Tinted Moisturizer -Philosophy - Hope In A Tinted Moisturizer

I got very tanned this summer and all my foundation at home are too light for me. I thought I'd get something darker and not too heavy mainly for the summr. This tinted moisturizer turned out to be perfect for that. I got the tan colour and it matches my skin very well. It's not very light and obviously not for those who want heavy coverage. I wear it on its own or mix it with my other foundation. I also like the pump bottle. It's easy to use and no mess. It evens out my skin tone and covers some blemishes reasonably well (as a tinted moisturizer). This is the first philosophy product I've bought and no disappointments. I may try their other products in the future.

Top/Base Coats -OPI - Top Coat

I don't know why this top coat is not getting very good reviews. I absolutely love it. It gives my nail nice seal and dries extremely fast. Will definitely buy again,

Lotions/ Creams -Bliss Labs - Vanilla + bergamot body butter

I love the whole line of body butter by Bliss labs. I live in dry weather and love how moisturizing they are and not greasy. The smell is not too over powering. The tube is easy to use. I wish they were a bit cheaper though.

Hair -SAMY - Esencia White Lotus Shampoo

I thought I'd try this cone free shampoo especially it had a free mail in coupon. To me the free offer was a scam. I followed all the instructions and sent in my receipt. Over 2 months later, I got a post card back saying I needed to send proof of date of purchase. Well I sent you the whole darn receipt with the date on! They didn't send the receipt back to and there was no contact person, phone #. Fine guess I paid $10 for this product. About the product, it dries my hair and leaves build up at the same time. The end of my hair feels dehydrated but my roots feel greasy. The smell is okay (probably the only thing decent about this product). The design of the bottle looks good but not practical. The top is so heavy and it's hard to twist it back on tight (especially when you're in the shower and the hair is all wet). I ended up dropping the top numerous times in the shower. Sorry to say I won't buy this product again.

Moisturizers -Fresh - Creme Ancienne

I love this cream. I took a chance and bought the biggest size (best value). I live in dry and cold weather. I use it every night before I go to bed. It's very rich so you only need a little. It does look greasy when you first put it on but my face looks well moisturized and feels soft in the am. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone with oily skin or people that live in extreme humidity though. I have used CDLM before and I find this one works much better and much easier to apply.Would defintitely buy it again!
