Brows -Prestige - Brow Perfection Pencil

Current HG brow pencil. I love how the formula of the pencil is not too soft. Not great for drawing on eyebrows but fills my brows very naturally and it stays on the whole day. However, I find that it can wipe off easily, but If I don't touch my brows they are fine.The spoolie on the end is amazing, I have always used the regular eyelash&eyebrow brushes, and this made me realize how much better a spoolie is!! It brushes out any excess product a lot more evenly, and so makes the brows very natural looking. Paid $7.49CDN.

Lotions/ Creams -Nivea - Nivea Soft Moisturizing Creme

The first time I used this moisturizer, I loved it. I purchased it twice, and now I believe it actually irritates the skin on my face after long term use. I still use it once in awhile just to finish my last tub. This is nice for body lotion though. I'm a person that is sensitive(I hate my nose) to heavily scented facial products, and I don't find this moisturizer to be to strong at all, unlike some reviewers mentioned. I actually found it to be lightly scented. Hmm weird.

Hair -Klorane - Dry shampoo

I love this! It works very well to reduce oil. It helps to give my hair more volume when it goes flat. I have black hair and this not leave a white/gray cast after combing out. I LOVE LOVE LOVE how this does not have a strong smell, I hate hair products like that. Obviously you can't expect to comb all of the product out, so I don't mind having to feel a little powder in my roots for a day. I also find it to keep my hair clean for an extra 18 hours before I really need to shampoo! I do have to pay more for this dry shampoo compared to other ones I can find at the drugstore for half the price, but this one works so much better, and smells better. UPDATE: I find that this shampoo does go out pretty quick. I have the 50ml size and I used it fully 2-3 times.. and I notice the can will probably offer me 1 or 2 more times of full use. So.. that's about 5 uses for 1/3 of the full size can.. to me thats pretty quick.

Concealers -Hard Candy - Glamoflauge Concealer

This is so so. I am big on concealers and it took me a year to finally get my hands on this product, so I definitely had high hopes. However, I didn't find it to have the very full coverage everyone says this concealer has. I tried many concealers ranging from lighter coverage to heavier coverage, and I would put this in the medium coverage range. The main reason I wanted this product so badly is because I wanted a concealer that would FULLY cover my very dark circles. The concealer gave average coverage. I don't find the concealer to be drying, I mean, it is oil based isn't it? It also does not break me out. I also don't find this concealer to oxidize.The lasting power is not bad, I would say it fades after 4 hours. But it isn't a blotchy kind of fade, its a even fade. The little concealer pencil is cute. I LOVE it on my waterline. It also works well for further defining my eyebrows and lips. I found the glamoflauge to transfer very easily and so it can wear off easily. Setting this with a powder is a must! I would also prefer my products to be water based, Also, the shade range is very poor, but that doesn't affect the actual product itself. It really sucks if you have a deeper skin tone, because I say this product is still worth a try. I think they should at least double what they have now.. like adding a very fair shade, a shade between medium and tan, a deep tan shade, and a true deep shade. I know some might find this concealer to be too thick or oily, but I don't have a problem with that. I also want to comment on the separation of HC's products. In my experience, HC tinted moisturizer, foundation have separated on me before, and others have mentioned it. Just a heads up, It's very easy to pick up a bad patch of product. I notice that one tube of my concealer is significantly drier than the other. Also, the concealer will separate over time, even if it didn't start out that way.

Misc Beauty Tools -New York Color - dual pencil sharpener

For $1, this is not bad...obviously it's not the best. I'm not huge on pencil products as I only use a few, so this works fine for me. It doesn't sharpen to a really nice point but for the cheap price, I won't complain. The jumbo sharpener part is also handy.

Concealers -New York Color - Smooth Skin Liquid Concealer

I purchased the medium shade, and it is not medium at all. It's very light. The concealer is very light weight and smooth, and does not look cakey. It also has light coverage, it helped only a bit under my eyes. If you have light under eye circles, or blemishes, this would be good. Another good thing about this concealer is that it does not oxidize into a orange color:). Overall, it has a nice consistency and everything, but it does not come in a shade dark enough & does not offer too muchcoverage for me, so I will not be repurchasing.

Concealers -Revlon - Age Defying Moisturizing Concealer (New) [DISCONTINUED]

Overall, pretty nice medium coverage and a nice amount of product. This concealer is quite light weight. SPF is always a plus. It's quite creamy, so it takes a little longer to blend. I don't find this to be moisturizing despite the claim. For me, this concealer can be a bit cakey, but its not too bad... I have to use a really really good base when I use this concealer. I also sometimes find it to oxidize a bit, but its already quite orange anyway. Not the cheapest at the drugstore (Canada), I paid $11.

Concealers -Maybelline - Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circles

This concealer does minimize dark circles, but it's so dry. I can never blend it nicely. Update; Apr.30.12 I seriously hate the packaging. Some of the product gets trap on top of the twist and it is gone to waste. I also actually removed the sponge, and the packaging it says to twist 1-2 time to dispense more product but it actually takes at least 3 -___-. Also, it dispenses a lot.

Primer/ Corrector -Yves Saint Laurent - Touche Eclat (Radiant Touch)

I have shade 3, and it does not highlight at all.. wtf? The texture is creamy and light, which makes the product very natural looking on bare skin. I have fairly dark circles, and I was hoping this would really help the darkness when applied over my concealer and it does just an OK job, not as much as I hoped it would. I feel like it doesn't sit that well over some of my concealers. I also barely reach for this. This isn't a bad product but for the price ($50CAD), it is over-rated.

Eyeliner -Hard Candy - Walk the Line Liquid Eyeliner

I was expecting this to not last on my eyes very long, but to my surprise it lasts all day long. The color and glitters are nice. This eyeliner does take awhile to dry though, maybe about 15 minutes. The brush is a bit flimsy, but not too bad. But oh well, it stays put all day.

Great combination of shades. Pigmentation is not bad. Nice palette for everyday use. I love using the blackish shade for my eyebrows, and I use the highlight and over lid shade everyday. Then the brown for extra definition in the crease for nights out. Not the smoothest of eyeshadows, but for the price ($3.99) not bad!

Eye Shadow -Cover Girl - Eye Enhancers Trio - Shimmering Sands

The colors aren't pigmented. I would use a pretty dense brush when using these, if you want to get color. These are also quite shimmery. I actually see this more as a highlighting palette. I find that these shadows are hard to blend. It takes more effort than the next regular eyeshadow.
