This is a great leave-in for distressed hair. We had a hot and humid summer, and I was pulling the flat iron out sometimes 2x a day to keep it straight. That's on top of daily blow drying with a round brush. So needless to say it was starting to show some wear and tear. This is a wonderful product to rotate with moisturizing products. It has protein to add strength and minimize breakage. I've been using this 2x a week for a few weeks now and my hair is soft, strong and shiny. I love the sweet, candy-ish smell too. A definite repurchase.

OMG this scent is pure HEAVEN!! I just bought the room spray and tested it in my office. Within minutes, I had people searching out the scent. It's positively delish!! I am going back for this in the candle and wallflower. The PERFECT fall/winter home scent!

I just picked this up today on a whim while I stopped at CVS to pick up something else. This is a really wearable color - kind of a medium rosey mauve w/no shimmer. It's sheer, but buildable depending on how much you apply, which makes it quite versatile. Staying power seems decent so far, for a drugstore product. I applied this about 3 hours ago and it's still going strong. The formula seems like it might be a bit drying, so I'll have to apply a lip blam first to counteract. There were a few other intriguing colors that I may go back and check out.

I have been a loyal Venus user for years (Venus razor w/Mach 3 blades). I have had the Quattro sitting in the back of my bathroom cabinet for at least a year and never really used it. A few weeks ago, I bought replacement blades for the Quattro and gave it a whirl. This really gives a super-close shave without razor burn/bumps. The replacements have 4 blades surrounded by an aloe strip. My legs feel so soft and smooth after shaving and stay that way longer. I love this and won't be going back to Venus.

This is my favorite fall/winter perfume. It smells cozy and comforting, like a cashmere sweater and jeans. I first discovered this when it came out in 1996. I was apartment hunting with a friend and she had this on. I had to find out what it was, and she had no idea - all she knew was that it was brand new and while walking through Dillard's, she let someone spray it on her. I went on a mission to find it, and have been wearing it ever since. No matter what else I try, this is my standby cold-weather fragrance. It's a clean, classic scent and isn't overpowering or cloying. Notes are: Black Currant, Green Apple, Peach, Jasmine, Sandalwood, Cedar, Vanilla. If you haven't tried this, you are truly missing out!

Polishes -OPI - OPI Ink

I am a fan of dark vampy colors, and OPI LPAD (blackened purple) is a major staple of mine. Ink is a dark, vampy color, but is so multidimensional. Ink is a blackened indigo with purple microglitter. Sounds a bit crazy, but it is really pretty. I haven't tried this on yet - just got in the mail last night. I will have to give myself a pedi with this tonight, and update my review afterwards. If you like dark np colors, you might want to give this one a try! ETA: I really prefer LPAD to Ink. This is too sparkly grape for my taste but it's OK for pedi's.

Blush -NARS - Torrid

This is a gorgeous blush. As previously mentioned, it is a more pigmented version of Orgasm with less shimmer. The first time I tried this, it was clown-city, LOL. But, with a light hand, this will give you a gorgeous, pinky-peach glow. Although NARS blushes are quite pricey, they last forever. And considering I am a peachy-pink blush freak (I now own NARS Orgasm and Torrid, L'Oreal Front Page Peach, Aveda Apricot Glaze, MF Peach Spice and probably 5 more I forgot about), I think I am set on blush for awhile!

Lip Gloss -Trish McEvoy - rosette

This is such a pretty lipgloss. I would describe it as a pinkish beige with no shimmer. Because my lips are quite pigmented, I use a neutral lipliner with this gloss to really bring out the color. So flattering - I can see this shade looking great on just about anyone. My only complaint is the price - TM glosses are fairly expensive given the small amount of product.

Shampoo -Bumble & Bumble - Gentle Shampoo

I am generally not a fan of Bb products as I find them overhyped and overpriced. However, this shampoo is among the best I have ever tried. Lathers nicely, has a very light, fresh scent, and cleans my hair and scalp without overdrying. My hair feels so soft and hydrated that it barely needs conditioning afterwards. I was looking for a shampoo to alternate with Nioxin Smoothing, and I think it will fit the bill nicely. Fairly expensive, but you can find liters of this reasonably priced from reputable sellers on eBay (where I buy it).

My new favorite shower gel! This has such a light, fresh, marine-y smell that I am absolutely addicted to. Just a small amount produces tons of bubbly lather. Non-drying, non-irritating. Retails @ $9. Will definitely repurchase.

This product gets 5 stars all around from me. The color is gorgeous - a medium peachy-pink with golden shimmer. I would imagine this color would flatter a host of skin tones. The staying power is excellent as well, with a creamy non-drying formula. The packaging - OMG it's so cute! A chic little lipstick compact with a built-in, flip-up mirror that seals with a little sparkling crystal. I can't wait to try more Cat Cosmetics products!

Best shine serum I have tried, especially for application on dry hair b/f flat ironing. It's so lightweight and adds shine and frizz-control w/no added weight. I don't care for the men's cologne smell, but it fades fast. A new staple for me.

I really love the smell of this - very sweet and feminine. If you like Rock Star soap and Creamy Candy bubblebar, this is a must-have! It does have glitter, but it isn't too over-the-top. I think I prefer Silky Underwear over this, but both are really nice. What I don't like is the packaging - it gets everywhere. Better to decant this into something else and buy a puff for easier application.

These are fabulous! Silky texture, not gritty, and pretty long-lasting for a drugstore lipgloss. I bought this in All About Me, a sheer bronzey-red with golden shimmer. Very pretty color. I will definitely be trying more of these!
