Eye Shadow -NYX - Smokey Eyes Eyeshadow Palette

I'm surprised by how much I like this.. The shadows in this palette are better than the trios I have! Every shadow in this palette is soft, smooth & pigmented. I love smokey eyes so this caught my attention out of all the other 10 pan palettes. I use TFSI, then a NYX jumbo eye pencil (in black bean or milk) as a base. Then I apply the shadows. The colors show up nicely. (If you wet your brush just a little bit the colors are more pigmented and no fall out. I actually love all the colors. Starting at the top left corner: A champagne color. I usually use this in my inner corner as a highlight. A pretty taupe which is my favorite color in this palette! I always find myself using that color. The next two colors look black, but are more like dark browns. The last color in the top row is a dark grey. In the bottom row there is a black. Then another dark brownish color. Then there are two silver colors, but the first one is almost silver/taupe, and the other one is a more true silver. Lastly there is a light vanilla color. The packaging is sleek, with a mirror & a small applicator. Perfect for traveling! I bought this at Ulta with a coupon & got it for around $6. What a deal! I'd buy again! & I'm interested in the other 10 color palettes by NYX.

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Midnight Cowboy

I got this in a duo for $10, which is a great deal. But despite that I couldn't love this shadow. It's one of the first UD eye shadows I've tried & I knew it would be glittery. I don't like this shadow, its like the color of my eyelid.. So it looks like I'm just wearing silver glitter... The fallout wasn't as bad as I expected, it was noticeable though. Didn't bother me too much. I brushed it off with a brush. Wouldn't buy again.

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Vert [DISCONTINUED]

I hear Urban Decay eye shadows are the best of the best. Unfortunately, they are also very expensive! I'm a poor college student, so when I saw UD duo's at my local Ulta for $10 I bought one right away. This is a pretty green color, kind of reminds me of the color of jade. But it went on pretty sheer, even over primer. I guess I was expecting a darker color... I just really didn't like this shadow.

Palettes -Too Faced - Enchanted Glamourland

I love how pretty & girly the packaging is. I love the glitter & the pop outs! I also love the full sized lip gloss & eye primer. The brush for the gloss was kind of messed up but it was still useable. The eye shadow's are such a great variety! There's neutrals, brights, & dark smokey colors. They all show up with good pigmentation! I really like this, & for $49 its a good deal! You also get a little blush & bronzer! What more could you ask for? :) Too Faced always has the most eye catching holiday collections! Can't wait to see what they come up with next!

Lipstick -NYX - Narcissus

I hear good things about NYX as a brand overall. So I bought this lipstick & it's... okay. PROS: the color is a pigmented bright pink it doesn't dry out my lips its affordable. CONS: Applies unevenly Doesn't last very long Bottom line: I wouldn't buy again. It takes too much effort to get this to go on evenly & look good. When putting on lipstick I don't want to have to work hard to make it work. I want to be able to swipe it on & go.

Eye Shadow -E.L.F. - Custom Eyes - Moondust

This eye shadow fades so quickly on me, even with a primer. Almost all E.L.F. eye shadows do :( But if I use a brown base the shadow lasts longer. Overall not a great shadow, but for a dollar it's worth trying.

I've recently been getting into more natural eye shadow & shying away from the brighter colors I usually wear. Vanity is nearly perfect! I love how the matte shades go together so well! I can get a natural brown smokey look. It's really pretty & blends nicely. I haven't really used the shimmer side (although I love the brown shimmer color). I'll admit the gold throws me off. I'm more of a silver girl. But overall I think this is a great palette with an affordable price tag!

Wet'n'Wild just keeps impressing me! I bought this palette & really like it. All the colors show up (well the white on the glitter side is mostly a sheer glitter) & they last with TFSI. I would buy again! I also would love to see a palette with darker emerald or forest greens! Edit: The shimmer side has weak pigment, especially compared to the matte side. Compared to my other wnw shadows this is least used.

Mascara -Too Faced - Mini Lash Injection

I bought a value set by Too Faced & it included this mini mascara. I love almost every single thing I've bought from this brand, & I expected to completely love this mascara. Well I don't think it's that great, but its not that bad either. Pros: Dark, rich black color Mini sized is perfect to throw in your purse or for traveling tubing mascara, makes my lashes longer, more defined Cons: It smells funny. Like oranges. I don't like that very much doesn't make my lashes look very dramatic Overall: I would not repurchase. Nine dollars is a lot for this when I can buy a full sized drugstore one for 6 or 7 dollars with similar (& better) results.

Lipstick -Rimmel - Moisture Renew - Pink Chic

I picked this up when I was at Ulta & I've never tried Rimmel lipstick so I bought it. I like the color, a light, bright pink. It doesn't look OTT. I love the creme finish of this lipstick, i really do not like frost much. The only con would be it does smell strongly. It smells like baby powder... I would buy again!

Lip Gloss -E.L.F. - Candy Shop Lipgloss in Coconut Crazed

I really don't like this. I do like most E.L.F. lip glosses but this is not good. It smells bad. Its a strong artificial coconut smell. The gloss itself is clear with lots of glitter. I would not buy again.

I saw a review for this online & I had to have it. I got it in the pink color & I love it! It does not go on sheer, it is a very pretty pink. Also it is not frosty! I really like it & would would buy again except I'm pretty sure this is limited edition.

Eyeliner -Prestige - Liquid Eyeliner

I ran out of my favorite liquid liner & decided to try this one. I recently ran out of it & wont buy again. It was an okay liquid liner, the color didn't last as long as I'd have liked. The black was faded and nearly gone after a few hours. It was only average for me, not amazing.
