i'm in between minds about this - it doesnt seem to be doing anything to my eye area, but i really like the packaging and also that this does not contain preservatives. will be trying out Talika's eye products before thinking if i want to continue using this as i've more fine lines appearing under my eye now - will update my review again.

Cleansers -Fancl - Mild Cleansing Oil

i tried the new reformulated one and the older one and got the same results - both broke me out really badly that i'm still dealing with the after effects up till now. i stopped using this about 2 years ago. i've now switched to Dermalogica's pre-cleanse which works on the same principle but is proving more effective in controling my breakouts and removing my MU. will not repurchase - fancl's stuff dont seem to work for me though i really like it due to the no preservatives philosophy.

dont see any improvements in my skin and i think it might have caused me to break out instead. will not repurchase - fancl's stuff dont seem to work for me though i really like it due to the no preservatives philosophy.

i dont see any improvements this made to my skin though i consumed this religiously for 1 month. drink tastes very sweet - too much so for my liking and my mom even had rashes after trying out 1 bottle! it made her face really red and from then on, any beauty products with collagen would cause her much anguish in that her face would turn red on the forehead and cheek area. will definitely not buy this again.

this stuff worked well for me when i first switched to this from Origins whitening range. what caught my attention was Fancl's philosophy of having no preservatives in their skincare items. it seemed to work, but after repeat usage of about 6 months (and about 4 bottles), i would say that the efficacy has worn off somewhat, which made me quite disappointed. i have some sun spots that are not yet visible, but without care, will be very obvious so a whitening essence is a must every night for me. this gel also seems to be quite rich as my bumps usually turn into fully blown pimples after i apply this all over my face. :s i really wanted this to work as i still believe in skincare moving towards having "no preservatives", but am contemplating trying out Dermalogica's c-12 concentrate before deciding on which to purchase.

Sunscreen -Fancl - Fancl Sunguard spf 30

this is an OK sunscreen, but i really like the pearl edition that only gets released once a year during summer - it gives a very nice shimmer to your powder. the consistency is not as watery, and it can be a little sticky after application but give it some time and it will dry up. my skin cant take something that is too oily, so this is not one of the items on my books that i will repurchase for sure..i'm in between minds on this but decided to say no to repurchasing as there are probably other brands that will work just as well (i.e. neutrogena).

Loose Powders -Ettusais - Day Protect (Amulet) Powder

this powder is indeed light and offers pretty good coverage. however, i just couldnt find the right shade that suited me as i'm in between the light beige and natural beige shades! also i think this powder started to clog my pores and this resulted in quite severe acne on my cheek area which i never experienced before until i started on this particular product. will not repurchase.

Eyes -Talika - EyeLash Conditioning Gel

for me, results were seen after 1 week of continuous application! i have very sparse lashes on the upper eyelids and hardly any on the lower lids, which was why i was really excited to try this product! like i said, after a week, i could see my eyelashes already slightly longer and some fine strands on my lower lids! the price is quite expensive, but it will last quite a while so in that respect the pricing is OK. Definitely on my list of "needs" and not "wants" - i also noticed that if i stopped using the product, my lashes do not grow back to normal length but still maintained their length and that holds true for the lashes on my lower lids too. HG in my book!

i purchased a sample size of this but it was so hard to get out of the tub! so i bought the slightly larger one which my blush brush could fit in (more or less). the colour is beautiful, but somehow it does not seem very pigmented for me...the colour doesnt show up on my skin unless i apply quite a generous amount...maybe its just not the right shade. i've tried alot of other blush colours other than Nymph and they work well. for the price though i think this is a keeper.

i found my perfect shade after sampling about 3 different colours in an order that i shared with my 2 aunts. this mineral foundation is what i only wear on my face when i go to work. it is light, and also very build-able. it covers my acne marks well and 30g last a looong time!! well worth for the price too in my opinion. it does not really oxidize on me, compared to some others that i've used in the past like Ettusais loose powder. this also seems to keep my breakouts under control - since i switch to mineral foundation, i've had lesser clogged pores and pimples. will definitely repurchase when i'm out of this.

Masks -Jurlique - Intense Recovery Mask

i purchased this because of the reviews and also because Jurlique products did not contain any artificial preservatives. this mask was OK, and it contains some oil, so there was a slightly oily feeling after i had washed it off. my skin was smooth, but for the price i paid, there're other hydrating masks that could also make my skin feel this way at a lower price! will not be repurchasing this as i think this is overpriced though it does not contain preservatives (it has an expiry date of 6 months away for the 40ml bottle?). i'm not convinced that this is value for money.

This is my HG of all masks/exfoilators!!!! the 1st time i tried a sample packet, i was so turned off by the smell! it was quite awful and smelt like some chemical! however, the results were AMAZING! my skin was not only smoother, but also appeared tighter. i have breakouts on my chin and cheek area and these also were considerably smoother. the best thing was it helped to lighten my previous acne marks too! after a day or two, the ex-pimple area will start to flake off to reveal new skin and consequently, lighten the marks. i think this also pushes out the clogged pores - and i do have a pretty serious clogged pore problem. i'm buying the full sized tube now that i've already finished my sample pack and the travel sized one. definitely the BEST mask/exfoilator i've ever encountered and will continue to repurchase!

Toners -Dermalogica - Multi-active Toner

i'm not really sure if this is the best toner i've ever used since all toners seem to have the same effect on my skin! however, i do like the scent of this and that it softens my skin when i use it immediately after cleansing my face. still trying to get used to the spray concept as i've spent all my life spritzing it into cotton pads then dabbing on my skin, which i still think works better for me. it also has a slight cooling effect. will repurchase if i cant find something better to switch to.
