Ugh! I used to love this stuff so so much. But one day, I went to buy some more and what do I see written in the top corner?....the dreaded, "new, improved"...from my experiences, that usually means "new and crappy". It used to absorb so nicely and not leave a trace except for soft soft skin. Now, it leaves this weird waxy film, doesn't absorb and smells like those men's urinal pucks..Booooo neutrogena! what in the world were you thinking!?!?!?!??!!

Hair Color -L'Oreal - Couleur Experte -hair dye / highlight

I think this stuff works great! I've been dying my own hair forever bec. I've had greys since I was like, 12 (thanks mom!) Anyway, base color is pretty, (I forget the color, I just look at the pic on the box to repurchase-its a brown) and so are the little highlights...Though when I first did it, I looked in the mirror when I was about to wash it out and freaked...the highlights were this fire orange color. So I dove in the shower to wash it out. However, once my hair dried, the fire disappeared and there i had some nice caramel, dark gold shades. Pretty! I think the secret is to not use too much on the wand, or else you'll get big bleach globs and uneven bleaching on the same strand. Also, I usually cut the highlight mixture in half,use that, wash it out and touch things up with the remaining mixture...this way I can fix what i might have goofed on. People say there isn't enough mixture, I think there should be more than enough. I have crazy thick hair (occasionally get slivers from it-no joke) and its down to the middle of my back, and I've had no problems with running out of the product..though I prefer the subtle thin highlighted strands as opposed to the fat skunk stripes so, I dunno...Anyway, super stuff, people always ask me where my hair gets done...cheap too! Think about it, if you spent on hair dye AND highlighting kit it would be more...and, at least triple that if you went to the salon!...doesn't smell too offensive either.

Mascara -Lancome - Definicils Mascara

ew!!! I don't like this stuff at all! After hearing such praises about it, I bought it and regretted it the moment I put it on. Isn't very dark, makes my lashes look like spider-legs. Granted it does make them quite long..but they're long, skinny and spiky. Horrible...to think I could have bought 3 tubes of l'oreal's voluminous with what I spent on this crap!

Fragrances -Chanel - Coco Mademoiselle

My staple, the EDP. Though I have cheated on it, I always come back. Its just such an interesting fragrance, I always get compliments. My boyfriend sometimes can't even finish a sentence without smelling and nuzzling me first! A little goes a long way though... it lasts an eternity!

Mascara -L'Oreal - Voluminous mascara

This stuff is great...I actually use the waterproof one more though. People are always asking if my lashes are real...plus, I like that it dries out a little quickly..thats when my lashes look their best with this stuff! I've tried SO MANY other kinds, cheap and expensive and I always come back to this...whats the deal with the hype on Lancome's defincils?! IT SUCKS!...and isn't even black! Although, now I'm a little worried after reading that some people are loseing lashes from this (voluminous)! I don't think i am but now I'm gonna pay some attention. Yikes!...if so, my life is over.

Amazing...makes my skin ridiculously soft, and its so cheap...true it kinda smells a little weird, but not so much that I'd say its bad...and anyway, it fades really quickly (the smell) I live in one of the driest parts in Canada and thats ok, because I have this to take care of me!

Blush -Tarte - Cheek Stain in Sunkissed

I love this stuff...makes me look so heathy-tanned....lasts forever!...and its really great too when I put a little MAC sunbasque blush on top. Smells good...is a little sticky until it dries...Oh, if you do put on a powder blush on top like i do sometimes, you have to wait for it to dry first, or else application goes on super weirdly, as the powder sticks to the stuff.

Moisturizers -Prescriptives - All You Need Moisturizer for Oily Skin

So so great...the only thing i can say is LOVE. smells great too, really light kinda like pear. I have oily skin and this helps turn it into dewy and healthy looking....when I first met my boyfriend, he always commented on how brilliant my skin looks...and eventually started using it too! Get this stuff!..save up first though...it is expensive.
