How many times did I pass by this brush on the counter, feeling it and touching it, sometimes just plainly staring at it before I finally caved and bought it? One too many times I tell you. This is my first mac eyeshadow brush and let me tell you I am quite impressed! I've had smashbox, ecotools and urban decay brushes and this is way better than any of them! I finished an eye look with just this one brush and smashbox #3 brush! It really picks the color smoothly, which I love and lets be blend all eyeshadows properly- a concept that I couldnt grasp with my ecotools. if only mac would make their brushes with engraved numbers, it would be so perfect!

I hate that you have to put powder in your hand. It's a little odd for me. Anywaym the scrub is wonderful. It gives you that squeeky clean feeling. It did not break me out, but I wont buy again, coz of the price.

This is way expensive! THe esthetist made me try it when my face was badly breaking out from adjusting to the weather here. I loved how it glided on my skin. It made my otherwise rough, patchy and extremely irritated skin gain some smoothness back. The sample lasted for days, and I loved it because it's also a good primer for make up. Sadly, once I ran out, I couldnt buy anymore because of the price. sigh...

Makeup Brushes -Smashbox - Fine Liner Brush #8

An ebay seller made the mistake of sending me the #8 brush instead of the #9. In his remorse, he let me keep the brush and returned my money. Thinking I had nothing to loose, I tried this with my MAC fluidline. I am very impressed. With my other brushes, I always ended up applying more than I needed. Since the brush is very thin, I dont have to worry about this being a problem. I have "shrimp" eyes and need eyeliners to open my eyes slightly. This has made eyeliner application somewhat toleratble. Also, it's good for tightlining your eyes. Highly recommend! edit: it's been a while since I owned this thing. Every time I clean this with my mac cleanser, the ends splay quite a bit. It's fine though coz this is remedied once you put it in the fluidline. =D Currently using the 266 because it makes cat eyes super easy. This is perfect for upper lashline because it is soft enough that IF you make a mistake of putting the brush in your eye, it wont hurt!

This to me is like NARS orgasm or MAC springsheen minus the shimmer and longer wear, with more product and less the price. I returned orgasm for this one. You dont need a lot of product to get the color to show on your cheeks. Unlike orgasm that is super sheer and has to be layered so many, many times in order to show, you only need to swipe your blush once across the pan with blissful. As for the 12 hour claim, not really, but hey! I still like this blush! Nars is pretty, but expensive and the packaging attracts dirt like fly paper! The packaging is minimal, that is true, but I guess it makes up for the amount you get this blush? The SA said that amazonian clay is different in that it "remembers" the exact color it should ideally look on your skin so that the next time you put it on, the color adapts immediately. Doesnt that sound like it's just oxidizing on your skin tone? I dont know how true that claim is at all. Still a nice blush, and definitely something worth looking into if you hate the sparkles and glitter in orgasm.

I've been drooling at this for some time now. Every time I go to sephora, I grab this little trinket to finish my eye make up. lol. It's like its' eyeshadow counter part, except it doesnt need a brush or primer for even application. It stays on my waterline! A first for me! Use this on your lower lid and it instantly brightens your eyes without being too garish! One swipe and you're done! For the eyes, you only need to trace it on your lid. If you need to blend sligthly, do it immediately or it will dry on you. It dries up quickly too! Why is it sooooo darn expensive? Of course, you get 2.5 grams which is a lot in comparison to the 1.5 g you get from the powder eyeshadows. Plus it is definitely way more pigmented than the eyeshadow version too! Just imagine the sin eyeshadow with loads of primer to intensify the color and this is it!

I usually get this from my gwp from clinique. That's why I'm saying I wont buy again. Sure, it removes make up really well, but mac fluidline takes a while to remove. Sometimes, I still wake up with eyeliner running down my eye! still.. I think everyone needs a decent make up remover in their arsenal. Plus, I hate leaving all that gwp to waste. Some people say that this blurs their vision somewhat after use. This is the same for me too. But since I use eye drops before sleeping, it's not a big deal for me. If I dont use eye drops, I'll just run my eyes through water after I've washed my face. I'd rather have mild blurring that feeling like I burned my eye!

sigh... amazing 1.6 hours eyeliner. seriously. does not stay put in my waterline. turns me into a racoon. sad... edit: waterline may suck, but on my upper lashline, when set with WET urban decay creep, this stayed put! I seriously dont think there's an eyeliner for my waterline. Even MAC's fluidline doesnt stay put on my waterline, so I'm being lenient. For $2, I can hardly complain...

why hasnt anyone commented on this gorgeous shade before? It's like an electric purple with micro shimmer! Buttery smooth, highly pigmented, color on the eyes looks exactly as it does in the pan. I was wondering whether I should buy parfait amour or this one, but parfait amour is more bluish purple while this one is a true purple!

I did not expect this to be super pigmented or last long on my lids. Granted, I used UDPP to make sure it sticks. Still, It's a bit harder to blend than urban decay or mac, but it's quite good. The white frost can give my UD virgin a run for its' money for sure!

I like how gentle this scrub is. It doesnt feel like your taking your skin off while using it. I use this every other day or every 3 days. I know it says you can use it everyday, but I already use a lot of stuff on my face and i dont want to risk drying it. This is gentle, does not make my face feel dry, just clean.

wow! tHIS I is absolutely great! I like that it doesnt feel heavy on your face like some foundations. It feels really great. They say you should use your fingers, but I find that I like the way my stippling brush applies this on my skin. You can add the coverage little by little. It's kinda medium on me. INo foundation lasts for more than 4 hours on my skin without getting oily. This one is no exception. I think if I wore this at night time when I dont need to use sunscreen on, this would work just fine. Really good foundation! Too bad it's super expensive. I think I would buy again because it doesnt make my face itch and it has not broken me out. - edit: I'm actively breaking out in my chin, neck and cheeks... sniff.... it's a good thing the zits that came out are manageable by a sterile needle. at least they arent deep.
