This product has a nice scent but it did not moisturize my fine-medium dry/somewhat damaged from highlighting hair. Left my hair feeling very coated and gross. I tried this product a few times, first using less than using more, neither worked for me. For a leave-in I prefer renee furterer karite and bumble & bumble quenching complex and for a protein leave in redkens extreme anti snap is great. my hair seems to like the pricey products which sucks :(

This is a beautiful MATTE warm baby pink. Beautiful soft natural color. There is no shimmer whatsoever in this blush, so if you are looking for a glow/shimmer this is not the blush for you. I do love it but wish it had just a slight touch of glow. Color is soft and natural and will continue to use it this winter. For tanned skin this would be much too light/chalky. I will try the lotus pink in the summer ( that one is a bright coral pink with slight shimmer).

Loved the texture and color (bisque). Left a lovely dewy finish but it was short lived. After 4 hours I was left feeling and looking very oily and gross. I have combo skin/acne prone (oily t-zone/dry cheeks). I beleive this would work for someone with more of a dry/dehydrated skin type. Im glad I was able to get a sample at sephora. For now I will continue to use my Avene couvrance for my tinted moisturizer (same finish but lasts longer).

Toners -Mario Badescu - Glycolic Acid Toner

Im very happy to find a toner with 2% glycolic acid in it, as the ones I found in the drugstore were 4% and 8% which is too harsh on my sensitive skin. I use this everyday at night for the past week because my skin is feeling bumpy, dull and congested. I feel it exfoliating my skin and get rid of my acne hyperpigmentation as well as drying out some existing blemishes. I am also using the alpha-grapefruit toner in the morning when im not feeling too dry and when im feeling more on the dry side I use the seaweed toner, both great for sensitive acne-prone skin (but they do not have strong exfoliating powers like this glycolic toner) will update in a few weeks to see if is helping my acne marks/hyperpigmention and clogged pores.............. UPDATE : Nov 26. I have been using this 2-3x a week and my skin is tolerating it nicely. Hyperpigmentation is lightening up and skin texture is improving. yay!

This did nothing for my skin at all. I used it for several weeks, it was very sticky and just sat on top of my skin instead of penetrating into it. I love Mario Badescu's other products but this was one just did not give any results good or bad.

Toners -Mario Badescu - Alpha-Grapefruit Cleansing Lotion

I am really enjoying this toner along with the seaweed toner. When I am feeling more oily or congested I use this toner and when Im feeling more dry I use the seaweed toner after I use the enzyme cleansing gel. I like this toner because it balances my skin after cleansing and seems to brighten and clarify somewhat without drying. I have combo/acne prone sensitive skin that is dehydrated especially in the winter time. Update feb 2013: I'm still using and loving this toner. I use it in the AM along with b.kamins replenishing cleanser and my skin feels balanced, clarified and glowing.

Masks -Mario Badescu - Drying Mask

Glad I only got a sample because this did nothing for me as a spot treatment, did not shrink or dry it up it just made my pimple more red and irritated. I prefer the drying cream over this and will not re-purchase. I have combo skin thats sensitive/acne-prone and would not put this on my whole face as its much too drying.

Toners -Mario Badescu - Seaweed Cleansing Lotion

I use this as a toner. My skin is combo, acne prone. I used this toner after the enzyme cleansing gel and I didnt even need to use a moisturizer, it left me with super soft balanced skin! Makeup went on nicely too, it wasnt sticky. I dont think this would be enough to control my oily t-zone in the summer but for fall and winter when my skin is more on the dry side this will definitely be my staple :) its also great for balancing out the skin that has been stripped dry from acne meds (which I use as well). FYI: Ive also tried the alpha-grapefruit lotion/toner and this one is more moisturizing.

This is a beautiful color, a pinky peach with some sheen to it. It makes my cheeks look dewy when I wear this. I do find it a bit heavy feeling and feel like it could be clogging my pores (im very acne prone) it also doesnt last more than 3-4 hours on my skin which is why I didnt give it a 5. I will wear it again because the color is gorgeous, but not for everyday for fear of breakouts.

Not sure about the long term effects of using this but I have been using it for 2 weeks now and love the way my skin just drinks this serum up and hydrates it without breaking me out. It looks lovely under foundation (just dont use too much or you will look oily). I will update after a few more weeks of using this to see if has made my skin smoother or brighter as it claims that what it will do. UPDATE: Decided to return this and try another serum (b.kamins cellular renewal serum) I feel this serum is not giving me the results I wanted - brighter, clearer firmer skin. I dont think the vitamin C in this is potent enough and I dont like the stickyness and feeling of clogged pores this serum is giving me :(

Masks -Mario Badescu - whitening mask

I have been using this for a few weeks now (using it 3x a week) for 30 mins. I havent seen any lightening of acne marks (hyperpigmentation) yet. It certainly does not irritate my skin but I dont see any improvement yet either, will update in a few more weeks. I have been using this 2x per week for the past few weeks and do like that right after using this mask my skin looks brighter, so I will continue to use it.

Perfect purple, not too cool and not to warm. Creme finish, 2 coats = perfect. Doesnt streak either. will repurchase. No top coat needed, it leaves a shiny finish.

This brings out the green in my hazel eyes. I love to wear it alone during the day, applied lightly just makes my eyes shine and look alive and bright. At night it can be applied with dark shadows for a smokey look (black, dark grey or navy look especially great). Love how versatile it is and the lovely smooth soft texture.
