I'm sorry to have to give this such a low rating, but it deserves it. The first couple of times I applied were fine, but after that, literally globs....huge globs of thick inky product emerged on the brush when pulled out. I would have to literally wipe the spooly off a few times to make it even useable....and then it doesn't do much in terms of thickening OR lengthening. Boo hoo. I loved the idea of a skinny small wand and brush-----but this failed to properly imitate Maybelline Lash Discovery through some flaw in engineering or construction.
Would definitely buy the "Birthday" vanilla cupcake one if it were available. It is a LUSCIOUS scent and foams up quite luxuriously. Thank you for a worthy "birthday gift", Sephora!

I don't know what is going on. I must have gotten an "old" tube of this from Nordstrom.com. After reading 5 star after 5 star rating, I thought I'd land gold. If I could give this zero I would. I desperately need a primer for my thin, short, fair lashes to build them up. Bourjois Coup de Theatre literally attached to my lashes and made them grow like Pinocchio's nose. But this does not thicken, does not lengthen, does not condition-----in fact, in seems to "shorten" my lashes by making my mascara less effective, if that is possible. I have tried soaking the tube in hot water, wiping off the wand, everything. I must have gotten a base gone bad----very sad for my lashes and angry for my pocketbook.
Oh MY gosh----I can't say enough good things about this pressed powder in 01 (Neutralizing) shade for fair skin. We're talking flawless silky skin with an evened-out tone. For the price and ease, I just may be using this more often than my BE Fairly Light and Benefit Bluff Dust. I am always on the lookout for fabulous "yellow" correcting products that really work and don't appear artificial (and are affordable). This may end the search. I def. want to try the matching loose powder in Neutralizer as well!! I hope this line is successful and does Carmindy proud.

Wow, wow, wow. I am floored by this line so far! I got the Beaming shade today and it did not disappoint. It is a very light pink, reminiscent of Benefit Dandelion in color when it dries down on my fair skin. (In fact, using this first and then a brushing of Dandelion powder over it really gives lasting value for a very natural and sweet cheek look.) The quality is great----silky and blendable, no streaks or settling into pores. Would def. repurchase, although I can't imagine running out and I want to try the other shades.

I agree with the previous reviewer. I use this as a base all over my lips and it works well. Or simply as a regular liner----not *around* my mouth.

This review is for the new Spring '08 shade, I Do! I Do! I Do!----a lovely frosty peach shade, very similar to Candy Store, but lighter. It is from the "Lana" line and fits well. I love lighter, pastel-y, candy-like shades so am glad I got it, but in all honesty, I would prob. not repurchase this particular one; I'd get Candy Store instead. This shade, pretty though it is, doesn't have enough of a contrast against my skin tone. It doesn't brighten up my face like Candy Store does (I always get compliments). I imagine it would look gorgeous on someone with a tan or a darker skin tone. It has that same reflective pearlescent quality as the other pearl Silky Finish Lipstick shades and makes your lips look lush.

This transforms my shoulder-length fine hair into smooth, silky,frizz-free but bouncy with just a large pea-sized amount. It is 100% HG for me.
Bottom line: HG. Most. Perfect. Mascara. EVER.
This is HG for me. I can not say enough about it. It makes my skin look how it "ought" to look. I know this because when I use it, all of a sudden I can wear the shades recommended for my coloring. It makes all of my makeup shades seem to work better. My eyes look deeper blue/green and brighter; my auburn hair, shinier. I can not find any other product on the market with this brightening shade of yellow. Way to go, Benefit. I will keep repurchasing until I find something comparable that is at a lower price and mineral-based, if possible (are you listening, Bare Escentuals?).
One of my favorites. I can't add to the already descriptive reviews. I first "discovered" this by smelling this incredible odor wafting up behind me in the car. I turned and asked my young daughter: WHAT is that incredible scent????? She said---"Oh, it must be me. I put on some perfume earlier. I have no idea, Mom; it's a sample Grandmama gave me." Well, let me tell you: I quickly "borrowed" it, tried it on my own body chemistry, and it was instant and eternal love....

I also adore My Date's My Brother----gorgeous shade of bubblegum pink with a touch of iridescence. It lasts well and doubles as a primer/base. I love using it on my cheekbones and lips as well!
I am so pleased with this stain----I just got it in a new kit from Sephora (mini). I had never tried Tarte stains and I am so glad they included this shade in the kit. It is a gorgeous glowy peach---very enlivening....and blends in well for a natural look. I have been wearing Nars Orgasm over it and my cheeks have never looked better. The color lasts, too, even through a nap, with this "layering" method. Love it.
Love this! Just got a sample and definitely would purchase. The slightly yellow tone is very flattering and it gives a fabulous glow. I smoothed it on with my fingers, including under my eyes and on the lids. I've been sick, so I haven't been wearing much makeup. I put this on today with just Blistex on my lips, and when I looked in the mirror later, I thought: Gosh, I look pretty good without much makeup on! My skin resembled one of the kids'!
This is an absolutely gorgeous nude color with a slight pink sheen and I DO NOT DO nudes, usually. Both the All Over Face Color powder reviewed here and the matching lipgloss are just the right shade of nude for my very fair complexion. Nudes usually wash me out completely and make me look sickly. Not this shade---it is a real find! I can wear this (layered a bit densely) as a very natural blush or sweep over the eyes. But I usually put it on first in my T zone and then add a pop of bright color to my cheek apples. LOVE IT.
