I just purchased Orly nail enamel in "Fantasea". This is a gorgeous lavendar with irridecence in it. Kinda like a sunset thru a cloudy sky. My DH picked this out. Yes, he goes with me to buy nailpolish. What a prince! This looks so beautiful on, and is the true color you see in the bottle, which I really love. There is nothing worse than buying a polish that looks darker in the bottle and getting it home, only to find that it looks "wimpy" on. LOVE IT. New favorite.

Generally, the scents from BBW are subtle and pleasant, if albeit similar. I ordered the lotion online based on the rave reviews here. Knowing how much I adore lilac, waiting impatiently for May so I can bring fresh lilacs in. Ewwwww..how disappointing! I smell like Eau De Plastic Doll's head.Like if plastic lilacs had a scent. This was so rank, I immediately scrubbed it off. Note to self: Must try at store before buying online!!!

Powder -Everyday Minerals - Foundation Matte Formula

O.K. So I gave up trying to replace my beloved colorstay (orignal formula) long wearing foundation. Truth be told it was starting to look like a mask anyway. Then when all my wedding pictures had to be digitally enhanced to make my DH's lips black again(He is African-American), from kissing me at our wedding, I knew something had to be done about my foundation woes. I had tried both BE and sheer cover in the past. Both were too sparkly/shimmery for me. So I decided to try EM on the reviews here. I apply mine with a flocked sponge applicator. I tried a plethora of samples first---I'm not exaggerating here, really the company is very tolerant of mutiple samplings. Finally decided on Beige neutral. I seem to use very little. It covers great to me, and lasts all day (and I work into the late night hours) I have/had acne prone skin, but this has seemed to actually improve my skin. 12.00 for a large jar is cheaper than a bottle of foundation. Give it a try. Use the sponge if you need more coverage. I am too un-coordinated for brushes!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO GOOEY LIQUIDS.

Shampoo -Johnson & Johnson - Baby Shampoo

I am writing this review as an eye makeup remover. My eye doctor recommended this as a gentle eye makeup remover. It seems no matter what product I used, none of them removed all that I wear completely. This does, without pulling or tugging around the gentle eye skin. It removes all traces ( I wear UD primer, three eyeshadows, eyeliner, and mascara). Besides it is inexpensive and never causes irritation. Can't use it on my hair though--even though it is fine, I wear too much hairspray, LOL!!!!!

O.K. so I start out at 10:00 am. Take the kids to the movies(National Treasure II--Good movie BTW!) All dressed up in my party gear. Have a seasonal work party later in the evening and live out in the country. No time for redo. Must have purple eyeshadow on to match my purple dress and shoes, right? Any way get to the party at six p.m. and dance the night away until 2:00 a.m. Guess what, come home and it looks like I just applied! THIS STUFF WOKS. PERIOD!!!!! Awesome price ($20 total with shipping off their website) for an awesome product. Run don't walk to buy this stuff. If they stop making it I might throw myself off a cluff!!! LOL.

I thought Sammy311's review was hilarious. I too love these. I have almost EVERY color. My co-workers call me "girlie-girl", but I don't mind, my DH loves me that way! Love to paint my nails. O.K. so maybe love isn't a strong enough word! LOL. Very inexpensive. Lasting time is average. I do industrial maintenance for a living, and usually get two days. And we are talking a DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY job here people, with rubber glove usuage!. As for the bright colors having no shine to them like ( like "type A" ) just swipe on a high shine topcoat--Seche, Poshe or anything. Great polish for .99 whats to lose!!
