Add me to the list of people that got ripped off by this seller. She sent my order to the wrong address, then refused to refund my money or send out another order. As she was clearly in the wrong I thought it would be no trouble to get my money back via PayPal, but for some reason that they won't elaborate on they decided in her favor and she gets to keep my money. Ladies, PLEASE be careful with this seller. You might think that it's worth the risk to get discounted fragrances from this person and that should anything go wrong you can file a PayPal claim, but there is no guarantee you'll get your money back even when the seller is at fault!

She took 5 weeks to fulfill my order, and then she sent my order to the wrong address and refused to refund my money or send out another order. As she was clearly in the wrong I thought it would be no trouble to get my money back via PayPal, but for some reason that they won't elaborate on they decided in her favor and she gets to keep my money. Conditioner -Burt's Bees - Shea& Grapefruit Deep Conditioner

This was one of the most disappointing new products I've tried this year. The tube was very expensive for the amount of product you get, you have to use a ton of it to actually coat your hair, and worst of all it made my hair appear *drier* than before, rather than deep conditioned. Even when your hair is wet and you have the product in, you don't get the feeling that it is doing anything other than drying out your hair. There is no slippery feeling like you get with other deep conditioning treatments, this feels like it's tangling your hair when you have it in. After using this conditioner I now have flyaway problems for the first time, and my hair looks and feels dry and brittle after a single use. The smell starts off as a very pleasant grapefruit smell, but then this undertone of something musty hits you and spoils it. I can still smell this stuff on my hair hours later, and I'm not happy about it. A huge waste of money, and my hair looks worse than it has in ages.

Lip Gloss -Burt's Bees - Burts Bees Lip Shimmers

I bought this thinking I was getting a tinted lip balm, and was rather surprised to find that it had a lot more tint and coverage than I was expecting. I have a few tubes of standard lipstick sitting around in my handbag and makeup kit for the times that I go out, but I'm about to throw them all away in favor of these little lip glosses. The main reason I don't wear lipstick on a regular basis is because I can't stand the dry, thick feeling or the too-dense pigmentation. Burts Bees lip shimmers are exactly what I have been looking for and I didn't even know it - just enough color and coverage for impact, without being thick and cakey like a regular lipstick or gross and sticky like a lip gloss. The minty sensation is nice, I'd like it to be more intense but that's just me... These also glide right on as easy as chapstick and leave my lips feeling perfectly conditioned. I bought this in Rhubarb and Merlot - both colors work very well with my complexion. I've been seeing a lot of complaints about the Merlot color, but I find it to be like a berry stain (no fuschia here!), a little bit dark for daytime use but perfect for the evening. I think these could be a new HG for me.

Fragrances -Comptoir Sud Pacifique - Vanille Peche/Peach

Awful fragrance. I was hoping for another perfume to add to my collection because I love Vanille Abricot so much, but this smelled like rotten honey. Very strong, very perfumey, I tried to wait for the 'dry down' to see if it would change, but it never did and I had to wash this one off to stop from feeling nauseous. Try this one before you buy it if you're thinking it'll be similar to Vanille Abricot, because they are worlds apart.

Masks -June Jacobs - Pumpkin Peeling Masque

I am so disappointed in this product... I had very high hopes for it after reading all the great reviews here, so I splurged on the mask because I love everything pumpkin related. And while this mask does smell nice, it doesn't do anything. Absolutely nothing, aside from making my eyes water a little bit when I first put it on. I've used it 7 or 8 times now always hoping for the best, but I'm afraid I've completely wasted my money on this one. I definitely won't repurchase.

The smell on this one is something that you're either going to like or loathe. To me, I smell the chocolatey/cocoa smell that everyone else is mentioning, with a bit of eggnog in it. I am lucky that I like the smell, but I can see how someone might find it overpowering or sickly sweet. That being said, this is a fantastic product for an amazing price. I have yet to find another lotion that can glide on so effortlessly, moisturize the way it does, fade marks and scars, and still not be greasy. The packaging could be better, they have these awful spouts that get clogged up if you don't use the bottle everyday.

Cleansers -Murad - Clarifying Skin Cleanser

I've been using this for about three weeks now. It's an all-around good cleanser but I haven't experienced any sort of miracle reaction from my skin. I'm going to stick with it for at least another month in the hopes that I'll eventually see a gradual improvement, but the reason I felt compelled to write this review is I cannot believe all the comments from others saying how great this product foams up. It does not foam at all, period. I have tried using more product, less product, different amounts of water - absolutely nothing I do will produce a single sud from this cleanser. I've applied directly to my face, I have tried building a lather in my hands, but no matter what I do the stuff just sits there. You could take an electric egg beater to this cleanser and never see a single bit of foam. I know it's not necessary for a cleanser to foam up in order to clean your skin, but it would be nice.

Fragrances -Demeter - Angel Food Pick Me Up Spray

Barf! I was expecting something that smelled like an angel food cake, not coconut. This fragrance is coconut, coconut, and more coconut, with nothing else in there. And I HATE coconut. The only good thing about this one is the scent lasted all of 5 minutes before vanishing without a trace, the way all Demeter fragrances do.

It smells like Christmas in a bottle. I'm not sure if that's something I really want to smell like, so I'll wear this a few more times and edit this post if necessary. EDIT: I've finally figured out what this smells like. I don't smell the cranberry, orange, or musk notes that other reviewers have mentioned. To me, this smells exactly like a pine tree. It's a pleasant scent, exactly like when you first get a Christmas tree inside the house. There are some other unidentifiable notes in here, but this is over 90% pine tree. I think this scent would be better used as a holiday air freshner rather than something I would wear on my body.

I bought a sample of this on eBay, and I'm wearing it right now... the staying power is very good, I can still catch a whiff of this anytime I turn my head. I think it's very pretty - light, citrusy, and clean smelling. But it's not grabbing my attention like I thought it would. It's a lovely daytime fragrance, but based on the prices I'm seeing that others have paid for this I would not purchase this one again.
