I bought this in hopes that it would work at a nighttime/going out dancing eyeliner, since it seemed to be quite water-resistant. Unfortunately, it wore off almost completely part-way through the night. For $18 I'll spend that money on something else like a gel liner that really sticks on through intense activity. Beautiful color though.
This is a beautiful, vibrant but wearable violet shade that makes my bluish greenish eyes pop. Highly pigmented; I don't need to cake it on to get nice color tone. Stays on nicely. For an evening out I put it over a smudged on layer of MAC Non-Conformist and it wore like iron all night and looked intensely pretty. I doubt I will need to repurchase this, and it is pricey, but I will certainly enjoy this for a long time.
Creamy formulation with a few tiny scrubbing particles in it, designed for dry or maturing skin. This gave me whiteheads on my chin after two uses. Actually, Dove's daily exfoliating cleanser did the same thing - I don't know what ingredient they share, but my skin doesn't like it =( Pros: Good price point, nice tube packaging.
Tinted Moisturizer -Smashbox - Backdrop Cooling Tint

I got a large sample of this and used it for 2 days. It made my skin tingle and almost burn, which I did not like AT ALL. I felt like I had smeared menthol on my face. It even made my eyes burn somewhat even though I didn't use it within an inch of my eyes. Texture is very nice, and the color was a good match for my skin, but I could not stand the burning sensation.
Sunscreen -Neutrogena - sensitive skin sunblock spf 30

Okay for body, but can leave a white cast if you apply too much. I don't like the sticky feeling it left on my skin. And this is NOT for the face. Broke me out, made me sort of red. Ugh.

This is the same exact product at TreSemme's Instant Heat Tamer. Same ingredient list, same manufacturer. So if you can't find one, grab the other. The TreSemme bottle is bigger and around the same price. HTH someone!
Lips -Neutrogena - MoistureShine tinted lip balm in Nude #40 [DISCONTINUED]

I love love love this stuff. I've been wearing it so much lately that my lipsticks are languishing in my makeup box. It is a color that I can blot on to make sheer/delicate, or apply a bit more heavily for a juicy berryish shade. With SPF 20 and a collection of wearable colors at about $6 each, how can you go wrong? Lovely texture, light on the lips, leaves somewhat of a stain for quite some time, and you are still kissable -- no goopy gloss (though I do still like gloss, this is such a great no-fuss option!)
Holy horribleness! This is a weird scrapy comb mascara -- like a metal blade -- I was almost scared to put it near my eyes! It applied terribly -- not even, clumpy, and I needed a separate lash comb to go through it. Even after combing through it looked weird and uneven. Went straight back to the store.
Tinted Moisturizer -Bobbi Brown - Tinted Moisturizer [REFORMULATED]

I got my first one of these are a RAOK, and my second as a very generous swap. I adore it and will definitely buy it at full price when my 2nd tube is finished. Extra Light is pretty much perfect for me, and gives me a little lift of color in the winter when I'm really pale. Great SPF, moisturizing, gives a nice finish (not matte, not overly glowy). My skin is fairly normal/sensitive but more dry in winter. A creamy consistency makes this a pleasure to apply. Evens out my skintone just enough (though I still use concealer under eyes and on pesky spots.)
Styling Products -Dove - Smooth & Soft Anti-Frizz Cream

Okay, I might update this later, but I used this yesterday and my hair (which I blow dry) was less frizzy. Not shinier, but almost nothing makes my hair shiny. Felt soft, smelled nice. Had such great hair that the 7-11 guy told me "Good hair." LOL! Will update if I change my mind!
Scrubs -Dove - Essential Nutrients Daily Exfoliating Cleanser

Okay, I have other Dove skincare products and think they are very nice. However, after two odd rashy/breakout reactions on my cheek (once a few months ago, once yesterday) I threw this stuff out. I don't know what ingredient caused this reaction, but the fact that I had the same reaction 2 out of maybe 8 times that I've used the product is not a good sign to me. =( I have semi-sensitive mostly-normal skin with the occasional blemish -- never had any reaction quite like this before! =(
Blush -L'Oreal - Blush Delice Sheer Powder Blush - Color of Hope

Went to NY for Christmas vacation and my skin was dry, dull, and really unhappy with the water change. Tried my best to stay moisturized, and happened upon one lonely Color of Hope blush at CVS. This gave me a glow that belied my skin's dry state and I got several compliments. This is my new favorite blush -- I only own 4 and one I got as a freebie in a swap LOL!
I am in love with this color! Looks gray-blue in the pot, but has a violet iridescence to it as well -- I've been using it wet(with a dusting of dry over that) to make a smokey blue/violet eye (using BB gel linerin Cobalt to line) and it is absolutely beautiful. Will be a nighttime staple for me.
Good, cheap lipgloss. Looks a bit scary in the tube to me, but I apply with a lip brush (not the doe-foot applicator it comes with) and I can make a lovely, sheerish layer. Berry brown color. Excellent for day or night. Only complaint is the scent, which I find a bit strong/sweet. Will repurchase.
I've been using this product (a sample first, now my full-size bottle) for about a week and so far I really do like this a lot. I had been using Bobbi Brown's TM but I find that the Select Tint helps even out any redness I have on my cheeks better than the BB. The BB is more emollient, so better for dry skin. I put a little bit of moisturizer underneath this. I've also been using a sample of NC20 Select concealer and like that a lot too. For very dry skin days I will still use my BB but the Select Tint seems to last longer on my skin, providing a nice finish until the end of even very long days. The BB tended to get a little shiny by that point.
