Another beautiful palette for a smokey eyes look. The brown shade has a subtle shimmer. I love the dark green/black shadow as a liner. All the colors blend so well together. This quad is worth every penny I spent on it!
My search for a neutral lipstick has come to an end! On me, it is a warm pink color. This is the perfect shade for me to use when I wear a smokey eye. (I paired it with the Mystic Eyes quad.) It took me awhile to get used to the texture of the lipstick. I've worn YSL Rouge Pur shine for many years since I have a preference for lighter formulations. The color stays on my lips for hours. I'm trying to stay away from the Chanel counter now because I'm hooked...I love this lipstick and want to get more!!!

I use this on my lower lashes. The mini brush defines my lashes well.

I really like this mascara. It lengthens, adds volume and holds the curl very well while giving a soft and natural look...I've read mixed reviews about Maybelline mascaras, but for me, their waterproof mascaras work very well for me.
Whenever I would pass by the Chanel counter, I used to think Reflets D'Ombre was an interesting quad, but I shied away from it due to the "green" eyeshadow. After discovering this site and reading the reviews for this product, I became more intrigued and would find myself testing the "green" eyeshadow. I had a SA at SFA put the eyeshadow on me...and she played it safe using the gold shade on my eyelids and used the "green" as an accent color on the outer corners of my eyes. I was happy with her use of the palette and bought it. I decided the play with what I thought was "green" and used it on my lids as the main color. On my tan, Asian skin, the color that I thought was "green" turned out to be a beautiful, soft gray toned teal. It's absolutely gorgeous! On me, the color is not overpowering and can be used for a smokey eye without looking too dark, like some eyeshadows can do. It does take some practice to work with this color since it is highly pigmented. The teal and the dark brown shadow blend beautifully together...the gold and cream shadows can be used as highlighters... Needless to say, I'm so happy that I bought this quad! It gives me a different look and makes me feel beautiful!
I love this quad by Chanel! There is so much versatility with the combination of colors. I use the med.brown/bronze shade during the day for a soft, smokey eye. If I want to feel a bit more glamorous, I'll line my eyes with the Chanel espresso eyeliner and smudge it with the dark brown shade, increasing the color towards the outer corner of my eyes. The pink shadow is a beautiful highlighter. No one can go wrong buying this quad...it's expensive, but worth every penny!
