Soo.. It`s finally time to review this fantastic product. I started using this around my eyes (I use diacneal on the rest of my face to fight acne as well as aging) 7 months ago. And I started seeing results 1 month ago. For some people it even takes more than 1 year of retinol/retinaldehyde usage in order to see results. When I first started this I had to start slowly since I have very sensitive, dry skin and it got irritated first when I wanted to use this every night right away. So I cut down to using this 3x a week and moved up in times of usage during the following month. After 2 months I started noticing slightly crepey skin around my eyes and the lines seemed to get worse around them (I am 26 years old but I used to be a sun-worshipper in my teens and I am also a heavy smoker). But I decided to keep using this since I knew that it might take longer to work and that there may be the "worse before better stage". After using this for 6 months my skin around my eyes suddenly seemed to thicken up and get smoother and smoother. Now the lines around my left eye are completely gone and the ones on my right eye are reduced a lot. I will definitely continue using this for a few years since I saw what this can do in 7 months, I`m excited to see what it would do in 2 years. Also my dark circles seem to be a little lighter than before using eluage. I have also tried the eluage cream, which I`d prefer on my whole face, but I like the texture of the gel (which is more like a serum to me) for my eyes only better since it seems to be more hydrating. I sometimes use a HA serum (I like the ones by GoW) underneath it (and diacneal) and it seems to help it penetrate better and if I feel very dry, I put emu oil or eucerin q10 moisturizer on top of it (after I wait 1 hour for the retinaldehyde to work without buffering them too much with it) and I`m usually fine with dryness. Oh, and I take one night off eluage a week and either put nothing on my skin at all or moisturizer if really dry. I definitely recommend this product and please don`t stop using this too soon, it might just take a little longer to work and going through "that stage" is well worth it. Love this.

Fragrances -Child Perfume - Child

I sampled this today and already bought a full bottle...:-) I`ve been searching for a scent like this for ever. I wanted a fragrance which is a warm, sexy skin scent yet clean and fresh at the same time, I have never found anything like this. I either found clean or sexy but never at the same time. This is it. It`s very beachy imo but soft at the same time. the pikaki scent in this reminds me a bit of coppertone but it`s not as harsh as eg. bb beach or bonds fire island and it is softened by musk and I also smell a bit lemon in this which keeps it fresh. I also detect a little pear in this and white flowers (it also has a fracas feeling to it from time to time) Staying power is very good on me, I put it on in the morning and I can still smell it now, late at night. I think this is a fragrance which can be worn all year since it is not too powdery and not too fresh. Mmmmh...:-)

Fragrances -Lolita Lempicka - Lolita Lempicka Eau de Toilette

This review is for the eau de toilette (silver NOT gold on purple bottle) not the eau de parfum since here is everything a little mixed up..:-) I tried the edp again and again because I wanted it to work for me since it smelled so gorgeous on other women I know but on me it always turned into a sugary mess. It was so sweet I always had to wash it off after an hour since it was making me feel nausious. I don`t know why I never tried the edt version but I got this as a present and I was ready to put this up for swap but this is just beautiful on me. Not sweet at all and a lovely lily of the valley "skin scent". Very clean and innocently girly but sexy at the same time, men seem to like this a lot...;-) This is the only fragrance I can wear by Lolita Lempicka. While I enjoy smelling a lot of them on paper they don`t mix well with my skin at all since my skin pulls out the sweetness and makes it 100 times stronger. This is also perfect for hot weather since it`s not too powdery and very fresh. Medium sillage and lasting power (on me 4-5 hours) but I like spritzing this into my hairline for longer lasting staying power.

Bath Treatments -Burt's Bees - Apricot baby oil

Ah! I can`t believe I haven`t reviewed this yet! This is probably the product I have repurchased most often and I don`t have a baby :-). I ADORE the scent of this and I am always on the search for a fragrance that smells like it (since burts bees baby solid perfume is discontinued). Closest so far is Fleur d`Osmanthus by Keiko Mecheri. Anyway I massage this oil all over my body when I`m still dripping wet after a shower or a bath and after I exfoliated with a loofa and a nice bar of soap. It makes my skin baby soft and the scent lingers on for hours. It smells of apricot, honey and I smell osmanthus in this and maybe a little vanilla but it is not too sweet. It`s just perfect! Very comforting and the price is not too bad. I probably will repurchase for the rest of my life. :-)

Sunscreen -Eucerin - Sun Fluid Mattifying SPF 50+

This is my favourite sunscreen. I have started using this and liked it a lot but got devita solar 30 from a GoW order soon after I started this and since I liked the creamy yet mattifying texture of devita I decided to use this before I continue with the eucerin. It started to clog my pores though like so many sunscreens do. I have tried a lot including almost all of the Avene ss and LRP ss. This NEVER clogs my pores (although I`m acne/clog-prone), it has a runny texture to which I had to get used to at first. I use BHA and Retinol products which make my skin more sun-sensitive and I was in the sun a lot last week and I did not get the least bit of a tan wearing this. It also makes a great make-up base, moisturizing but non-greasy and very light and mattifying. It has a light, medical scent which doesn`t bother me at all since it fades very quickly and it doesn`t leave a white cast. This is the sunscreen close to perfection imo :-) It is a tiny bit sticky right after application but sinks in quickly and soon feels like a regular moisturizer for oily skin. I use it on top of my vit c serum and they are working nicely together fading my red post acne marks. For ref: I have sensitive/dry clog/acne-prone skin which doesn`t like a lot of products (breaks out or shows allergic reactions). ppd 20 according to custoer service.

OMG. This is terrible. Smells as cheap and awful as the Ed Hardy clothes look.. I thought that there was something this guy (Christian Audigier, NOT Don Ed Hardy who I think is an incredible tattoo artist btw) could do right based on the reviews but this is disgusting.. A sweet fruity, sugary styleless mess. I`d rather smell of sweat, cigarettes or bad breath than of this. I find it embarrassing.. I`m sorry.

This is pure memory in a bottle for me. This is the only fragrance my mother wore. Ever. Back then it was still called Champagne. It fit my mum like nothing else, an elegant, glamourous,smart and funny woman with very long dark blonde hair, big, BIG turquoise eyes, tall and very feminine who would ALWAYS wear bright red chanel lipstick and long floating skirts. She even put red lipstick and this fragrance on in the hospital shortly before she died 10 years ago. I still have her personal bottle, I smell it when I need comfort or feel sad, it always works. I tried to wear it myself many times but it just smells so different on me than what I remember smelled on her when she came flying into my room to kiss me good night and the scent stayed in the room long after she was gone. This smells of love, laughter joy and beauty. I can imagine this on every woman, every age, who has a good sense of humor and is confident to wear an unusual fragrance you don`t smell often. It`s fizzy, luxurious, fun, warm and at the same time very sophisticated. And I agree, I`d also put it in the pin-up, parfumery parfume (eg. Lipstick Rose (which I adore)) direction. This has amazing sillage and lasting power. It lasted 10 years on me. ;-)

I love this fragrance. I`ve been wearing it for a long time now and I agree, it also reminds me of fall, this is where I reach to it most often. I can smell the lily, amber and vanilla most but it also has a fruity aspect. When my best friend was pregnant this was the only fragrance she could tolerate on me. In my opinion this has a way too girly bottle because the scent is not girly at all. It is very soft, understanding and just... adagio in music...If this makes sense. I`ve been getting many compliments by men women and especially children wearing this. I have and will repurchase again. Lasting power not that good but the great scent makes up for it. lasts about 3-4 hours on me.

I don`t get the bad reviews either. There are so many people looking for a fragrance which smells like soap. This is the best one I`ve tried so far. Smells like freshly washed skin with a good soap without smelling to sharp unlike Philosophy Pure Grace or the fragrances by Clean. I love wearing this on my "unparfumy" days or when it is hot outside to just smell pure and clean. Btw the new Prada Fleur D`orange smells just like this on me with a little orange added... I recommend this to everyone who is in search of the perfect soapy scent (I`ll continue the search since I always try to find "the best" but this is the perfect soapy scent for me now and I`ve repurchased twice already). Oh and I love to layer this sometimes to make other fragrance smell more clean.

Fragrances -Cacharel - Scarlett edt

Finally a fragrance by cacharel again which doesn`t smell like plastic and commercial. I`ve been waiting for this to happen since anais anais (which I respect but my skin doesn`t like so much) I tried a sample of this today so I can`t comment on the packaging (but the pictures of it look beautiful) This is now my favourite fragrance by cacharel. It is a very romantic, easy to wear floral scent and one of the most beautiful honeysuckle scents I`ve ever smelled. I can also detect a not too sweet orange blossom (orange blossoms often blossom a bit too heavy and sweet on me, this doesn`t) and jasmine. A little musk prevents it from becoming too bloomy and the drydown reveals a light note of sandalwood. This is definitely fbw. Lasting power: About 5 hours on me then I respritzed and I didn`t mind since I love all of its stages a lot. :-) Top notes: tea leaves, honeysuckle heart notes: Jasmine, honey of provence bottom notes: Orange tree flower, sandalwood, musk

YUCK!! Paradise?? This is the first real scrubber for me and I`ve had loads of fragrances on my skin. It actually kind of reminded me of someone being sick.. (sorry...). This smells so dead without a hint of freshness. Terrible fragrance on me.

Ooh this is very beautiful! It is the closest scent I could find to me beloved L Amande Almond Milk and Honey Perfumed Water which I can`t find anywhere..:-( This is the most comforting scent I have ever experienced and I like to spray it into my hair and on my clothes since it has zero staying power on my skin. It is not too sweet and very well balanced (almond, honey and some little white flowers). I wear it to bed often since it relaxes me a lot. Just the kind of scent that makes you smile. I also prefer this to Bulgary and Guerlain baby scents. But I still want the gentle honey water back :-///

Wow I don`t understand those negative reviews for this fabulous product.. It`s probably because people expect this to totally "get rid of" dark circles.. I would never ever expect that from a product even if it is advertised to do that. This helps a little since it has light reflecting pigments in it but it will not erase them. I adore eye con since it really lifts the eye area and helps my crepey under eye skin (eluage user and waiting to go "through that stage of retinol") to appear nice and smooth. It absorbs fast and acts as a primer before using my concealer. This way my concealer stays put the whole day long and does not settle into fine lines. I got this as a present from a MA I worked with as he swears by it and I was broke lol. I would definitely buy this again if I had the money for it.

Gels/Soaps -Nivea - baby cream soap

I am a huge soap fan, I never use showergels and this is my favourite body soap. I use it almost every day in the shower or bathtub, It lathers up very nicely and creamy and moisturizes my skin long lasting. I don`t have to use lotion afterwards. I love the fresh scent, this is exactly how I want a soap to smell :-). And a bar only costs 60 cents here. Huge huge love for this amazing soap! I`ll buy forever.
