This doesn't seem to be available in Western countries, because the writings in the box and tube are all Japanese (aside from the brand and product name). This comes in a white tube with a screw-top lid. 40ml. Provides good sun protection, although I am always worried because it is not SPF 50 PA+++, which is why I took one lippie off. Otherwise, I use this as a moisturizer and sunscreen in one. It leaves a slightly white cast for a few minutes, but blends into the skin right after. I love the texture--a smooth cream that is easy to spread and sink into skin. I sincerely hope they come up with a higher SPF!
I like this product because it is what it says--extremely gentle. However, after using the Micellar lotion, this was downgraded to second on my list. Unlike the Micellar, I had to apply this product twice to remove makeup and the after-feeling wasn't as comfortable and refreshing as Micellar. Still, this is a good product for sensitive skin.
Cleansers -Avene - Cleansing and Make-Up Remover Micellar Lotion

This is the best makeup remover I have used for my hypersensitive skin. It cleans the face very well. It says in the bottle you don't even have to wash your face after. This is the face wash itself! But I still use a foam wash to be sure. So far, this has not given me breakouts and it leaves my face soft and comfortable. I definitely prefer this precious liquid over gel or oil removers.
Sunscreen -Avene - Ultra High Protection Spray 50 plus

This is a winner sunblock. Milky liquid that dries fast. Provides serious sun protection. The downside is the spray is sometimes clogged with the product. Oh well, love it still.
I didn't believe the soothing properties at first (it's just water, isn't it?), but after a particularly sensitive, irritable face incident, I sprayed some on. The discomfort quickly vanished. My skin was re-balanced, normalized! I am sold :)
Moisturizers -Avene - Rich Hydrating Cream - Hydrance Optimale Riche

Though this may say rich, it is not oily at all. The texture is thick but glides on smoothly on the skin. It has good hydrating properties and takes care of dry spots. Overall, a reliable moisturizer.
My skin finds it hard to absorb this serum. It also leaves the skin slightly sticky. As to the soothing properties, it is mediocre compared to the skin recovery cream. The SA claimed this is the best selling Avene product in Japan, alongside its mask. I don't understand the hype.
The name says it all. It recovers skin. Especially true for me after waxing the eyebrows. I usually get horrible red patches around that area. Applying this right after waxing reduces swelling (and the itching!) up to half. My HG for calming the skin.
This is a yogurt mask that comes in a pink tub. The smell is heavenly to begin with. I can't believe how soft and smooth it leaves my skin. It is such a pleasure to apply on the face. Such fun to blend the pink granules until they're gone :) it smells like real strawberry yogurt--have to stop myself from eating! With 70ml on the tub, the price is honestly not bad! Laneige is a brand under the famous Amore Pacific group from Korea. Personally, I think Laneige makes excellent products and are not so heavy on the pocket.
Conditioner -Shiseido - MA CHERIE Platinum Veil Conditioner

This is the pink version of MA CHERIE conditioner. I found that using this together with the pink MA CHERIE shampoo wears my hair down, but not as much as Tsubaki. The smell is slightly stronger than the shampoo, but is of the same floral-fruity scent. This conditioner makes hair soft and shiny and smell marvelous. It tames frizzes and can even be used as a weekly treatment (just pump out more product). Overall, the pink MA CHERIE series is a good buy.
Shampoo -Shiseido - MA CHERIE Platinum Veil Shampoo

Although it doesn't smell as unique compared to Tsubaki, I like this pink shampoo better because it doesn't weigh my hair down as much and I lost fewer strands of hair. The smell is fruity-candy that is not irritating at all. It indeed lives up to its claim of silky shiny hair. I don't use it every day like Tsubaki, because of build-up which makes hair heavy.
This dark brown mascara enhanced my eyes a tad bit but didn't exhibit exceptional qualities. It didn't hold curl, nor volumize, nor stay put. Smudged on my under eyes just like the black version. Nothing special. Not buying again.
This review is for the conditioner in the RED bottle. Again, this smell just as good as the shampoo. I find I can easily use this as a once-a-week hair treatment because it makes my hair soft enough. Note that my hair is thin and sparse. I also found this gave me some hair loss. Oh well, as long as I don't use it every day...this makes hair soft and shiny and smell great.
This review is for the RED bottle. I like how it makes my hair shiny and soft and well-behaved. However, it can make my hair slightly greasy if I use too much. I found that I lost a handful strands of hair while rinsing. This is great not for every day, at least on me with weak, fine, thin, hair. Maybe 3x a week or less is the best. The smell is out of this world.
Styling Products -TiGi - S-Factor Heat Defender - Flat Iron Shine Spray

Wasn't expecting much, but delivered so well, I ended up in love. I don't really use this as a heat defender, but as a smoothing, softening hair spray. I am amazed by how it is able to diffuse frizz, add shine, provide softness, and smell great! Love it, love it, love it!
