Mascara -MAC - Zoom lash

I have bought this mascara two times and I think, for the price, its served me well. It doesn't give me sky-high lashes (I'm still hunting for one that does), but it seems to make them look longer. I'm looking for another brand to try now that I need another tube, but I can always fall back on Zoom Lash if I need to.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Elite

Elite is a very nice light sandy/copper color. It is very reflective and looks great when applied with a brush over lid from lashline to just under the browbone. I bought this at the MAC counter and I wish I got another color because I have some other shadows that looks very much like this one. Other than that, I think this is a wonderful shadow.

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Eye Shadow in Purple Haze

I have many UD eyeshadows, but this is one of my faves. Purple Haze is a sexy deep purple with almost gold (!?) undertones. I apply it with a sponge applicator and the color just melts on. Its beauitful.

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Grind Eye Shadow

**Rewritten as of 1-9-08** I have had this in my collection for years. i got it out a week ago and applied it over the Primer Potion with a bristle brush rather than foam applicator. OMG! This looks sooooo nice. A lovely baby pink with glitter! <3

This is an ok color. I like purples, but this one is very light. I'm not into natural hues, so I rather use this one on my browbone with a darker color below.

This is a nice shade, and would go really well with Chopper, but I find it kind of boring as I like loud colors. Its got a nice texture and goes on smoothly, tho.

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Midnight Cowboy

This is a nice color, but too natural for me. Its very glittery and the glitter falls over my face and I have to use a big brush or something to get it off. However, it leaves sparkles on my cheeks which is kind of cool. I think this color works best on the brow bone as a highlighter.

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Lounge Eyeshadow

I thought Lounge was a very strange color. It looks dark brown with reddish hues in the pot, but on my eyes, its dark brown with green/red hues. I don't wear this color too often, but it looks better in the summer when I'm not as pale. I think Lounge would be a good color for darker skin, in my opinion.

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Chopper Eye Shadow

This color came in an UD Shadowbox (the first one, I think). I tried this one first and always used it. The thing I like about Chopper is that its a baked copper color. Itd very dazzling in the summer with a tan or in the winter. In a pinch it makes nice bronzer/highlighter. Wonderful color and great for those who like to look semi-natural (not me, but hey!)

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Oil Slick Eyeshadow

I got this color in one of UDs palettes and never used it until a few weeks ago. I tried to apply it with the sponge applicator that came in the set and it went on way too dark. I then figured out that I could wear it lighter by putting it on with a brush. Ahhh. Such a nice black color. It looks rockin' with my burgundy lipstick.

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Acid Rain Eyeshadow

I thought Acid Rain was a horrible yellow color until I got it home and put it on. Its soooo cool! I wear it alot, and I think it looks good with a tan. The bright green may not suit too many people, especially the ones going for the "natural" look. I think this color looks very punk and it is one of my faves.

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Mildew eye shadow

I have green eyes so I wasn't sure about this eyeshadow, but I thought "Why not" and decided to get it. Mildew is a deep, beautiful green that looks very sexy and smokey. It doesn't make my eyes pop (green on green >_>), but I do like the color, and I wear it all the time. I've noticed some people say that UD's eyeshadows aren't very pigmented and hard to get out of the pot. Well, I thought that when I used a brush, but now I use a little sponge applicator (and keep re-using it for that color). Like one of those throw-away ones from walmart. It works wonderful. Over all, I think Mildew is an excellent color and was worth the steep price.
