshine are great new scents that smell unique and last a long time. Country Chic doesn't really smell like wildflowers to me, more like a light floral candle. If you want simple, unoffensive and something that doesn't stand out of the crowd, this one is for you

in order to appreciate this scent, you have to like white florals. I adore gardenia and tuberose flowers and their scent, and since i live in the tropics, i smell it all the time. Unfortunately, most perfumes with gardenia do not recapture the magnificent scent of the real flower instead making it cloyinly sweet and smelling like bathroom freshener. This one is wondeful-i don't smell jasmine or ginger or any other notes other than fresh gardenias and tuberose, that has just been plucked off and deposited into a bowl full of icy water. I'm really not sure what note gives it that "aquatic" and fresh feeling but whatever it is, its gives it a push from the land of nice into stunning. I own quite a few fragrances but this is one of the few scents where i actually finished my bottle and repurchased it several times. I will always have it in my stash. I have been complimented on it numerous times, by both men and women. Its very fresh and almost innocent scent and i can see it suitable for all ages. the only thing i dislike is the bottle-the cap doesn't come off and you have to press on it to spray, very inconvinient since cap is wide and uncomfortable to grip with your fingers

Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - Carried Away

i was expecting to like it but it was just the opposite. Sweet Pea is a very simple fruity musky scent. Nothing wrong with it but its not for me. Unfortunately, Carried Away is almost identical. Take Sweet Pea, add lemon and bit of rasberry, and presto, you have this. After initial citrusy burst, it dries down to .."drumrolls" Sweet Pea! Both BBW and VS do this-take same scent, give it different packaging and name, and market it as a totally different perfume. I find this very irritating.
