I have tried this several times and have yet to see what it's purpose is. I apply it to my lid and it does not go on smoothly at all and I certainly don't want to rub my lids rough to get it to smooth out. Once I get it on and apply shadow, I don't see any difference than if I hadn't used it at all. What am I missing here?
I've tried several different gel liner brushes and I really like this one. If I could improve on it at all, I would make it just a little bit stiffer for better control, but of all the liner brushes I've tried, it is the one I reach for the most.
This brush can make the difference whether your makeup looks good or bad. The size, the texture, and the softness just makes shadows blend and shape perfectly. It's great for other things beyond blending. It also holds it shape wash after wash like most MAC brushes.

I have very very fine thin and limp hair but my ends are often kind of dry and tend to want to frizz out from my usual straight hair. I have tried many expensive products to no avail. I picked this up at CVS for $5.99. After I towel dried my hair, I pumped a little of this into my hand (and you only need VERY little). I ran it through the ends of hair and within seconds, I could feel the difference. My hair instantly felt soft, silky, and bouncy and best of all it did not weigh it down, not even a little. If I could buy this buy the case, I would.
Wonderful brush!! I am shocked at the quality of this brush for $1. I didn't have high hopes but I will definitely get another one, it's a must have. Dare I compare it to my MAC 217? Yes, it's very close to that one.
I've been using this powder for several months now and love it. It goes on very smoothly and gives my makeup that final touch for a flawless look.
Top/Base Coats -Sally Hansen - Mega Shine Top Coat

At first, I really liked this because of the beautiful shine that it left on my nails, but then I began noticing that when I used this topcoat, my manicure only lasted a day or two and would begin chipping. I tested it again, over O.P.I. and chipped on the second day. When I use other top coats, my manis last much much longer even if I'm using a lesser quality polish.
This color is a very pale and very natural looking softest of soft pink. I think it is very feminine and soft. Even with 2 coats, it still has a little transparency, so streaking is possible and shows on a couple fingers, but I still really like the softness of this color.
Top/Base Coats -Wet 'n' Wild - Mega Last Quick Dry-Ultra Gloss Top Coat

I got this from drugstore.com for $1.99 mainly because I needed that much more in my cart to get free shipping on some OPI polishes, and I'm so glad I did. It makes my mani last longer and dries very quickly. You can't beat the price either.
I dab some vitamin e oil around my eyes about 5 times a week. I just use my finger and lightly dab my eyelids and undereye area. I love it and it has helped soften my fine lines. I get this by the vitamins at Wal-Mart. It comes in a very small bottle which will probably last 5 years.
Eye Makeup Remover -Avon - Moisture effective Eye makeup remover

This has worked great for me for removing eye makeup, but what I use it most of all for is cleaning my gel liner brushes. I squirt a dot of this on my hand and rub the brush in it really good. I them rub the brush with my fingers before rinsing it off in warm water, then I wash the brush with soap. It comes totally clean.
I got this when I purchased the Clinique 3-step system. I only use it at night now and I just really don't know what it's supposed to do, because it doesn't really seem like it's doing anything? Is this supposed to be a toner? It does seem to leave a film over my skin. I will not repurchase.
This is a good facial cleanser but it does not remove makeup. I am using this in the mornings mainly. It does leave my face feeling clean. What I don't like about it is the packaging. I'm less than half way through it and it looks a mess in the soap holder. I possibly would repurchase this however I think there are just as good cleansers that comes in a pump bottle and are less expensive.
Moisturizers -Clinique - Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel
Hollynla 1/16/2010 10:44:00 PM
I've been using this for almost 3 months. What I love about it is that it's a great moisturizer for morning or night. It does not leave a greasy feel at all, it soaks in almost immediately. It's light and creamy and feels great. It hasn't caused me any skin irritations or acne. I would repurchase this but I still would like to try other moisturizers as well.
I absolutely adore these cream pencils by NYX. I have two colors and both are beautiful. I cover the entire eyelid with the color and then work from there. It makes a great base that stays on all day.
