It all started with a youtube video. I was watching FleurDeForce's vid on the Touche Eclat foundation that had just been launched then and I got all googly-eyes. Now, I am a sucker for anything illuminating, as I have very dry skin. This foundation is illuminating but not shimmery or glittery, which is perfect. So when Sephora finally got it in stock, I asked for a sample right away. The SA gave me a very generous sample in a little pot and I wore some the next day. It feels so comfortable on my dry skin and under my eyes. This is a biggie for me. It is light to medium coverage, and I have good skin, so i really don't need a lot of coverage. It gives my skin a glow, which I love, and is in no way cakey. Ever. I do have to blot my T-zone mid-day, but i do that anyway since all i wear are glowy foundations. This foundation lasts a good bit on me, I would say 7 or more hours, but I think my drier skin helps that out. The only thing i would like is if it was a bit cheaper in price, because $55 is quite a bit to pay for a foundation..but I must say, for the amount you get and how much I love it, to me it would be worth sticking a little $ back to get another bottle (yes, i bought a bottle of it, but I am still using the sample right now) when i get low.

Tinted Moisturizer -Neutrogena - Healthy Skin Glow Sheers SPF 30

This does not have a lot of coverage. I mix a dab with a foundation that i have to give it more of a moisturizing feel and glowy look (maybelline's Fit me), and it's perfect. Have also mixed it with samples of other foundations since most foundations are too dry for me, and accentuate my dry patches. There are no evidence of glitter or shimmer when i wear this tm or swatch it. Those with oily skins would not like this so much because it may have a tendency to slide off during the day with that particular skintype.

Lipstick -L'Oreal - Colour Riche Caresse Lipstick

I loooove this lipstick!! It is the very definition of a moisturising lipstick/gloss hybrid. When i first applied this to my lips, it was like putting the most luxurious silk on my lips. this knocks every other lipstick I have ever tried out of the ballpark and to the moon! I hate for my lips to feel dry, and i'm really a gloss girl, but on those days when I want more color and less gloss to my lips, but don't want icky peely lizard-lips, this is my go-to lippie! I will be buying b/u's of these for sure!

Concealers -MAC - select cover-up

I bought this the past weekend to try it, and it does not work for me. It dried out under my eyes and I could not get it to blend properly. Also, it was too sheer to cover my dark circles, but I already knew that (so is every other concealer I have ever tried lol) and thought I would be able to layer it with another concealer for better coverage. I can't do that since it dries up the way it does on my skin because it looks really cakey. i will be taking this back to the MAC counter to exchange for something else of theirs or money back.

Mascara -BeneFit Cosmetics - They're Real

I love this mascara!! I have longer lashes and this mascara really fans them out (if you stay under 3 coats) and volumizes them. It doesn't flake or smudge by the end of the day, which is a huge plus for me. I am on the trial size that I got from Sephora a bit back, and I bought another trial size (just can't see spending so much on a full sized one if they have the trial sized ones, which last quite a while) for when i run out of this one. I always make sure to wipe off the end since it has quite a bit of product on it when you pull the wand out of the tube. This ensures for even and clump-less application. Just an awesome mascara :) Edit: This is my HG mascara, hands down! I have really put it through the test on several occasions and in several situations, and it still looks great! This gives my lashes that Va-va-vooom look, which i LOVE. I will buy this forever!

Liquid -Stila - Illuminating Liquid Foundation

This foundation is the best foundation i have ever tried. It matches my skin color exactly, gives me a glow, does not make me look greasy, and wears all day on me. I have had no issues with this product whatsoever. It just really makes me look like I have beautiful skin. I mean it doesn't even look like foundation when I wear it (you know the look, caked on, makeupy, pancake face!). I have really dry skin and this does not dry my skin out and does not make any flaky patches, and stays looking great the whole day!! And that is really saying something when it comes to my skin. I mean even TM couldn't do that for my face! It covers enough so that, like I said, it makes me look like I have the most beautiful skin ever. I mean even my concealer looks great at all day with this (exactly like it does in the morning). Wow. I will buy this foundation forever, and as long as I continue to absolutely LOVE this product, it will be the only foundation that I will ever wear.

Blush -Tarte - Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush in Dollface

Tarte's Amazonian Clay blush in Dollface is a blush that is a cool-toned, baby pink color. I have experienced a slight darkening of the AC blushes overtime as you wear them, so I recommend that you apply lightly, because you will defiantley see it as time goes on in the day, and to avoid looking overdone. This reminds me of the effect of the Dior Rosy Glow blush in this sense. This color goes great with my skintone (I am fair with cool undertones). It is a matte blush. I am a sucker for the packaging, since it coordinates with the blush inside, so that when you go in your stash to pick one out, you can automatically tell which is which for the most part without having to read the labels. That kinda reminds me of the Revlon Lip Butter's packaging in that way. Definatley one of my favorite blushes in my collection.

Blush -Christian Dior - Rosy Glow Awakening Blush

Rosy Glow by Dior is a cool-toned bright pink in the pan, but looks like a baby pink on my cheeks when first applied. Then 5 minutes later it turns into a natural glowy flush. It is really easy to apply too much of blush st first because it is such a light powder pink, and if you apply too much, it really can look overdone, as this adjusts to your skintone. This blush has the Dior logo monogramed on the surface of the blush, and I think that is really pretty and adds to the charm of this product. I really love this blush, and if I lost it, I would definalty repurchase.

Blush -Hard Candy - Living Doll

living doll is a shimmery, barbie pink. It is sheer, but is buildable for a more blushy look. I love this color pink because it is a cool-toned one, and makes my face look more alive. Alot of times I pair this with another matte blush to give it some shimmer. This is not glittery on the skin, but then again i have never looked at it in sunlight. I would recommend if you like cool pinks and shimmer on your cheeks.

Blush -Hard Candy - Fox in a Box Spicy & Sweet

This is definatley one of my favorite blushes of all time. It gives a nice glow to my skin while also giving a doll-like pinky-peach color also. This blush is very pigmented and I barely need to rub my brush in it to get product for both cheeks. This performs like and better than alot of H/E blushes I have tried and own. You definatley get a great product for the price. I highly recommend this blush for other PPP's because this gives the face such a pretty glow. I will definatley repurchase.

Lip Treatments -Korres - Lip Butter -Quince

I have this in this color and Jasmine, and i am in love with these lip butters. Quince is very pigmented and is the same color on my lips as it is in the pot. I would definatley recommend this for someone who is more hesitant about wearing redder lip colors, because this is not an in-your-face color. it is very wearable and moisturising, and has a nice gloss to it. The korres lip butters are one of the best lip products that I have ever owned.

I loooooooove the Korres lip butters!!!! The one in Jasmine is a very pale pinky nude color on my lips. It is moisturising and this is the very first lip product that I put on in the morning, and it helps to condition my lips for other lip products that i will wear throughout the day. This is also great under the Revlon Lip Butters too is you want a more glossy finish. I will NOT wear lipstick without this underneath, because lipstick it too drying to my lips, and this prevents this from happening. I like the little pot it comes in, and you do get a decent amount of product for the price ($12). This is just a great product, and I will continue to buy for as long as Korres makes them. In fact, I may just go get allll the korres butters!! LOVE.

What caught my eye in this blush was the sparkle!! I was in Nordstrom, and saw something glittering like mad at me, like a diamond, and realized it was this blush!! I am a shimmer/glitter addict, so i had to have it. What I love thou, is that when you wear this blush, you don't really see any glitter, just a nice pink flush on your cheeks. This is verrrry pretty IMO. I am pretty sure that Elf has a dupe for it called Fushia Fusion (glitter and all), and I discovered this when i got my Nars one home, opened my stash, and happened to pick up my ELF one. I could not see a difference.

This blush is a very cool, blue-toned pink. It is very bright, candy-pink in the pan, but looks very natural on my cool-toned skin. This is a very pretty color and i think this blush is definatley one of my favorites! So beautiful. It reminds me of Dior's Rosy Glow blush in Petal, but I noticed that this does not 'adjust to skin tone' like the Rosy Glow, and for me that's a little easier to work with, b/c with Rosy Glow you can put on too much and not know it until 5 minutes later. I also love how Gaiety is more sheer and buildable, that way i don't accidentally look like a clown with one swipe. I will definately be getting this again when i run out!! LOVE!

Lipstick -Revlon - Colorburst Lip Butter

I just love these lip butters!!! I have nine of them now, and I wear at least one of them every single day. They are moisturizing, but have the color of lipstick, and I hate lipstick b/c they are usually very drying. But these lip butters are nice and feel great on my lips. I never have had any problems with them. They apply evenly on me, don't ball up around the edges of my lips when they wear off, and they don't leave dry, flaky patches on my lips like lipsticks do. Before these, i was strictly a lipgloss girl. So you know that if i am wearing these everyday, they have to be great!! I already have two backups of my favorite lip butters, and I will definalty be repurchasing as long as they make these!! And what's even better, I have some verrrry sheer lipglosses that i wasn't really a fan of, but when i wear a lip butter under a gloss like that, it is so beautiful and glossy. These are GREAT!! I definaltey reccomend!!
