I use this product as a detangler after washing my hair. Then once it is dry I lightly spritz on the ends and a fine mist all over before I use the straightener, or curling iron. I'm not quite sure if it works as well as the packaging states, I notice i'm having some split ends lately. Seems to help with the straightening process though.

Tried these in the travel pack because all the full size were sold out. These things are great! They remove my Revlone Colorstay foundation very well! They smell nice, and are not to rough on the face. Great value, definate repurchase.

Lip Treatments -Fusion Beauty - LipFusion Lip Plumping Gloss

This gloss smells nice, looks nice in the packaging. Althought it may work for some, it did not work for me. It stung my lips yes, did not plump them, very dissappointing. Oh well trial and error. Will not repurchase in the future.

Eyeliner -Maybelline - Line Stiletto liquid eyeliner

Let me begin by saying, I am not normally a fan of liners with the felt tip. This came in a gift set packaged w/lash stiletto. I would not have purchased this for myself ever. Well I tried this out, and boy was I surprised! I have not used my usual liquid eyeliner since. (2months now) Don't get me wrong, I have thought about it, but always go for the line stiletto instead. I love the way this applies smoothly in one quick sweep, can get close to the lash line without getting globby on the lashes. The blackest black is exactly that, it lasts forever until I take it off with eye makeup remover. Definately a repurchase for me : )

Eye Makeup Remover -Rimmel - Gentle Eye Make Up Remover

This eye makeup remover works great for me. I've tried MAC remover before, and it left a greasy residue around and in my eyes. The Rimmell one does not. It pours out easily from the flip top. One cotton ball soaked in the remover is enough to loosen up my eye prime, eyeshadow, liquid liner, and mascara for one eye. Then I use one soaked in water to wipe off the residue, and done. This stuff is affordable, easy, and quick. Already on my second bottle, and will repurchase when I run out : )

Primer/ Corrector -Smashbox - Photo Finish Primer SPF 15 with Dermaxyl

This is the first primer I had ever tried, instantly fell in love with the way it made my skin feel silky smooth. It minimizes the appearance of pores. One pump is all I need to cover my entire face and neck. This really helps with foundation going on smoothly and evenly. I am not a fan of the pump it tends to stop working after a while, and you end up having to open the container to "scoop" out product. Which to me is gross. As for lasting power, I have oily skin, after a while I notice I am blotting my face, but my makeup doesn't come off while using this product. I would repurchase.

Lip Gloss -The Body Shop - born lippy - strawberry

Let me begin by saying, I love The Body Shops strawberry scents. This stuff smells stong of artificial strawberry in the container. It comes in a little pot, and it is a pretty pink color. When applied it deposits a pink hue to my lips. The strong scent of strawberry seems to dissipate when applied. Doesn't really do much for my lips though, it just feels like a thick greasy coating. Wears off rather quickly also. I had high hopes for this one, but doesn't work for me. Will not repurchase this again.

Received this as part of a gift set for christmas barely got around to trying it out. Wow! This stuff smells amazing. I love the tangy tangerine scent of this product. It is a thick cream goes on smooth, not greasy at all. Soaks in to the skin quickly leaving you moisturized and smelling great for a long time. Only con is the packaging a screw top container, would prefer if it came in a squeeze tube. But I would repurchase despite the annoying container.

This shower gel smells delicious, a sweet/tangy citrus scent of tangerine. Leaves my skin smelling fresh, and isn't drying. A small amount goes a long way with this one. Also makes your bathroom smell great after you shower : ) Will repurchase for sure!

I read about this gloss in a magazine, I knew I had to try it out for myself. Picked it up first thing I observed is that this comes in a tiny tube for the cost. Put it on, within a few seconds I notice the tightening/stinging feeling. Hmm at first didn't know what to think about that, but it did plump my lips noticibly the fine lines in my lips were practically gone, so it did something right? lol. The gloss has a pleasant scent, it is a pretty clear color on the lips, in the tube looks pink. Does feel a bit sticky and very shiny on. Will repurchase, only wish they sold it in a bigger tube.

Eye Shadow -Stila - Kitten

Stumbled upon this shade while my friend was having a makeover in Sephora. I could not resist buying it, and have been in love w/this color since.(2 years) It is a very shimmery/frosty peach-champagne color. I use it alone w/mascara and liquid eyeliner for a natural look. And as a base color for most any other color i've used it under blues, purples, browns. I have also used it as a highlighter on my cheeks. I find it very versatile. I've already finished one pan and purchased another. Lasts me about a year. Only complaint I have is if you sweep it across your eyelid w/a brush you do tend to get a lot of fallout. The trick is to pack it on with a brush then you get practically no fallout. The packaging does kinda bite, even if you buy the seperate pot, which of course I was suckered in and bought. The magnet on my pot came unglued, and my eyeshadodw fell on the counter and shattered. Didn't stop me from using it though lol. I find this a great shadow. Will continue to purchase until they stop making it : )

I received YYY as part of my christmas candy box from LUSH. I was excited to try this out, I heard so many positive reviews about it. Well after the first use, I realized this product is super runny! I had to use almost half of the bottle for one shower,(I received the small one). It does smell good, does not foam up much at all, which I was hoping it would since I thought it was a shower gel. Come to find out it is a shower cream. Oh well, once you get used to the consistency it works fine, the smell lasts for a while. I will not be repurchasing because for the price I feel you need to use to much product.

Lip Gloss -C.O. Bigelow - Ultra Mentha Lip Shine

Bought this on sale at Bath and Body Works. It comes in a squeeze tube with an angled applicator/top. Although convienient, I would prefer if it had a wand because I tend to squeeze to much product out, then i'm left with super shiny greasy looking lips. It smells of a candy cane peppermint, very strong scent. Does have a bit of a sweet diluted candy cane flavor to it also. It goes on smooth very shiny, and tingles on your lips at first. Does feel a bit sticky when you first apply, but you get used to the feeling and don't notice it after a while(the tingling takes your mind off the sticky feel). Good moisturization on dry lips. I use it before bed keeps my lips feeling moist and avoids chappy lip syndrome ; ) Lasts for a long time if you don't lick it off because it tastes so good. Definately something I will repurchase, one for purse, nightstand, pocket : )

Liquid -Revlon - ColorStay Makeup

So I saw this product and decided what the heck, what do I have to lose? I struggled to match my skintone at the store, after finally deciding on a shade I picked the oily/combo skin type.(I ended up getting a shade to dark, went back and purchased the lighter shade also). The packaging would be better if it included a pump. But it doesn't so that leaves for a messy application of dumping on the back of your hand to apply. The formula goes on smooth if you do your face in sections as it dries extremely quickly! As for coverage, it does cover blemishes, and evens skintone extremly well. It does have a distinctive smell, which I cannot describe, but I do not find it offensive. It does not feel heavy or goopy on the skin. This foundation has amazing staying power, does not budge, you need some kind of make up remover to get it off before washing with a cleanser! Made the mistake of not removing it before bedtime and broke out from it twice. Would definately recommend to someone that wants good lasting coverage. Will repurchase again.

Gels/Soaps -LUSH - Vanilla in the Mist

I first smelled this soap at the Lush store; instantly thought it was disgusting, something about it I did not like. On another visit I decided to give it another sniff, and was not completly disgusted this time, although still did not purchase. I finally caved and ordered a piece off the website, when it arrived it was ok, it smelled of a some type of bakery good. So I used it in the shower, the lather is pretty good for a lush soap, it smells of a creamy indulgent desert! Almost reminds me of creme brulee. The vanilla pods can be a bit scratchy, but if you remove the pod it is not a problem. The scent does linger on the skin for quite a while after shower, which I find a plus. I keep the soap on a wire shower rack out of the spray of the water to dry, as it tends to melt away quickly if exposed to water for long. I have to admit this has now become my favorite Lush scent so far despite my reluctance to try it at first. Will definately be repurchasing.
