Nice color, but the mediocre texture would keep me from repurchasing. It's paler and less frosty/shimmery than I had hoped, but overall still flattering on my fair skin. The texture is dry (not glossy or moist at all, really), but I like the pinky mauve color enough that I'm making it work; I layer it under docile and nymphette lipglasses, and over syrup and viva glam II lipsticks. Whirl liner also adds some depth.

Not good. Made my hair so stiff and sticky that I had to rewash it. Moroccan oil works best for me in terms of smoothing out frizz and adding shine and softness.
I'm returning mine, mostly because of the color - it's pulling more boring brownish berry on me than cool lavender/mauve. The formula is like DS longwear lippies I've tried - drying and tending to flake if applied too thickly. I also agree with another reviewer that you can really feel this on your lips, too, which is not ideal.
I love my TFSI, but since it goes on transparent, my pale, veiny lids still tend to show through my shadow. While painterly did cover the veins, it was way too pink for me (NW15/MUFE HD 115) and it made my lids look crepe-y and more...mature, despite the application technique (I tried with both my finger and a fluffy brush). I researched this product a ton before I finally bought it, so I'm disappointed that it didn't work out for me.
Eye Primer -Too Faced - Shadow Insurance, Anti-Crease Eye Shadow Primer

This is the best shadow primer I have ever used, hands down. No oily lids and my shadow goes on pigmented and stays put. And the tube lasts FOREVER. I use it at least 6X a week and bought my current tube - which is finally reaching its end - in March of 2010. That's almost a year and a half! This was especially exciting for me since I had previously been using the pricier lid primer by BE and was getting tired of replacing it every 3 months. Very happy I switched to TF.
I just picked up Thalia by NYX and I LOVE it. It's a perfect addition to my obsessive collection of mauvey-nude-pinks, and very much in the same family as MAC Faux, Brave, and Modesty, and Centerfold by Too Faced. All of these are super complimentary on my cool NW15/ MUFE HD 115 skin. NYX texture is nice and creamy and moist (more so than my Modesty cremesheen, actually), but the staying power isn't as good as MAC or Too Faced. Still 5 lippies for the price!
I thought this was going to be an amped-up version of faux - still in the vibrant blue-pink family, just with more purple undertones. Up the Amp, however, is straight up purple. Like bright, glowing, radioactive purple. I was horrified when I first put in on my lips and promptly packed it back up to return, but then I decided to give it another chance by mixing it with other products. Since I have yet to find a use for my VG Gaga II (much too pale for my NW15 skin) I put on a coat of that, lightly blotted, and then swiped on Up the Amp. Lovely! It's the color I thought I was getting - a bright, milky pink lavender. So while I'm not a fan of lipsticks that don't work for me right out of the tube, I'm keeping it after all, if only because now I have a purpose for my Gaga II!
