Conditioner -Aura - Cherry Almond Bark conditioner
kittybearchiyo 7/23/2010 11:19:00 PM
Great daily conditioner, moisturizes just enough for me without build up. I started using this 3 years ago and keep coming back for it. Amazing scent; my boyfriend loves it when I use this, because he could smell it just a little on my hair when we met. The scent does stay with you, but very lightly. My favorite out of any conditioner I've bought.

Crème -Revlon - New Complexion One-Step Compact Makeup
kittybearchiyo 7/23/2010 11:16:00 PM
Goes on smooth, lovely texture. I usually get a little on my hand and mix it with some moisturizer, but it's not too heavy for me to use with the sponge. I was a bit worried about the color; I got the lightest shade and it still looked too dark, but once I put it on my skin it looked great. Not the best I've used, but still pretty good.

Treatments -Ion - Effective Care Treatment
kittybearchiyo 7/23/2010 11:12:00 PM
I get the small packets, and use this at least once or twice a month. Good: Great to use after bleaching/lightening your hair. I always get this if I do (not something I do anymore, I used to put blue or purple highlights in my hair, but because of my job, I no longer can.) and after leaving this in for 5-10 min, it's like the bleaching never happened. Nice, thick creamy, but you don't need to use a whole packet at once. One generally gives me 2-3 uses, and sometimes I just mix it with my regular conditioner if I feel like my hair needs some extra love. The packets of it are cheap! Never more than $2, usually .99 where I get it. I've always wanted to invest in a liter of the stuff, but so far haven't. Someday, though, I will, considering how much I use it. Bad: I have only 2 complaints: -the smell is...not pleasant. Not awful, just...odd. -definitely not something to use more than once a week.

Conditioner -Biotera - Revitalizing Conditioner
kittybearchiyo 7/23/2010 11:04:00 PM
I always use Naturelle products, usually the Aura stuff, so I decided to try this. The only thing I haven't tried of theirs is the Slickline products. I love the scent, it's just thick enough, doesn't weigh down my hair, good price...I'll probably keep using this from now on. I try new shampoos and conditioners all the time, but I always seem to come back to Naturelle's products. c:

Deodorants -Dove - Clinical Protection
kittybearchiyo 7/23/2010 10:58:00 PM
I've got the cucumber green tea scent. The scent may be my favorite part of this deoderant; it's not overpowering, but just enough. Feels nice on my skin; I have extremely sensitive skin, and the moisturizers/creamy consistency are perfect for me. Never leaves anything on my clothes or skin, dries clear and quickly, gentle but works... ideal deoderant for me. <3

Powder -Cover Girl - TRUblend microminerals Finishing Veil
kittybearchiyo 7/23/2010 10:53:00 PM
I love the powder itself. And the brush. But the tube-thing it's packaged in...from just gentle, daily use, it kept cracking and chipping until I could no longer close it. But it was still useable, and the only powder I had, so I kept it. I still have the brush and use it for the new powder I have; it's just a little rough, but not in an irritating way. The powder was smooth, and perfect for my skin, but it shattered before I could use all of it. It just crumbles. I dropped it, maybe from 2 feet onto my bathroom floor; the whole thing shattered.

Loose Powders -Palladio - Rice Powder
kittybearchiyo 7/23/2010 10:46:00 PM
Good: It's a very light, silky powder, but it actually stays on my skin. Does it's job well, and I love the packaging. It's sturdy; I bought it to replace the last powder I bought, which chipped and fell apart from daily use, then shattered when I dropped it. The container is strong, portable, and keeps tightly closed, so it doesn't make a mess. Bad: I don't care for the little sponge-like thing/puff that came with it...but I have a kabuki brush that works wonderfully with it. And the smell is kind of baby-powder-esque, but it doesn't stay with you, so it's not that big of a deal.

Eyeliner -Maybelline - Eyestudio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner
kittybearchiyo 7/23/2010 10:27:00 PM
Didn't work for me, at all, especially considering I payed $10 for it. It was too thick; the brush that's included is nice, but it's not very flexible. I feel like for this to have worked, either the eyeliner needed to be thinner, or the brush softer. I did decide to keep the brush. I got it in a dark purple color, which was almost black, but just purple enough, exactly what I was hoping, but the application problems ruined it for me. It didn't smear too much; but if I tried to go over it or smooth the line, it just came off, or started looking oddly chunky. I bought it the night before a job interview, and when used with a black or purple powder, it's manageable, but not worth keeping. Overall, love the brush, hate the consistency of the "gel"

Primer/ Corrector -Palladio - Herbal Liquid Foundation Primer
kittybearchiyo 7/23/2010 10:18:00 PM
Never used a foundation primer before. I live in Texas, and it's very hot and humid right now...every time I wear foundation it's gone within an hour..not to mention my skin is already oily. I gave this a try, since I use other Palladio products.. my skin feels and looks amazing!! I've always had trouble with foundation, but now that I have this I don't think it'll be a problem. I got it for $8, and compared to the prices of other primers I'd looked at, it's great for the price.

Eyeliner -L'Oreal - Bare Naturale Gentle Mineral Eyeliner
kittybearchiyo 6/23/2010 12:22:00 AM
I'm sad to hear this is being discontinued. I bought some about a year ago, and at first it was so frustrating to use. But once I got used to the powder (I'd never used this kind of eyeliner before) I fell in love with it. The packaging could be better/less messy, though. I'll definitely try to find something like it, maybe with a better brush. I found it kind of annoying that the brush was also the top, and for me it was awkward to hold.

Styling Products -Ion - Healing Jojoba Flat Iron Cream
kittybearchiyo 6/23/2010 12:01:00 AM
Wasn't sure what to expect from the stuff, but the beads weren't as odd as I thought they would be, I hardly noticed them. I just bought this today on a whim. I put it in my hair before I dried it, instead of waiting for it to dry, and my hair has never felt better after blow-drying it...usually it feels dry and fluffy, and the products I used to use didn't do much but make it feel greasy, but this was perfect c: I haven't tried it as directed, but I usually don't have time to let my hair air-dry in the mornings, so I'll just use it with my blow-dryer.
