I borrowed my daughter's shadow this morning, wore Moon's Reflection today and boy, oh, boy, does this shade make my green eyes pop. I wore it with a bronzer and Coral Me Wild gloss by Revlon and I look 10 years younger! This is a fabulous blue! I think I may just have to "borrow" this again!
Mascara -Max Factor - Lash Perfection in Deep Blue

Holy, holy, holy grail of mine! I loved the black, but when the Deep Blue hit the stores, that was all she wrote. It's softer than black and flatters my green eyes in a better way than the usual black. I can't say enough good things about this mascara and this particular color.
Scrubs -The Healing Garden - Skin Organics reFine microdermabrasion treatment
PattyG 2/25/2006 10:00:00 AM
The packaging on these products is very eye appealing with shades of white, red and green. And yet another product to jump on the organic bandwagon. This is a 4 oz. tube suitable for all skin types and claims aluminum oxide-free, contains natural bamboo as the grains that perform the skin re-finishing. I think it's as good as any other product out there serving the microdermabrasion rage and it's priced within reason. I have been using this for a few weeks now about the recommended 3 times per week. My skin looks great. The product leaves a smooth finish and really does what it claims. My only complaint about this is the smell, it's way too heavy for a facial product. Since it's not on your face all day and washed away, it's not a major issue. I put that I would not buy this again and only because I am fickle and want to try another item like this in the future. 6/10 - edited to say that I will buy this again regardless of the smell which isn't so bad, but a bit heavy for a face product. The real issue here is if it works and it does!
I absolutely love this color. I love anything to do with a pink, berry or rose lipstick and this shade delivers a whallop of bright fuscia color and delivers it well. Milani cosmetics are amazing and it makes you wonder how much we girls are really overpaying at the counters for higher end stuff. If they can get it right at bargain basement prices, what does that say? This color will brighten up the saddest of faces. It's so girly and pretty and CHEAP! Stays on well and is not thick or heavy or drying. It also looks nice with a gloss on top. Very, very happy with this shade!
Treatments -L'Oreal - Nature's Therapy Mega Moisture Hair Treatment
PattyG 2/4/2006 10:09:00 PM
After trying out a sample packet a couple of times, I decided that this was the BEST treatment for my hair and it's now my holy grail. I did buy the larger container today and it was $12.49, but, depending on how long your hair is, this stuff will last a long time. What's nice about it also is that you don't need to use a lot. Your hair will be soft and shiny, but not weighed down and this is coming from someone with fine hair. I'm glad to see the reviewer below me noted that it's identical to Kerastase, too. Excellent product that does exactly what it claims to do. You can't ask for more than that!
Agree with review below! Nasty! I was expecting a sweet honey taste, but it's only scented with honey and somehow, the scent of honey without the taste of it, is just not right! And, it's also grainy! Yuck! Save your money on this! Stick with the peppermint balm!
Styling Products -Clinique - Shine Serum [DISCONTINUED]

I did not purchase this. It was a GWP that I got and I gave it to my daughter. Well, the other day, I was in their bathroom and stumbled upon this again. I have been using it non-stop since! I have fine hair and thought it was going to weigh it down which is why I did not use it in the first place! WRONG! I use mousse on my hair after shampooing and a pea sized drop of this, mostly on my ends and my hair is soft and not frizzy. I will purchase after I use this GWP tube up!
Other -Crest - Whitening Expressions Toothpaste - Lemon Ice

I bought this in the stand up tube and what a freakin' messy thing that turned out to be. I don't really like the flavor, being partial to the Vanilla Mint myself. Will not repurchase this flavor.
A few years back, my dentist made me bleach trays for keeping my teeth white. I would buy my refill bleach syringes on ebay and made do. After a while, the trays become loose and the gel gets all over the place in my mouth. Yuck! Since my 14 year old daughter tried these and liked them, I bit the bullet and thought I'd try an OTC bleaching product to keep my teeth white. I got the Whitestrips Classic and find that these are fabulous for a bit of brightening up. The whitening is supposed to last for up to 6 months, but I don't see the harm in using this on an as needed basis, of course, never overdoing it. You do have to watch out for the sensitivity issue here and even I had to go to using these strips once a day to avoid that issue. Not a problem as I'd rather avoid that and just wait a bit longer for my teeth to look whiter. These are very easy to use. You just apply the strips, leave on for 30 minutes, and brush afterwards. I will definitely re-purchase this product.
I love this stuff. I love the minty taste and I get a bit of clove in there, too! No burning is the biggest selling point of this for me. I also like the new green one, too. Refreshing and it works!
I usually wear a clear liner, but have started getting into the lighter "like lips, but better" colors. I strictly use this as a liner to keep my lipstick and gloss from bleeding. This color goes with everything as it is the color of lip skin. You can't beat this for the price of 3.00 and change!
I have been wearing this as my wash for some time now and it has become my absolute favorite. It goes with just about everything and holds other shadows well. I am getting very low and this will actually be my first shadow EVER that I have finished! One of the best MAC makes!
Eye Primer -Urban Decay - Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Original (UDPP)

I am jumping on the Rave Bandwagon on this product. I have had it on since 7 this morning and there is no creasing, no oiliness, and no smudging. I am VERY impressed with this product. I will definitely purchase this again.
First of all, let me preface this by saying that rarely do I ever spend $25.00 for a mere lipgloss. I know I am paying for the double C's on the cap of this slender and elegant tube, but, gee whiz, it is a bit over the top. That said, this was a treat for myself, so I did splurge on a Chanel. I was actually at the counter ready to buy Pulsar, my favorite color I had tried a while back and went through a mini-tube of that. There was no tester of Pulsar out and as my eyes wandered over each tube, the Sensuelle color hit me like a ton of bricks! I HAD to have it! It was MINE! I tend to wear a darker lip most of the time and this was the berry/violet color I seem to be instantly drawn to. I like the consistency of the gloss and as other reviewers have said, one coat will get you a nice sheer berry lip, while several coats will get you a nice deeper color. This is going to look fabulous with purple eye makeup. I said I would not buy this again because of the price, but this tube, in rotation with the other gazillion gloss's I have, will last a while.
I am very impressed with most of what I've bought from the NYC line so far. I picked up this eye gel at Ulta. Eye New is one of several products in their face care line of cosmetics. The tube is 0.5 oz. and costs a mere $1.99. It's a soothing, eye gel and contains chamomile, aloe and algae extract. It is suitable for all skin types according to the tube. I have been using this under my eyes and it goes on cool, is absorbed well, and does what it claims - reduces puffiness and diminishes the appearance of fine lines. And it feels ever so good and refreshing. It provides a nice base to hold your under eye concealer. I highly recommend trying this and it costs a fraction of the price of some higher end gels that do the same thing for a lot more $$$. Stock up!
