Lip Gloss -Stila - It Gloss - Sweet

This is my favorite out of all the IT glosses. So far, I have Kitten, Enchanting, and Sweet. I guess this is the darker of the three shades although definitely not dark on! It is so gorgeous, perfect amount of shimmer. Perfect for my NW25-30 skin tone! The IT glosses are my favorite of all Stila lip products. They go on so smooth, yet have the right amount of stickiness to last a bit longer than the others. And they smell so good! Kind of a vanilla scent I think. I can't wait to try the other colors!

Eye Shadow -Jane - Eye Zing in Brownie Points

My HG matte dark brown shadow. I've tried a few others (both high and low end) and this one outshines them all. It is a perfect shade of chocolate brown. It is soft but not too soft. It blends amazingly. It is my go-to crease color. I always know that the application is going to be effortless every time. This is a must-have for everyone's makeup collection. You will wear the heck out of it because it's so versatile. I bought Mac's Handwritten, another matte brown shadow, and it was not nearly as good as Brownie Points. It didn't blend NEARLY as well and it wasn't even as pigmented. I gotta hand it to Jane, they really made a good one. I've also tried Hi-Ho Silver and it's just as fantastic. A few others I've tried from Jane have been a little chalky but this one is certainly a gem. Try it if you can find it, what have you got to lose? Three dollars! But I'm sure you will love it.

Blush -Jane - Blushing Cheeks

Jane blush is the best blush that you can buy. Period. It's JUST as good as NARS and it's much better than everything else in my opinion. The ones I have are so wonderfully pigmented (such as Blushing Petal and Blushing Wine). And I just LOVE the fact that they make some of them in matte. I really don't like having sparkly cheeks if I decide to do a sparkly eye or lip. A little bit goes a LONG way too. I can't say enough about these blushes. So far, blushing petal is my favorite blush out of all of my high and low end products. They are BOGO at my Rite Aid right now so I just picked up Blushing Earth as well. This one isn't for me because of the sparkle but I love the color. I may use it for something because these are just such fantastic products.

Lip Gloss -Revlon - Colorstay Mineral Lipglaze - 535 Eternal Blossom

I really like this, not just for a drug store gloss but for a gloss in general. I find that I reach for this a lot more often over my higher end glosses. It's the perfect shade of pink, it goes on nicely with great coverage, and it lasts and lasts. Granted, the glossiness that you get when you first apply it does wear off and you are left with a more lipsticky look later in the day but that looks good too. And it doesn't dry out my lips! Which is difficult to find in a long wearing type of lipgloss or lipstick. I'd love to try other colors but I'm really impressed by this.

Mascara -L'Oreal - HIP High Drama Volumizing Mascara

This mascara is total crap. I was excited to try the blue black color because that is a hard to find shade. However, I was so distracted by the crapiness of the mascara to even remember it was supposed to have a blue tint. So when I did look for it, I couldn't find it. It's more of a dull dull black that just looks.... dull. It makes my lashes feel soft and flimsy. And you have to pile on the coats to even notice you're wearing mascara. And then by that time, your lashes are all crappy and clumped together as well as being flimsy and dull in color. I wish I could have the last 2 days of my life back so I could rewind time, go back to Ulta where I purchased it, and walk right past it without giving it a second glance.

I love this lip gloss. The reason I took one lippie away was because of the packaging. I might have gotten a bad one but the top slides off way to easy and I can't keep it in my purse because of this. It just doesn't snap in place like it should. I have this in "sugar coated" and it smells and tastes FANTASTIC. Smells like sugar cookies/cotton candy mix. And it's a very adorable color in a light pink shade. It actually does provide a bit of color on the lips. Staying power isn't too bad for a gloss either. Definitely worth trying. It's the best smelling lip gloss I own for sure. Try "Sugar Coated!" If you grew up in the 80's/90's, you will appreciate the sliding tin packaging like some of the lipglosses back in the day!

Lipstick -New York Color - Ultra Moisturirizing in Petal 314B

I'd say the best description of the color of this lipstick is cotton candy. It is a beautiful color. A little too light for me so to liven up my face a bit when I wear it, I mix it with a little bit of NYC English Rose lipstick. It makes the perfect pink. I have to tell you, I am addicted to NYC Ultra Moisturizing lipsticks. I rarely buy drug store makeup but I like this stuff better than any high end lipstick out there. It feels great on, smells good, and looks good. Staying power is decent but I never expect much! Try these! The colors are fantastic!

Mascara -Christian Dior - Diorshow Mascara

I have to say I was very disappointed in this product. I was so excited to try it because I've heard great things about it! But when I did try it, it clumped my lashes together and I needed a lot to make them look really black. It also seemed kind of drying. I like Lancome Definicils much better and I think I will go back to that. It's just a shame I had to pay so much for this mistake!!!

I had high hopes for this product. I do love the color on the first day but it dulls and doesn't look very shiny after no time at all. I hated the brush. It is not near as good as the OPI brush. The little tiny brush makes it hard to apply and easier to make mistakes. Also, the brush doesn't get good and coated with polish so you end up dipping it in there again to get more for one nail. I think it gets great reviews because it's Chanel but if you didn't know what brand it was, you wouldn't think so highly of it. I've used way better blacks.

This is one of my favorite lip sticks ever. I have tons of high end lip sticks and this one is just as good and even better than most of them. The color is lovely and the staying power is actually pretty good. I think anything that stays on for more than an hour is great! I put the kiss kiss gloss in cool mint over it and it is my favorite lip look. I got the very last Cafe at Wal Mart so I guess it's popular! Try it!

This stuff is awesome for the price. I wouldn't expect this kind of quality lip gloss for 1.99. This stuff feels better, looks better, and lasts longer than 25 dollar Dior Addict gloss. I promise from this day forward to never be a make-up snob ever again because NYC def has some products that are better than the high enders. Try it!

Moisturizers -Philosophy - Hope in a Jar for Dry, Sensitive Skin

I love this. I have tried everything for my dry sensitive skin and was getting very frustrated. I was afraid to try this because of the mixed reviews but I am glad I did. I do have to let it soak in to my skin and dry for a little while before I apply make up because it is a little greasy. That is my only complaint. Other than that, it makes my skin look very refreshed, hydrated, and even toned. I've used everything at night to try to combat dryness around my chin, I've used Olive Oil and Crisco and every lotion under the sun and I would STILL wake up with peely dry patches around my chin. When I woke up in the morning after using Hope in a Jar the night before, those dry patches were completely gone and instead I had very hydrated,even looking skin. I am very pleased with this product. Luckily the smell that you first encounter when applying goes away. It isn't very appealing at first. And I love how a little goes a long way with this stuff! Because of the price, I love that you don't need a whole lot. Would def buy again! UPDATE: Well my skin must have changed because it doesn't respond to the HIAJ like it did when I first wrote the review. I don't find it to be very moisturizing and I don't know if its the lactic acid in it or what. I used it for the first time in ages the other night and I woke up with 2 very dry patches on my face. I think the HIAJ reacted to my Retinol cream, which by the way has never made my face dry like that, and created a mess. My face just sucks it up and leaves no moisture behind. I grabbed it the other day because I figured I could use a good moisturizer because of all the pool time this summer, it didn't do the job whatsoever! I don't know what happened..

Eye Shadow -MAC - Copperplate

This is my HG eyeshadow for sure. It doesn't look all that impressive in the box but when you put it on, it just works. I have blue eyes and it the color of this shadow really brings them out. It blends perfectly and looks great on it's own or as a crease color. It makes a PERFECT crease color actually. I've neglected all of my other shadows and find myself wearing this one every day. A must have!!

Lip Liners -Wet 'n' Wild - #666 liner

I have been using this as my HG liner for 14 years! It always seems to go with any of my lip colors and if it is too dark, I can always blend and make a great looking shade! I remember being a sophmore in high school and using it religiously and here I am at 30, still using it. I hope they don't discontinue it. I love this liner!

Lipstick -Bare Escentuals - Parfait 100% Natural Lipcolor

First BE product I've been disappointed in. The color looks a LOT better in the tube than on my lips. It is pretty lifeless. I would prefer a more pinky tone but I notice a brown kind of color and it washes me out.
