Crème -Revlon - ColorStay Whipped Creme Makeup

Holy cow! This is the best foundation I have ever used! Thank you MUA'ers for the reviews on Colorstay Whipped (without of which I would have never bought it). Regular Colorstay does not even compare...so if you do not like the original liquid, don't let that keep you from trying the whipped version! The consistency of the product is very creamy and easy to apply. It blends very well and leaves a radiant glow. I bought shade 320, warm golden. This is several shades darker than what I would normally get because the lighter colors were way too light. It lasted all night last night through a pretty hefty night of drinking, and when I woke up this morning it was still perfect! Now, I don't normally go to bed with makeup on but last night was an exception. The coverage is amazing too. Any blemish gets completely covered without looking cakey. It's just like my own skin since it feels so light. Very well done, Revlon! This is now my HG foundation!

Lips -TheBalm - Stainiac in Beauty Queen

This cheek and lip stain is by far MUCH better than Benetint. It's easily blendable, doesn't mess up my foundation and gives a perfect flush of color on my cheeks. It's not drying like Benetint and doesn't get spotty at all. On lips, it's a dream! Just enough pigment to look like you've been munching on a raspberry popsicle. It doesn't dry out my lips and it looks EVEN and not blotchy (unlike Benetint). Beauty Queen is a lovely medium berry color and works great on all skin tones. I think I'm going to buy this stain in every color!

Liquid -Maybelline - Dream Liquid Mousse

This is a wonderful foundation. I have tried every foundation out there and ALWAYS come back to Dream Liquid Mousse. The texture is super smooth and easy to blend. The finish is absolutely flawless and slightly dewy. Blemishes are easily concealed with just a small amount of product. My face truly looks airbrushed and glowey after I use this foundation...almost like I have perfect skin! I get many compliments on how healthy my skin is but nobody knows it's just that I'm wearing a really good foundation. Have bought many bottles and will continue to buy more. Also this is great for people with dry skin!

Tinted Moisturizer -Aveeno - positively radiant

While I will admit that this product does give exceptional coverage for a "Tinted Moisturizer, it dried my face up! I mean dried to the point of flaking in areas of my face that have never flaked before. I love the packaging because of the lockable pump. And the SPF 30 is just awesome for a face make up product. But, really...aren't tinted moisturizers supposed to MOISTURIZE???

Hair -Unlisted Brand - Revlon Orofluido - Beauty Elixir

This is hands down the BEST hair oil I have ever used. It makes my hair smooth and shiny without leaving an oily residue. The smell is rediculous amazing! It smells like sweet amber and vanilla. I use Orofluido after washing but before blowdrying. It cuts the drying time in half! Also, it's great for dry hair. I like to use a little on my dry hair just to give it a mirror-like shine and fresh smell. This oil is definitely worth the price. One bottle will last a very long time since not much is needed. My hair loves this stuff!

Go to your nearest Walgreen's and buy this cream NOW! This is by far the best purchase I have ever made...period! I am a week into using AHA Souffle and my skin has never looked better. It's truly a miracle! My complexion is brighter, more even and I've kissed my breakouts goodbye! I have deep undereye creases right where my undereyes meets my cheeks. Boom! ...Significantly smoothed out in three days flat! I am a believer now. I will never be without an extra jar of this cream in my possession. It stings a little at first but it's worth the results. I've read about people going through a purging stage and a peeling stage but that has not happened to me. The worst thing so far is I got a little in my eye and it stung like hell! Go get this product!!!

Self Tanners -Bare Escentuals - Faux Tan

I bought a smaller size (4oz) of this tanner and it cost about $23.00. I think the price is exorbitant for what you get in results. THE PROS: 1) Extremely smooth and easy to apply 2) Very nice almond/cherry scent 3) The tan is a realistic brown shade...NO ORANGE! THE CONS: 1) THE PRICE!!! 2) The tan is very light 3) I had some streaking. This never happens to me because I take precautions! All in all, it gives great color. This tanner would be ideal for winter time because it's not very dark. For the price, I expected better results. I'm on the fence about re-purchasing because you really do not get a lot of product for $23.00. Also, to achieve a medium/dark tan, I would have to apply at least two or three days in a row. That's too much of a pain in the rump for me.

Polishes -Essie - Sugar Daddy

This is the best sheer/neutral polish I've ever owned! Most lighter colored neutrals are very streaky and require several coats to look just ok. Sugar Daddy looks amazing after just one or two coats. No streaks, perfect shine and a lovely bashful pink hue. This is my go-to polish for winter months when I'm extra pale.

Polishes -Sally Hansen - Insta-Dry Fast Dry Nail Color

This polish always teases me in the drug store. The color choices are stunning...and really, who doesn't want instantly dried polish? But the results are horrible. Streaky, lumpy and dull. Did I mention that it doesn't instantly dry? Also, the brush is way too wide which makes for a sloppy paint job. Wet-n-Wild makes better nailpolish that's cheaper and does dry much quicker. No, not my favorite polish.

This stuff was a complete waste of money. I followed the directions and tried it twice. The only difference I see is way more split ends. It feels disgusting and waxy also. Never ever ever again.

This is the most industrial strength moisturizer that my face has ever come in contact with. Great for mid-winter rough patches! It smells like oregano which annoyed me at first. Oddly enough it became a comfort scent over time. It did break me out after using on a nightly basis. I slowed down to once or twice a week and that problem went away. Overall, it is a fantastic way to soften a wintertime complexion. I will not repurchase simply because the cost is ridiculous.

Palettes -Coastal Scents - Ultra Shimmer 88 eye shadow palette

I fell in love with this palette before I ever even got it in the mail. I like the idea of all colors being in one handy palette. Also, the reviews that I've read have been pretty stellar on the Ultra Shimmer Palette. When I received it in the mail today, I was super excited to swatch the beautiful colors inside. The first thing I noticed was how akward it was to open the palette without dropping it. I guess a palette of that size seemed like a good idea until I tried to figure out just where I would store it. On to the colors...they are in fact VERY pigmented and everything I'd hoped they would be in terms of brightness. The biggest downside? The particles are too big and require a lot of force to blend. All this blending leaves a powdery & shimmery mess on my face. Also, I will have to use a good primer on my lids because it doesn't last that long at all. I will use this palette. It's the principal of it at this point. However, I will now do my eye make up first (complete with industrial strength primer), and then apply my foundation, ect.. The color payoff is somewhat worth the pain in the rump that my new makeup routine will be. Hopefully...

I love love love this perfume with all of my little pea-picking heart. It's my go-to Fall scent. It's sweet but not overly and spicy but not manly. I feel so pretty when I wear this! The bottle is just as beautiful as the scent. Will buy over and over again!

Ugh this body spray is probably the most annoying scent in my opinion. It's incredibly cloying and can be smelled from across a large room. A co-worker of mine started wearing this last winter. At first I kind of liked it. Then the headaches set in. I never have had such a strong negative physical reaction to a fragrance in my life. Perhaps if it were toned down A LOT then it wouldn't be so bad?

Primer/ Corrector -Smashbox - Illuminating Serum

So I don't really like this product. It's "glow" is unnoticeable with some foundations and completely shiny with others. I've tried patting some on top of my makeup and it streaked my foundation. Also, it accentuates every pore and fine line. By lunch time it's a greasy mess! I could imagine this being a great product for someone with flawless skin who doesn't use foundation. But for me it just sits at the very bottom of my make up bag.
