I love how this works excellent as a make up base and how it clears my pores :) I use this day and night it has been a week now and my skin has never been this clear before! My pores are unclogged... finally! I love this as a moisturizer and can not live without this anymore!! I can't wait to see the long term effects of this as so far it has been nothing but better skin day after day. <3 UPDATE: spoke too soon, this LRP stuff was a miracle in the beginning and dried out my skin like crazy after 3,4 months of use. now my acne is still there but it's also sooooo dry that it's painful to touch :(

Loose Powders -Laura Mercier - Secret Brightening Powder

I can not use this alone on top of secret camouflage... it looks too white and sparkly, but I mix this using the secret camouflage powder brush with my regular powder and then dap it on the camouflaged area it looks flawless.... I was expecting a lot with this product since I bought it due to the 4.3 review it got here... but I guess since my skin is not the best there is it is difficult for this product to maximize it's benefits... I use this alone over secret camouflage on my friend who has perfect, flawless (ok, well one or 2 MINOR flaws) and it looks stunning on her. FYI : I use SC4 in SC (but mostly using up the lighter part of it.. so I guess I am actually closer to SC3), and I was recommended by the SA to use SC-1 for this one... I guess maybe I will try SC-2 next time maybe that will illuminate the too white looking problem... I didn't try using it under my eyes yet... I will try next time and update on this review Update: I tried this under my eyes with armani's liquid concealer and the results are great! :) I would use this more towards dull spots on my face... looks way more natural than those liquid highlighter pens out there

Palettes -Giorgio Armani - Black Gem Palette for Face 2007 - Light

at first when I saw this palette I really thought it was just another one of those palette where it's all about the packaging... sure, the black crystals are nice and stuff... but I doubted it was really worth $95 usd! Well now let me tell you, the BA proved me wrong. it is worth $95 usd! The highlighter on the top level of the palette is the best I have ever tried, looks super natural when I use it around my eyes, it doesn't look like those fake sparklely stuff where you wish you didn't put on at all. The BA taught me a few tricks on how to put the highlighter on some areas on the face so it would look like if natural light was shining on me. It did look very natural and made me look GOOD! The bottom part of this palette is actually a really really high quality blush! The color suited my skin tone really well, and I absolutely think the $95 was very well spent!!! Even my bf noticed the change and said this palette looks really good on me :) If you have a Armani counter around your area, I would say have a BA try it on you and see how you like it! You might be pleasantly surprised!!

This is one of my all time favorite scent. I bought this as soon as it came out. I love how it is not as strong as the Dior Addict and it is not as girly! I wear this all the time :) I love the purple bottle!

Fragrances -Christian Dior - Forever and Ever

One of my favorite summer fragance! I love how clean and elegant this smells!! I love how this can not be purchased everywhere... (only at duty free and some online stores) If you wear this there is a pretty slim chance you will have fragance collision! However I just wish it lasted longer on me like most Dior fragance on me it only lasts a couple hours and it is all gone :(

Mascara -Christian Dior - Ultimeyes

I really like the thin wand for catching the tiny lashes at the bottom, however in terms of lengthening this doesn't do very much for my super thin short and straight lashes. I used to use this with DiorShow as recommended by the BA (before DiorShow Unlimited came out...) and the results are not worth the price. Would not repurchase....

Excellent for applying powder on to areas where you just covered with concealer so the concealer does not rub off later on! Great brush by Laura Mercier, helps a lot to hide those blemishes!

great mascara for anyone who has full and beautiful lashes, but definitely not for anyone with short, straight and thin lashes like me :( A little of this mascara goes a long way! I would recommend this to people with full long gorgeous lashes since it does look really great on them.... I put this on my friend who had super long lashes, and this mascara even curled her lashes besides making it look super full and long. but as far as people with short, super straight lashes I would say YSL effect fake lash + Shiseido mascara base.

At first I was sold to this immediately because I love the package and the strawberry smell!! But after I put on for a couple of hours I smelt like a drunk....... I am not kidding!!! I still have tones left in my bottle..... the bottle is a nice decoration though, so at least it did not go completely into waste...

This mascara didn't do much for me, I had this a long time ago when it first came out. At first I was sold by the whole big brush idea (I thought big brush = big lashes!) Boy was I wrong! It didn't do anything to lengthen, didn't do much to volumize my lashes.... I didn't blame this mascara since I have super thin short and straight lashes.... It just didn't do much. I have to admit I was tempted to purchase this because of the Dior package and the whole "backstage make up" theme. I think the Maybeline Full N Soft is a much better choice if you are looking for natural results with a big brush.

not suitable at all for oily skin, I didn't like the dewy texture, does not do much in terms of smoothing out skin for me :( I used it for one day under my regular tinted moisturizer + powder and by 30 minutes later my face was so oily and nasty looking that I had to rinse it off and reapply my make up without this. I guess it's probably not suitable for super oily skin. I gave this to my friend who has normal skin and so far she's liking it! Well at least this doesn't go into waste!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this brush! I can not live without this! I am so glad I got it, it's the perfect brush for applying liquid foundations and tinted moisturizers... Doesn't leave those nasty streaks that some brushes leave! HG!

Misc Beauty Tools -Shu Uemura - Mini Eyelash Curler

I bought this out of curiousity since the original full size version has done wonders for my super straight and thin eye lashes... however this mini curler is a disappointment.... you have to divide your lashes into sections whereas the original full size is one pump and you are set... I would only use this if the original one does not catch all my lashes... you know those ones are the very end.... but it is a very rare case.... will not repurchase.... it does look cute though!! I wonder if it works for people with very full lashes? UPDATE: I tried so many ways of using this and this is just not worth it!!! Totally useless tool, pulls my lashes, and does not have the nice curve that the full size version does! Regret to have purchased this! For $17 I should have bought my THIRD full size for $1 more. At least it would come in handy inside my car when I forget my make up bag.

Primer/ Corrector -Shu Uemura - UV Under Base DF

all I can say is, if you use Shu Uemura's skin care line, this will be your HG, otherwise, don't even bother... it doesn't work that well with other skin care products. I used this in conjunction with their B-G reinforcing line and it's really good, even my bf complimented on my good my skin was! This comes in beige and pink (Asia only) and I used the beige one... it really evened out my skin tone immediately, and covers my redness well.

Concealers -Giorgio Armani - high precision retouch

This is my HG concealer. It's just like magic, I don't use it under my eyes as it makes them look dry, I use them on acne scars and dark spots on my face, I use the tip to dap a little bit of product on and use my finger to lightly dab on the spot I want to cover up and POOF! it's gone. Doesn't cause break outs, I will buy this again and again!
