Eyeliner -Revlon - ColorStay eyeliner in Black Brown

This used to be one of my favorite brown liners, until it became impossible to get it on!! I don't get what happened either, since none of my other colored CS liners got like that. I literally had to scrape it on, and when I did, it still barely showed up. Very disappointed. Ended up throwing mine out. I LOVE the others ones I have though, they definitely aren't as waxy and show up really well! Not sure if I just had it too long or what, and maybe there was just buildup, but it pretty much became ineffective even after I tried to rub it on my hand repeatedly. Fail. The Blackberry and Teal ones are awesome though, they don't give me problems and go on really well.
Lip Gloss -E.L.F. - Hypershine Gloss - Nude [DISCONTINUED]

This is my perfect, every-day gloss! I finally found something I can wear to work that looks natural yet has some kinda color to it, plus it's inexpensive so I don't care if it gets on my coffee cup. I wouldn't say this is comparable to MAC lip glass- it's far less tacky and sticky and not as much comes out on the wand when you pull it out as would on a MAC lip glass wand. The only thing that's really similar is the tube, in my opinion. The formula is a bit thinner, but you can definitely see shine. What I like too is that this nude isn't thick or too brown. It doesn't make me look corpsy and it's not very obvious. Sooo...yeah definitely a winner. I don't think I can go wrong with it, it's just right for my line of work, or anytime really.
Very pretty, well pigmented blush that goes on effortlessly. It can be easy to go overboard with it, so use a lighter hand and build. This particular color is a warm rose shade but it's not a flat color- there's def enough pink in it to give it some punch and brighten the complexion. I really like to use this on more casual days when I don't feel like using more expensive blush. I guess it could fade more than other blushes but it's not bad and definitely a decent product at a lower price scale.
I really love this as a day-friendly crease shade. On my NC35 complexion, it goes on as a medium brown and I don't notice anything orange-y about it. I tried wearing it as a lid color but I think it may have been too dark for that. For the crease, however, it's my new favorite. I like how it's not super dramatic, yet pretty and noticeable. It doesn't look unique at all in the pan but to me it's a pretty brown for my crease that is fool-proof. I would totally get it again.
Accessories -Unlisted Brand - Ugg slippers and boots

I love Uggs. While I'm not usually one to jump onto a lot of trends that the world is wearing, I will wear Uggs. I think they're very warm and they always feel comfortable on. I guess I can see why some people think they're not the best looking thing, but I also think certain lengths are better than others, certain colors too, etc. I dunno, I think they're a no-brainer for casual days and running errands when it starts getting colder out, and for me they're more comfortable than my sneakers. I've had my current pair since 2006 and they're still in decent shape, but I'll def be getting another pair or two, maybe for next winter. I personally think they're cute. I probably wouldn't understand the hype either if I didn't own a pair, but after I got them, I can't help it. The only thing is they can get kinda dirty and I'm too nervous to wear them in really wet slushy weather. That and my soles are worn down a little- then again I guess that will happen after 5 years!
Polishes -MAC - Violet Fire Style Warriors Collection

I couldn't resist buying this, even though I knew going into it that you'd have to build to make it look like the bottle. Ok, so I used 4 coats to get it to look like the bottle (a vibrant, violet-pink duo chrome like everyone already said), but honestly it doesn't bother me. Because a) it dries pretty quickly, b) this polish layers nicely...no thick, gloopy, uneven textures, and c) the color really speaks for itself. It's such a vibrant metallic purple that it almost glows, seriously. So it's definitely worth it and very cool. The end result is really nice. And sometimes it's nice to have the option of having it less opaque.
Nice Christmas red color, like holly-berry red. Nothing bright or orange-y in this shade. It looks great after 5 days, but after that will start chipping and now I'm anxious to get it off. But it looks good while it lasts. I use about 2 coats for the perfect opaque look. Very nice, pretty, rich red cream n/p, good quality, dupable red shade.
I have mixed feelings about this color. I don't think it's as pigmented as it should be for how it looks in the pan. On the other hand, putting it on over a white base def helps, and even just wearing it the way it is does make your eyes look more bright and alive. It's pretty good for evening out your lid. And it's not bad of a value considering ULTA does a lot of those BOGOs. So I don't think I would get it again because I don't wear it much and I expected more pigment, but I'll definitely use it to brighten my eye area. I mean, it's a pretty color when you look at it. Who knows, I may change my mind!
I have this in the crushed candy flavor and I like it. You get a hint of taste which isn't very powerful (like not sickeningly sweet). It has a candy-cane flavor that's pretty mild. It's very sheer but I like the formula. Adds shine (not a whole lot but that's fine), is pretty smooth. I could see it kinda also kinda smelling borderline plastic-y, but since it's mild it's pretty faint. I would probably get this at Walmart next time since I find they run a little higher at drugstores.
This stuff isn't bad. Is it as good as Urban Decay's? mmm...I think UDPP's results last a bit longer, but for work days or when you want to delay using UDPP, this stuff works pretty well. And it's cheap! It's a little more "wet" than UDPP, which is creamier of a consistency, so I give it a minute to dry before putting on my shadow. It's the same color and pretty much very similar to the UDPP one, and I'd definitely re-buy it. Cheap and does a pretty good job keeping my shadow in place most of the day. Probably wouldn't use it if I'm going to be out for more than 5-7 hours, but it's decent.
Gels/Soaps -Dr. Bronner's - dr bronners assorted scented castille soaps
LuvsMakeup82 1/16/2011 2:20:00 PM
This is a nice product that has multiple uses. I think you really get a lot for how much you pay. I also like how it's more natural of a soap so I don't feel like I'm loading on tons of chemicals. I use this mostly for cleaning my powder brushes or stains on some of my clothes. It's pretty gentle and does the job so that's a good reason to use it. I got mine in the lavender scent which has a clean/sanitizing smell to it. I did try to use it as a m/u remover facial wash, and it did remove my m/u but it didn't feel so gentle on my skin. Almost left that "squeaky" clean which I'm not very comfortable with, so it wouldn't be my top choice for gentle cleanser, though once in a while I wouldn't mind using it for that. Nothing happened to my skin or anything, just that feeling. The one thing that's kinda weird is all the stuff written on the label (I have the bigger bottle). It's unique cause it's kinda out there but hard to read when you're looking for the facts and how to use it. But...so far so good, gonna try using it for other stuff!
So I couldn't find this nail polish ANYWHERE around me and finally gave in and got it on ebay for a little more (I didn't care, waited long enough...). I'm glad I went for it cause it really is a great nail polish...the quality is really good. I did two coats over a base even though it would've been pretty opaque with one. It goes on smoothly, no bald spots, dries decently (not super shiny but evenly), and no chips after wearing it after a couple of days. At first glance on the nails it looks like a muted darker purple but if you look at it in the light you can see more of the dimension- sometimes you see a slightly shimmery brighter purple, then grayed purple. I think it's a unique color but if you look at it in normal light, it's just a flat-looking dulled purple. So the quality is reallly good, but the color looks better if you look closely at it and see the duality of the shade. If you're just living your normal, daily life, no one will really notice the glimmery brighter purple color that shows when it hits the light. Nice polish though, glad I tried it out.
oh my, this color is absolutely GORGEOUS. I love it!! I wasn't expecting it to look as pretty on as it does. Right now it's on my toes, and it's pretty much my nail polish dream- dries quickly, no streaks, long-lasting, color is stunning. The color isn't is your average purple- it has some shimmer but reminds me a little of multi-dimensional taffeta if that makes any sense haha. Even though it's generally purple, It's not a flat purple by any means, it has a kick to it. Anyway, I'm just blown away by the quality of this inexpensive polish...grab it if you see it!
Liquid -Cover Girl - CG Smoothers All Day Hydrating Makeup

This is a really good, light-weight foundation. The color match for me is just right, it goes on well and spreads very very easily. It isn't a full-coverage f/d, in fact I'd say it's a step above a tinted moisturizer- evens out skin tone like another reviewer stated. I really like the packaging too- not too bulky, squeeze tube, comes out nicely. I don't wear liquids everyday, so I can't speak about how it is to wear daily, but I wear it maybe 2-3 times a week and haven't experienced any breakouts. Also, it doesn't feel heavy or nasty at the end of the day, my skin feels pretty comfortable with it on. Really happy with it, and definitely gonna get it once my other stuff runs out. I used to use Revlon PR a lot more but forgot about it because of this :)
Lip Gloss -Bath and Body Works - Snow-Kissed Berry
LuvsMakeup82 12/27/2010 1:07:00 PM
Omg I love this gloss. The flavor and scent, in my opinion, are sooo good. Reminds me of grape Bubble Yum. Delish!! I could also see it being a little too sweet for some but that's matter of opinion too.I wouldn't say it's super sticky but it's definitely emollient. I love the bright purple metallic squeeze tube it comes in. In the container it's like a white frosty shimmer, but it looks sheer on, maybe with some shine and low sparkle. Love this, it stayed in my purse all season. I can't speak for the lotion and shower gel in this scent, I haven't used those, but the gloss gets 2 thumbs up for scent and how it goes on. Glad I went for it, the holiday glosses seem pretty popular and ran out quickly!
