Lip Treatments -Elizabeth Arden - 8 Hour Cream Lip Protectant Stick

This is supposed to be like a staple product, or at least all the magazines say, right? Well, I really don't see why. I was excited to try this after reading all the hype about it. But wow. This has the worst scent and taste ever. . I can't even describe. I dread the thought of putting it on because of the taste\smell. It only stays on my lips for 30 minutes or so, before sliding off. I can't see that it even helps them that much either. And it's so greasy! I am terrified of putting this anywhere else on my face, because I'm scared I might break out from it. I have tried it on my feet as well, and it made them soft, but it didn't repair the cracks. So disappointing.
This is just okay. I found it for $9.99 at Marshall's. You do not need alot AT ALL, because if you do use alot, it's a mess. It doesn't taste very good though ha. I mean, it's not intended to smell or taste good, but it doesn't. Oh well. I guess it helped keep lipstick on a little longer. =\
Self Tanners -Sally Hansen - Airbrush Sun - Especially for Body
lovesittxx 9/27/2006 3:31:00 PM
This is the best airbrush tanner I have tried so far- I've tried Lancome, Neutrogena, Loreal, etc. And this is the best. And the main reason? THe smell. The others are so nasty smelling, but this smells kind of vanilly, and it goes away really fast. It dries extremely fast as well. Like, scary fast ha. The only problem I have with it is that it can turn up really dark on your feet, but it's not that bad. And my trick for this? I apply this first, and then I apply Dove Energy Glow over top. Incredible color!
This is the best gradual self tanner I've tried- and I've tried just about all of them. I see alot of people here don't like it that much, but for me, it's been the only thing that has really worked. The smell is kind of fruity, and it has never turned into the ST smell for me. But my trick for making this look perfect? First I use Sally Hansen Airbrush Tanner, and then apply this overtop. And I have not been orange or blotchy from this (yet =] ) I will continue to buy this!
Misc Beauty Tools -Clean & Clear - Oil Absorbing Sheets

It's kind of scary how much oil these absorb. It makes me terrified to think of what I looked like before I ever bought them. But I guess all that matters now is that they work great! They just suck up that oil. Not to mention they are extremely portable.
Misc Beauty Tools -Unlisted Brand - Schick Intuition razor

Even though alot of people seem to hate this, it is one of my favorite razors. I have been using the new pink one, and it really does work. It gets my legs really smooth. The only thing is, the soap is gone really fast. It lasts like 1-2 shaves, and you have to throw it away. Which is alright I guess, since you aren't supposed to keep razors long. But then you have to buy new ones every week =\ UPDATE: Okay, I don't know what I was thinking, but this is really horrible. It took me awhile to notice ha. But it nicks me like crazy and makes me itchy. Horrible!
I love this! It dries soo fast, which is a huge plus. It also goes on very smooth, and even. I like using this just by itself sometimes, when I want a clean, natural look for my nails. Love it!
Treatments -Zapzyt - 10% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Treatment Gel

This was incredible at first, because it made zits go away instantly (or it seemed =] ) but then after awhile the area I applied this to became very, very dry and irratated. I couldn't even put on my mosturizer because it burned so much, and my skin flaked horribly . Maybe it was my moisturizer (Olay) because I would like to give this a second chance. It really did reduce zits.
Just like everyone else has said, this is a horrible mascara. Don't pay attention to what the magazines say, because I highly doubt they test anything. What the reviewers on here say is almost always right. Anyways, this smudges horribly. It is incredibly runny. And just plain terrible. The end.
Hair Color -L'Oreal - Couleur Experte -hair dye / highlight
lovesittxx 7/18/2006 2:05:00 PM
Because of this, I have the biggest hair disaster. I bought this in 9.1, which is an ash blonde. I had dark brown hair, and I wanted to go back to my original color. I used a Loreal Hair Color Remover as well, thinking it would help the process. Then I used this. But after I rinsed it out, my hair was bright orange! And I didn't even use the highlights! As of right now, my hair is still strawberry blonde with an orange cast, and I can't do much with it since it is so damaged. Never ever buy this. EVER
With Calgon, it is a hit or miss for me. This is certainly a huge hit! I am literally obsessed with any kind of coconut scented products. This is delicious, sweet, and so fresh. Just spritzing it on makes me think of summer and being on a tropical island. Out of the coconut scented products I have tried, I would say this is one my favorites.
