I bought the untinted mint one and I actually find this to be somewhat drying on my lips. It also has a slight waxy feel which is annoying. It just doesn't sink in, I love the cute tube and the flavor but other than that this just does not work for me. I won't repurchase this.

This didn't work for me at all ~ made my fine, long blonde hair look even greasier and fall flat. My hair looked better without it actually! The nozzle also got clogged up after five uses. I am almost glad it did. No, I definitely won't buy this again.

Styling Products -Redken - Aerate 08 Bodifying Cream Mousse

I love this. I bought this without researching it for 16 dollars at a salon. I rarely blow dry my hair unless I am going out for the night so one day I put some of this in my hair and let it air dry. The body it gave my long, fine color treated hair was amazing - and it feels so soft and bouncy, and without any heat or curling irons. It also gave me sexy, beachy waves that looked fabulous (when I scrunched it in my hair). It also obviously works wonders when I do use styling tools, It lasted until I washed it out as well. The texture is funny, like a bubbly airy cream. Scent is nice and fades quickly. I am so glad I got this!

Eyeliner -Sephora - Flashy liner waterproof Taupe
rated 5 of 5
ArizonaAngel 2/15/2012 11:12:00 PM

Love this liner! I also own many of the UD 24/7 and MUFE Aqua liners and these are exact to me in application and wear time. The color is a cool taupe with a bit of gleam to it. Looks great in the daytime - not too much at all, but enough if you want your eyes to stand out a bit more. I also wear this at night because black can sometimes look too harsh on me. It also doesn't irritate my eyes (I wear contacts). I will definitely be trying a few more of these - for $8 these are beyond worth it!

Concealers -Make Up For Ever - Full Cover Concealer
rated 4 of 5
ArizonaAngel 1/21/2012 10:44:00 PM

I love this! I guessed and ordered the color Sand #7. It suits my NW30-35 skintone perfectly. This is the best for hiding melasma and blemishes, however I tried this under my eyes numerous times and it made the skin look super dry and crepey, It lasts all day on me (my skin is normal, with more dryness in the wintertime). It IS expensive at $30 for a half an ounce, but it is extremely pigmented and you only need a little bit at a time. If you apply too much it can look cakey but it is easy to use, easy to blend and once you get the hang of it it can make your imperfections invisible. Occasionally I just dot this wherever I need it, let it settle and then apply a dusting of MAC MFSN and that's all. I will buy this again!

Treatments -Paula's Choice - RESIST Super Antioxidant Concentrate Serum

I was so excited to try this because it would cover so many issues I am dealing with as well as double as a primer. However after a week of use I noticed clogged pores. A few days later I had a few full blown blemishes. My skin is pretty average and I never break out with more than one hormonal zit in any given month but I had four huge ones on my face. I stopped use and they cleared up and I tried it again. Two more pimples. I was so sad because I wanted it to work for me but I am afraid to try it again because...who wants to deliberately break out? I have, however, been using this as an eye "cream" with great results. It's slick feeling and when I put it on at night I wake up with my eye area moisturized and refreshed ~ and I wear contacts and my eye area is usually a bit sensitive. I may buy this again as an eye cream, but as an all over face product I won't.

Moisturizers -Paula's Choice - Hydrating Treatment Cream
rated 4 of 5

Wonderful night cream! I bought this in a whim because winter is here and my skin always gets parched. It is a thicker unscented cream which takes a few minutes to sink in. However when I wake up I have zero signs of dryness. I also use this as an eye cream. It hasn't caused me any breakouts (I have been through one tube) but my skin isn't sensitive. My one main gripe is that I seem to run out of this faster than any other night cream...and it is a 2 ounce bottle. Maybe because I sometimes tend to slather it on. But it's a good price at under $20 for two ounces, but like I said I think I may be using it too much. It's also kind of a pain that you can only get it online and since the tube is opaque (for good reasons though) it is hard to decipher when you need to reorder. Either way I have bought and will buy this again! This was actually my first purchase from PC - and I have tried many other products (not all great!)...this one is by far my best.

Conditioner -Joico - K-Pak Reconstruct Daily Conditioner
rated 2 of 5
ArizonaAngel 1/20/2012 12:45:00 AM

This doesn't agree with my hair type at all. It makes my hair so tangly and dull, almost mushy in a way. My hair isn't in terrible shape, I am sure it could be better, but it isn't awful by any means. I have fine, long, color treated hair and I thought this would be good to use once a week so I bought the huge bottle on sale. It does condition....but the sorry state it leaves my hair in is pathetic. Also the scent really puts me off. I used it the day after a night of indulging in about two too many cocktails and it made me sick. It's almost like a synthetic banana scent to me. Not great, hungover or not. I may use this every now and again on my ends but other than that I won't rebuy,

Conditioner -Redken - All Soft Conditioner
rated 5 of 5
ArizonaAngel 1/20/2012 12:39:00 AM

Hands down the best conditioner I have ever used for my long, fine, chemically treated hair. It is expensive but I buy the big bottles on sale when I see them. It makes my hair tangle free, shiny, silky and most of all it doesn't weigh it down at all. I use this about 3-4 times per week as I usually wash my hair every other day. Nothing I have ever used has made my hair look so great ~ and I have abused my hair so much in the past! Definite repurchase!

Liquid -Christian Dior - Diorskin Forever Flawless Perfection Fusion Wear Makeup (new - 2011 version)
rated 5 of 5
ArizonaAngel 11/9/2011 12:22:00 AM

I love long wearing products - I am a divorced mom on the go and touching up my make up constantly is a distraction I don't want. So I try and go for foundations (and more) that deliver. This one definitely does! I ordered this in my Sephora F&F order in the color Medium Beige 030. I have neutral to cool undertones and am a MAC NW30 for reference. I have the older version of the powder in the same color, and while it leans JUST SLIGHTLY warm it matches so well. Same goes for the liquid. I find that a lot of "cool toned" foundations show up very orangey on my skin, so I know I lean towards neutral. The foundation is more watery than I am used to. I usually use Clarins Everlasting and Estee Lauder Double Wear. Those two have nearly full coverage while this is just shy of it. It blends better than both of those, leaving me ample time to blend it correctly before it sets. It isn't heavy at all or masky (DW can feel heavy when applying). The fluid itself reminds me of MAC Face and Body, but not the coverage obviously. This has a perfumed scent that is hard to pinpoint ~ kind of fruity. Not obnoxious to me at all but if you are sensitive to that sort of thing just be aware. The finish is medium plus - not full, as I still need a bit of concealer for my few melasma spots (unlike the other two mentioned above), but not a lot. I don't like to set it with powder as it has such a stunning dewy, natural finish. It feels so lightweight on - like I am literally wearing no foundation whatsoever. And his is hydrating! Most long wearing foundations start feeling tight within 4-6 hours, this one does not. It still felt I wasn't wearing any make up. I had to blot at the the 6 hour mark but that is the norm. All in all I will buy this one again. I love my full-coverage long wearing ones...but this one is different. It hydrates, it covers, it stays. Well done!

Blush -Tarte - Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush - Blushing Bride
rated 3 of 5
ArizonaAngel 10/20/2011 7:38:00 PM

I accidentally picked this up, I was thinking of Natural Beauty but for some reason I thought that Blushing Bride was the name of it. Oh well, it was my confusion. So I decided to try it anyway. BB is a dark rose color with plummy undertones to it. It has shimmer. It is extremely pigmented - so much that I cannot get it to work at all on my NW30-35 skin tone. Even with a super light hand it looks "too much" on my skin, like my cheeks are bruised. I have tried one or two plum based blushes and they didn't work either so I am just assuming that that is just a color I can cross of my list. I am going to see if my sis is interested in it otherwise I will just have to swap it. But I do like the AC blushes and plan to get a couple that I feel suit me better.

Liquid -Clarins - Skin Illusion Natural Radiance Foundation
rated 2 of 5
ArizonaAngel 10/20/2011 6:59:00 PM

This just isn't for me. I usually use Everlasting in Toffee or Amber (I am a NW30-35) but since I always want to try something else I decided to pick this up for $35 at my local counter. It has a melon-ish scent which doesn't bother me at all. Gorgeous bottle, most of the shades are for fair - tan skin tones so options are limited for darker skinned ladies (and gents). It just didn't give me enough coverage at all. I like medium+ coverage for my foundations as I usually use them for nights out. This gave me medium coverage at best (I have drier skin so if I build up foundation it tends to cake). The finish was gorgeous and slightly dewy for about 2 hours, then it actually made me look greasy and my pores looked so pronounced. I have dry/normal skin and by the end of the day I looked very shiny and patchy and just a huge mess. Maybe I am just used to the medium-full finish of Everlasting, but this just didn't work for me. I decided to exchange it for my usual.

Liquid -MAC - Matchmaster SPF 15 Foundation
rated 3 of 5
ArizonaAngel 10/20/2011 12:37:00 AM

Lately my local MAC counter has been letting me down in terms of color matching, so this was a vendetta to get the correct color. I went in excited to try this out and got matched to 1.5 - I knew it was too light and I told her it was too light (I am an NW30-35). She argued with me a bit and finally conceded that I may be a 2.0. I could see by looking at it that I wasn't a 2.0 but because I wanted to get out of there I asked for samples of the 2.0 and a bottle of the 3.0. She thought I was nuts. I put the sample aside and tried out the 3.0 later that day. It went on nicely. My skin is dryish now because it is getting colder here in Chicago but it didn't emphasize any lone flakes. VERY smooth and I loved the way it felt on. Stayed on well and didn't make me look masky or too made up. The finish on me was natural, not too matte or too dewy, very pretty. However the color was just too light for my skin and it looked just awful. So I went back and exchanged it for a 4.0. That was just plain orange on my face. Not peach, not pink, not yellow - just orange. So it went back and I got some lipgloss and a blush instead. Gorgeous foundation is you can match it, but sadly...again...not for my particular skin and tone.

Fragrances -Tom Ford - Black Orchid EDP
rated 5 of 5
ArizonaAngel 10/20/2011 12:24:00 AM

This is, hands down, one of my favorite fragrances ever. I adore sexy, spicy, heavy scents - ones that are a bit unique. This fits the bill and then some. It has a hint of floral but not enough to turn me away from it. To me, it smells like what a super dark purple color would "smell" like, if that makes any sense whatsoever. This fragrance gets me a myriad of positive compliments from mostly men. It is very, very strong so a spray or two is more than enough. I try to wear this year around, but this is one I cannot pull off at all in the humid months. Part of me is actually glad it is Fall again so I can wear this on my nights out and about. I also know of a couple men that actually wear this one as well. I adore this and I will buy this again and again and again. This isn't for everyone so get a sample and decide if the splurge is worth it for you.

Lip Gloss -MAC - Plushglass - Pretty Plush
rated 3 of 5
ArizonaAngel 10/5/2011 8:38:00 PM

Nice formula and I like the glitter but this is too sheer even for me! I love sheer-moderately opaque lip glosses but this was disappointing. It is a basic, super sheer pink with shimmer but not my cup of tea. It just doean't look like anything - it's my lips but sparkly. I will wear it for daytime until I run out. But I won't purchase this one again.
