Love this! 2 pumps and it removes everything. Since I don't wear waterproof mascara, it did an honest job on my eyes as well. I had to use very little eye makeup remover after. Very light, you don't really feel it on your skin (it dosen't lather much) and so you don't have the impression it's working but it does. Using witch hazel after showed me that my face was squeeky clean.
Cleansers -Estee Lauder - Soft Clean Tender Creme Cleanser

UPDATE: WOULD NOT CONSIDER DUE TO ANIMAL TESTING FOR CHINESE MARKET 17/02/2012 After using this a couple of nights I can truly say, I'm not impressed by it. It cleanses ok & is suitable for normal to dry skin but the price is totally ridiculous. I haven't looked at the ingredients but there is soooo much fragrance in this, it's a total turnoff. I'm not sensitive to it but I find it annoying & too strong. It's a good thing I got this with a GWP because I would probably have returned it.
Treatments (Eye) -Unlisted Brand - Unrefined Shea Butter

Total discovery for me. Up until recently I wasn't really interested in *natural produts*. Last night I purshased a little tiny jar of this & OMG why did it take me so long to get this. Lips, knees, feet, cuticles are what I used it on last night & I was rewarded with soft souple skin this morning. It's often recommended for the eye area on skin care board. I'm a little hesitant to try it there since I suffer from milia. I may try it next winter when my skin usually gets to be a bit dryer. I will very likely go back & get a bigger jar since the one I have will be perfect to keep in my purse.
Treatments -Aubrey Organics - rosa mosqueta rose hip seed oil
icaria 9/3/2011 10:34:00 AM
I use it mainly on my décolleté, arms & hands to help prevent hiperpigmentation (started about 2 weeks ago). Great as an eye moisturizer, I alternate between this & Avène Eluage, I don't use it on my face too often since I think I would be clogging. Very affordable I find it to be a great alternative to many overly priced products. A web search brings up many interesting references on it.
Eye Makeup Remover -Lancome - Bi-Facil Double Action Eye Make-up Remover

Recently I ran out of eye makeup remover & was using an eau micellaire at night for that purpouse. Can't remember why but I have a couple of those (small promotional bottles) in an armoire. Decided to use it. Horrible! It dosen't remove makeup, it moves it around (just like a previous reviewer mentioned). Messy! Messy! Messy! On top of that, some got in my eyes & the burn was the worst ever. I had to use a gel cleanser after to make sure all the oil was washed off & put cool compresse on my eyes. Result: this morning, eye area feels raw & irritated. I'm already not a fan of Lancôme, this sure didn't help.
As far as eye treatments go, this is one of the best. I've bene using it for over a month and it has made my upper lids smoother but I believe it will take longer to have any major effects on my little crows feet. I got no milia from it wich is a big plus. To be used only at night with a sunscreen and/or sunglassed in the daytime. Update: I've noticed some reviewers mentioning that this didn't help with dark circles. This is NOT for dark circles, nor is it for puffy eyes. Although it is superior to all the other "eye treatments" out there for wrinkles, it's not as effective as Eluage cream for face (yes you can use that one in your eye area). I've moved on to the cream after about 2 months of using this eye gel. If you're looking for something that will provide deep moisture, this is not it either. If you're looking for something to start you up on retinoids for the eye area, this is what you're looking for. It will help you build up resistence for something stronger. If you need extra moisture, 20 minutes or so after applying the gel, use either rose hip oil or unrefined shea butter. These will make a difference if your eye area is dry. Again, this is a good place to start. I will not repurchase for I'm now using Avène Eluage cream in my eye area.
Cleansers -Avene - Cleanance soapless gel cleanser for oily skin

Not crasy about the bottle, a pump would be great. Both myself & my DD use it. No fanfare, this is a very good cleanser for combitation and/or oily skin and it's not overdrying. If only they could change the presentation.
Love this oil. I use it on my face, neck & décolleté in alternance with Nuxe Aroma-Vaillance, 2/3 times a week. Mine comes in a pump wich is very convenient. One pump is enough and it sinks in very fast. I don't think I would use it every night (in summer) since I think I may be clogg prone (haven't bene for years). Last winter I had a period where my skin became very dry so I believe this will help. I haven't tried it on my hair yet.
UPDATE: WOULD NOT CONSIDER DUE TO ANIMAL TESTING FOR CHINESE MARKET 17/02/2012 Not impressed. Got this in a GWP, small jar. Overly fragranced, very ordinary moisturizer. I have combination skin and can't imagine how someone with dry skin would feel comfortable with this. Outrageously overpriced for what it does. Would definitely not purshase the full size.
Skincare - Body -Johnson & Johnson - Baby Oil with Aloe Vera & Vitamin E
icaria 8/10/2011 1:05:00 PM
I had a big bottle of this in the back of an armoire. Bene there for at least 5 years. One month ago, I started to use it as pre cleanser for sunscrean and makeup. Wow! Cheap, effective, nothing more I could add except it also doubles as a great body moisturizer on wet skin after shower. If you are clogg prone, do a spot check for a week or so.
UPDATE: WOULD NOT CONSIDER DUE TO ANIMAL TESTING FOR CHINESE MARKET 17/02/2012 One of the best deodorants out there. Avon keeps wanting to discontinue it, but they can't get rid of it. It always comes back due to popular demand. Someone in the company needs to take a decision, change the bottle and make it part of the recular collection of deodorants. It's as if they're not listening to the demands of customers. The fragrance is not high end but it's not overpowering, keeps you dry (except on very hot/humid days) and dosen't stain clothes. Inexpensive, it lasts forever. Avon keeps launching new products that end up being discontinued 6 mo later. This one has bene around forever and it's popularity dosen't fade. Clearly, they're not listening.
Deodorants -Dove - Ultimate Clear Go Fresh Energizing

I will end up using this deodorant on cooler days. On hot /humid days, it does keep me dry but the smell turns on me and is realy not pleasant. I can understand why so many like it but it dosen't agree with my body chemistry.
Makeup Brushes -mark - Mini Brush Kit- Go With the Pros
icaria 6/19/2011 7:37:00 AM
This little kit is ok for the price. The only brush I use everyday is the concealer brush. True, like other reviewers have stated, the blush/powder brush is a bit hard and did smell at first. I payed less for it than the regular concealer brush so I consider I made a good deal but I wouldn't recommend to buy it full price. Not worth it. Good size for travelling.
Hair Color -Garnier - Nutrisse Permanent Creme Hair Color
icaria 6/19/2011 7:24:00 AM
Due to the rave reviews this product recieved I decided to try it. I wanted a hair color that woul cover greys better. I followed the instructions and got good results (or so I thought). The first week, the color was shiny and rich. After the 3re or 4th shampoo, greys started to come out and my hair was extremely dry (never happend before). I will go back to my usual box hair color for now.
Sunscreen -Aveeno - Active Naturals Sunscreen Lotion SPF 60
icaria 6/19/2011 7:13:00 AM
I bought this at the drugstore on special. I wanted a small tube to keep in my purse to reaply ss during the day if need be. Very disapointed. This product stayed on top of my skin ( I used it on my arms and hands). Didn't penetrate and when I touched my skin with my nails, I gott this white, powdery film that stuck to them. It's a good thing I didn't try in on my face. This is definitely not a keeper for me.
