Picked up a bottle of this in a Rossman chemist in Europe. I'd never seen it before but liked the way it smelled and the ingredients listed. I'ts one of the best lotions I've ever tried. It's kind of like a lotion/light oilfeeling on the skin except it doesn't make you greasy. Will definitely order more online when I run out.

It's really light and barely has any scent. It lathers up great too. Day 3 came along and suddenly I started itching. I washed everything in my wardrobe and changed my washing powder thinking it was the detergent I used but still I kept itching. Day 4 was hell, I couldn't understand it. The itching was getting worse then I noticed in the shower that while lathering myself I was scratching my arms and back like a maniac. I switched to my 2nd soap, exited the shower and voila the itches stopped. It was the soap. It claims to be mild but it certainly had something in it that wasn't. Lucky I only bought one bar. I threw it in the bin.

I have some spots that keep coming up on the side of my face and around my chin line. I was successfully using plain lemon juice at night to fade the marks from them out but suddenly the juice started to burn my skin more than it was helping so a friend recommended I try this product. The first time opening it the top fell off but I kept it and used it. It's great. I use it at night and it is very moisturizing, smells great and is fading my marks well. It was a little expensive for one ounce of product but it was worth it to get my skin back to normal. My friend gave me this bottle but i would say as an alternative just go to your local supermarket and pick up either a fresh lemon/lime or a bottle of lime/lemon juice and use that on your face leaving it overnight (not around the eye are obviously). It's cheaper and works just as well..... UPDATE: It's a good product but I found the trick is you have to use lemon juice for like 3 days then stop for like 3 days and it won't burn. Pure lemon or lime juice (whichever smell you prefer, they both work the same) definitely works better at skin renewal than anything else I have ever tried so as this was a gift I won't be purchasing it myself.

Paraben free. I buy this from the military PX. It comes in a tub and costs $3 for 4 oz. It smells buttery. I use is mostly to run through my hair It doesn't make your skin greasy. Sinks in really well. The smell is amazing like you could eat it. First 3 ingredients, extract of chamomile, shea butter, cocoa butter.

Hair Color -Clairol - Born Blonde Maxi

I decided that I'd attempt to rock a Chris Brown/Sisqo look. As my hair is so short I mixed half of the ingredients together and following directions applied to my head. 1 minute later my head felt like it was the menu at a cannibal barbeque. The top of my head was HOT and something was running down the sides of my face. It was sweat.This product is SERIOUSLY strong. I had images of all the blondes I knew and suddenly felt in need of starting a charity for them to collect funds for their pain and suffering. My hair is done and it's canary yellow. I look like a chocolate skinned African with a traffic light glued to her head. Super bright. I expected that though as i'm turning from black to blonde. I have half of the bottle left and will use it again and see what happens. UPDATE 1. OMG. This stuff works fast but DAMN it feels like it's burning my scalp off. I won't use it again. 2nd time using it and i'm now a light pissy colored yellow. For all that burning my hair should look like the albino damn snow queen of the north pole by now. I put some shimmer light on afterwards to tone down the yellowness which did nothing. You blondes can keep this product. I even added less of the powder to it and it made no difference at all to the burning.This is probably what it feels like if you had gonorrhea on your head...... UPDATE 2: 5 DAYS LATER - I'M BURNT!!!! Yes. I was looking in the close-up mirror and the front of my scalp and noticed dark blotches around the hairline. They're scabs! That dye WAS burning my scalp! They're small so they will heal fast as they are only on the surface but I WILL NEVER USE THIS PRODUCT AGAIN. It's dangerous as hell. This may be cool for people who's hair is long enough to not let it touch your scalp but for shorter hair stay way from it..... UPDATE 6 DAYS LATER - I threw the rest of the box away, did a little research on youtube for other products and used 1/2 pack of Clairol Professional Lightening Activators (7th stage) $$1.29, 1/2 pack of L'oreal SUper Oreal Blanc and mixed it with half a small bottle of 30% cream volume activator $2.99. Left it on for 30 minutes. There was NO burn and it did the exact same good job at lightening my hair as the born blonde maxi so this is what i'll be using from now on. Saves me a bunch of $$ too.

I can't really write a 'results' review yet as I just bought a tube of this today after having done a lot of research for quick growing products for hair. My hair grows like a weed naturally already but even so I was curious to see what all the fuss is about. I can tell you about he consistency. I put about a 1 inch long bit of this cream straight onto my scalp. It feels slippery but not greasy. 30 minutes later I have slight itchiness in the back of my head but this feeling like a coolness all over my head, kind of like I have put mint on my scalp. We'll see how this goes after day 1. P.S I ordered it via Amazon for $12 but then found it in a drug store for $10 so bought that one also. Strangely scanning my purchase the cashier avoided my gaze and instead eyed up the male friend I was with like he had given me the plague. Lol.

Very interesting. I've been using this on my face for the past 4 days and I haven;t broken out, gained any new spots and it moisturizes pretty well BUT I have to add that I mixed the last few drops of sweet orange oil/ Rosemary oil into it so it's not really 'pure' any more. I don;t like that it contains coconut oil which always breaks me out and when put on my body seems to make me smell sweaty after a few hours for no reason. But so far on my face so far so good. 1 WEEK UPDATE I added more Rosemary essential oil to it, about 30 drops and now it's even better. I don;t break out and I use this instead of Cetaphil in the daytime on my face under my make up and a run 3 drops through my hair. The scent of the rosemary fades pretty fast.

Very unexpected. I have the driest most allergy prone skin in the world and this product made my skin (face) smooth, soft and didn't break me out AT ALL. Very impressed by the smell also. Very mild.

I cannot comment on it tasting like witch hazel as I have never tasted that before. What I can comment on is how regular alcohol mouthwashes make my gums bleed, the skin on my cheeks seemingly peel off in clumps as if I had been burned (think having eaten super hot food). This contains no alcohol, has a mild spearmint flavor which I love and does not destroy my mouth. I dislike really strong minty flavors so this is fine. It leaves you with a taste of Wrigleys chewing gum.

I have gone through 4 tubes of this toothpaste in all 4 flavors and they are all great. I prefer this toothpaste to the drug store ones as most of them nowadays contain 'whitening' and there is something in it that irritates my gums.

I love the smell of this. I bought it to moisturize my hair and it was great but after a few days it started breaking my scalp out in zits. My hair LOVED it, my scalp hated it so it's a no go. Shame.

SPF factor 18 was too high. Greasy as hell on my skin and I have dry skin. Melted off my face in the heat as soon as I put it on. Total crap. Bought it in color DARK.

Gels/Soaps -Burt's Bees - Citrus & Ginger Root Body Wash

WHAT THE....How have I done like 500 reviews and been through so many natural products and not ever tried anything from Burt Bees? Buying this was initially a mistake. I returned an item to the Cosmetic outlet store 'and I couldn't find anything in there that I wanted so I picked up a few bottles of this to replace it with. I've read many a review on Burt Bees, most not being that great saying their products contained petroleum which clogs my skin like crazy so I've avoided them thus far but I read the label and this didn't. I can't use body washes usually because they irritate my claat (privates), waaaay too harsh down there but tonight I got so hot I decided to take a shower and used a little and WOW. This product is GREAT. I LOVE ginger (I actually buy it raw and candied and juiced, it's my addiction) and mix that smell with citrus which I also love it's a YES to this. My skin didn't dry out after my shower either which is amazing. I'll use it for a few more days. If my skin gets mad at it i'll use it as hand wash, if not i'll be flying back down to the store and buying up the rest of the $4.99 bottles. NOTE: I washed my hair with it as well and it made my hair ridiculously soft. 1 MONTH UPDATE I use this to wash my hair daily (yes i'm black with afro textured hair but I cut my hair down to half a cm so I can do crazy sh*t like that. lol). It's working well. So well that i'm using it for hand washing too. If it didn;t contain glycerine I'd probably do what i'm interesting in trying next, brushing my teeth with only soap.

I have dry skin and this soap is super drying. I like the smell but it's over powering to my sensitive nose when I washed with it. It smells like very strong powder. Better for hand washing than body washing. I like the green tin it came in though. Good for storing tiny items in like jewelry

A glycerin soap. You can read up on it on their website. It has a nice scent, doesn't dry out the skin too much and, really to be honest it's no WOW. It's just a basic scented bar of soap that cleans the skin OK. I'd maybe buy this again as I got the bar for $1 from a beauty outlet store.
