Shampoo -Paul Mitchell - Extra-Body Daily Shampoo
littlesunshine 7/11/2007 11:48:00 PM
This was recommended to me by a hair stylist who thought I might like a volume shampoo b/c I curl my hair. I usually buy moisturizing shampoos so I was a little unsure if I was going to like it. She assured me i could bring it back if I didn't... well I have to say I am very happy with this shampoo. It leaves a clean feel, but not like straw. I can still run my fingers though my hair after washing. Used with the Paul Mitchell conditioner, it's a great combo. Update: After awhile it left my hair dry.

I LOVE this polish. It is looks exactly like Dorothy's red slippers. It is perfectly glittery and glowy and isn't a pain to remove like other glitter polishes. It's a defintie top 20 and a must have.

Eye Shadow -Fyrinnae - Elemental Fire Loose Powder
littlesunshine 6/24/2007 6:42:00 PM
Pretty in the pot. And while this shade applied a little better than the others, it's so hit and miss I just can't give it more lippies. I expect a more reliable product if I am going to give a good review. Save your money. 1 out of 20 aren't good odds. Used with MAC base as a base and applied with MAC and NARS brushes. Update: 02-12-11 I have been reintroduced to the world of mineral/loose eye shadows and I am whole-heartedly changing my review! For one, I have figured out HOW to apply these shadows, using the patting motion, and now I am on my second Fyrinnae order. Two, the pixy apoxy is a very useful product for these little beauties! I apologize to Fyrinnae for my original negative review. It wasn't product fault and more operator error.

Eye Shadow -Fyrinnae - Sunrise Loose Powder

When I went to put this one I spilled the pot all over my counter. I was a little upset! But not because I had lost a beautiful product... but becuse when I went to wipe it up, it literally turned to MUD. It was like trying to clean up an oil slick. It just kept clumping to one side instead of sticking to the cloth. If it won't stick to a wet cloth how will it stick to your eye? Good question. Answer: Because it doesn't stay on your eye. It's a pukey brown colour anyways. My heart was not broken over loosing this one. Used with MAC paint as a base and applied with MAC and NARS brushes. Eye Shadow -Fyrinnae - Lucky Charmed Loose Powder

I was looking for a replacement for my MAC Old Gold sample I loved so much. This looks like it might have been pretty good judging by the pot... but the application and chalky texture were horrible. Applied with MAC paint as a base and used MAC and Nars brushes. I am going to buy the full size of Old Gold instead. Don't know why I even bothered. Eye Shadow -Fyrinnae - Fool's Gold Loose Powder
littlesunshine 6/24/2007 6:07:00 PM
*sighs* Gosh, I wanted to love this shadow! It's the *perfect* gold in the pot. Yellowy, shimmery and so gorgeous. Unfortunately, it doesn't transfer to the eye that way. It's dry and chalky and the shimmer has ZERO staying power. Major disappointment. I used this with MAC paint as a base and applied with MAC and Nars brushes. I tried everything to love these shadows. Save your money. Update: 02-12-11 I have been reintroduced to the world of mineral/loose eye shadows and I am whole-heartedly changing my review! I very rarely hand out 1 lippie unless the product is down right horrible. Well, thses shadows fit that description. Pretty in the pot, pretty on the eye for about an hour and then POOF... a faded matte eye shadow. Left my eyes extremely irritated too. Save your money for MAC. Eye Shadow -Fyrinnae - Titania Loose Powder

Thank goodness this company offers sample of this stuff... then you don't have to waste your money of the full size. Dry, chalky, and just plain horrible. I used MAC paint as a base and I applied with Nars and MAC brushes... still couldn't make this product stay on the eye. Eye Shadow -Fyrinnae - Dryad Loose Powder

This is the worst of the worst!! It's so disheartening how pretty these powders look in the pot and how simply awful they apply. Also, they may look pretty for the first hour upon application, but the shimmer falls away and you are left with a blah matte colour. Don't trust photos of these colours. I took one right after I applied my make-up and then an hour later. The shimmer was all gone and all over my face. I also used MAC paint as a base so there is really no need for such lack of staying power. Eye Shadow -Fyrinnae - Daijodan Loose Powder

Well, another downer for Fyrinnae. I do not understand even the small bit of hype there is about these powders. I used this one this morning in a last ditch effort to try to like this product and what small amount of shimmer there was faded away within an hour and left me with this awful matte mess. *blech* I think it's because all the shimmer fell off onto my face. Leaving me with blue glitter all over my cheeks. Lovely. Don't waste your money. Blush -MAC - Sheertone Shimmer - Springsheen
littlesunshine 6/23/2007 12:29:00 AM
This was recommended to me by a good friend that has similar tastes than me so I didn't hesitate in getting it when she suggested it. I am SO glad I listened to her. It is the perfect peachy pink blush with a gorgeous gold sheen. I am so glad this is part of MAC's core collection. I won't need to worry about getting a back up just yet.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Pigment-Shimmertime

I *love* this pigment. It's second to my first love Apricot Pink. It's a peachy pink pigment that is great for the inner crease or even a light highlight. It's gorgeous!

Eye Shadow -MAC - Pro Pigment - White Gold

I can't say how much I love this pigment. When I want a highligter that offers a bit of bling I go for this, and it also makes a great inner crease colour too. It's one of my staples. I only wish I had the full size and that MAC would re-release it.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Apricot Pink pigment
littlesunshine 6/23/2007 12:11:00 AM
Would you buy this product again? YES YES YES This is my favourite pigment. I pretty much use this in the inner crease daily and when I want a fresh glowy pink look I use it on the whole lid. So beautiful. It was my first full size pigment and I plan on making sure I always have it on hand. I wish MAC would have made this one of their core pigments.
