Hmmm... I see that I am in the minority of this, but I HATED it and I returned it to Walgreens immediately!!. Well with the black polish craze going on I thought that this would be perfect, a cute cheap alternative. Wrong, first off it is not black it is some horrid gray color and also it is STREAKY and not shiny at all. Overall a horrid polish!!

Lip Gloss -Revlon - Midnight Swirl LE in Taupe-less

When you first see this gloss, any gloss-a-holic in their right mind would be like "Thats Beautiful" it is a caramel nude colored gloss with swirls of chocolate glittery gloss. It really looks like the ultimate nude gloss, maybe with a slight hint of shimmer. Hmmm on me (Dark2 in Maybelline, caramel skin african american) it is nude....do not think it would look good on anyone too much lighter, I can definitely see how they would get gray tones (what the hell is that anyway??) how do you get gray from those two colors? but I like the color on me cause it is nude, but a little darker than my lips so it looks truly taupe on me, it is a thick gloss that has a lot of moisturizing ingredients in it, feels rich going on, I like brush applicators so that does not bother me. I would not buy this cause of the SMELL, ARRRRGH it STINKS like rotten cherries, rotten synthetic cherries. It is nauseating!! Why did they do that?? so many questions, and why the hell is it so expensive?? Overall a nice looking gloss one me (not HG material) but smells so no repurchase, even if it was free!

Eye Shadow -Revlon - Diamond Lust Sheer Shadow in Peach My Interest

I have this shadow in Lavender Unleashed and Bedroom Bronze, and let me tell you that the colors are beautiful, the reviewer below is right you really have to LOVE shimmer, you cant be one of those shimmer haters and buy this, it is a very fine shimmer really like diamond dust on your eyes, very beautiful and the color is just enough to show up. Though I do wish that the shadow was a little creamier. But what I really do appreciate is the amount of product you get,it is very generous. But what really will suck you in(or maybe just me) is the PACKAGING it is BEAUTIFUL!!! no really people its gorgeous, it looks like icecubes. With that being said, if you are a person who likes to lug their makeup around you will HATE this packaging cause it is very heavy, feels like real glass packaging and it is very big (in fact too big not to have a mirror or applicator with it) it would overwhelm a small makeup bag. So I would leave it on the counter or scoop some out. But it really is pretty to look at just sitting there applying your makeup like some kind of ice diamond princess, its really pretty makeup so I like it, would buy it again if it were on sale ;)

This scent is awesome! Well to be honest I was not that enamored with the first Baby Phat Goddess (Pink) it was a little generic for me, but I got it as a gift and other people seemed to really like it. When I heard about this one coming out, I was like "Eh, Meh" whatever. But then I saw it on the counter at Macys and I tried it on and it was glorious, yes that's the word to describe this on ME, the opening champagne note is strong but that fades down to a beautiful floral and caramel smell that lasts for hours and the compliments go on and on when I wear this. Guys love IT!!!! I had to go and get the huge bottle of this cause I wear this all of the time it is my HG scent (for now)!

Fragrances -mark - Lemon Sugar

The thing that I like about this fragrance is that even though it is cheap it has a lot of depth, you know a lot of cheaper fragrances tend to just dissapate and the scent really does not have a drydown or change much on the skin with wear. When I first spray this on it smells strongly of lemon, vanilla and musk. But as the day lingers it smells more like lemonade and on the drydown it is a sweet sugar smell. It is an absolutely delicious cold weather smell that I get tons of compliments on, I highly recommend it.

If I could give this 10 Lippies I would, that is how awesome this is. I started breaking out about 4 days ago, I had a huge zit on my forehead, and about 10-11 all along my jawline and cheeks, they were whiteheads and were rather large that happens about once a month and it ususally takes about a week to go away. I got this from Target after I read the reviews on here about it. So the night that I got it I washed my face with Ponds Daily Exfoliating Cleanser, and spread this on my face, instantly my face took on a white cast cause it started to immediately dry out the skin and when I woke in the morning all of the blemishes on my cheeks were GONE, the big one on my forehead was 1/4 of the size and the ones around my jawline were way smaller and were no longer painful. Today all of the bumps are GONE, not one on my face, this stuff is a miracle cream for me and I have tried it all, GET THIS STUFF!!

Cleansers -AMBI - Even Clear Skincare Exfoliating Wash

**Runs away screaming at the mere thought of ever using this again** I bought this cleanser about 3 weeks ago it was only $4 and I was looking for a new face wash, this cleanser has broken me out something terrible, I mean huge whiteheads all around my face and on my cheeks that would not go away!!I thought maybe its me, so I changed my pillowcases every three days and I cleaned my phone at work with alcohol pads and I made sure not to lay on my arms and washed my face morning and night and it was even worse!! The exfoliators are non existent also, another bad point with this stuff. I know this is what is breaking me out cause it is the only new thing in my regime. ARGHHHH this is going straight in the bin.

I got this a few days ago at Walmart for $5 in the clearance bin, but I read the review on here before I got it and I am pleasantly surprised with it. When you first spray it on it smells like vanilla and chemicals but a few minutes later it dries down, without any stickiness and it smells exactly like vanilla ice cream, i even asked some of my friends what did it smell like to them and they all said ice cream and it is not loud or overpowering just a soft sweet smell. BUT the lasting power is next to nothing and the bottle is juve but a GREAT buy for $5 a fun cute fragrance.

Lip Gloss -L'Oreal - HIP Brilliant Shine Lip Gloss PIXIE

On my lips this gloss is almost.....clear? I could definitely see how this coud be a pretty nudey-shimmery-pink color on someone with more fair skin like Scarlett or maybe even someone with dark skin where this color would stand out more like a Naomi or Iman complexion, but on my skin (caramel complected, maybelline dark 2) this was shimmery clear. I think my tone counteracts the color in here. But when I put it on the underside of my arm just too see the pigment, it is more pigmented than regular ds gloss, and the color is pretty, it smells awesome and it is moisturizing so it has its merits, just wish the color was for me :( looks like I will stick with Adoring, that shade is awesome on me :)

I have this in two colors "Exhilirating" bright blue with gold shimmer and "Irresistable"another mauvey pink color but the key to these are that YOU HAVE TO USE THEM WET!!! i cant stress that enough, at first when I got them i used them dry and it hurt my eyes cause of the pulling across the lids and the color barely showed especially on me cause I have medium toned AA skin. I was going to return them but something told me to read the package and it indicates you can use them wet so i wet the pink colored one and WOW the color was amazing and true just like on Beyonce!! it is a beautiful mauvey pink with gold overtones // and the blue one was simply beatuiful on my tanned skin w/my favorite Bali Bronze WetWild bronzer, the blue one dry showed on my skin but it was faint. When they are wet they glide on and feel cooling, and get this i slept with the shadow on (bad, i know) and i woke up and it was still on with not one crease!! ,Loves it , DOWNFALLS it is expensive for a drugstore brand, but the quality is pretty comparable to higher end products,and the sharpening would waste too much product so I did not do it, if i need more control i just use the edges of the stick for more defining or i run an angled brush on it after i wet the brush to do a liner. I would repurchase again if on sale (ps mine were BOGO)

I just purchaesed this in Breathless, WOW, it is the most beautiful your lips but better pink with MULTICOLOR glitter in it. I had to have after I saw it on a model in the Vibe Vixen mag. It does not make my lips much bigger and the tingle lasts a long time, but I can deal with that for such a great color.

I LOVE THIS LIPSTICK!!!! I got it today when I turned in 6 empty containers so I chose this as I my free lipstick. I am a light skinned black woman with brown and dirty blond hair, I am not sure what my MAC foundation color is but in Maybelline I am a Dark1, lighter brown. This looks great on me, even with the blue undertone, I wore it out the store and got 3 compliments!! it is bright poppy pink, but sheer!! it has a smooth texture and is a bit matte but that makes the color less juvenile to me. This is a new color too!! GET THIS LADIES!!!!!! and if you are african-american dont be afraid!!! It is a great univeral shade anyone can wear.

I LOVE THIS, at first I brought a little purse tin of it for .99 cents at Walgreens, and it made my hands so soft, then I brought a tube of it, and I put it on my freshly "Nair"-ed legs and arms to make them extra soft, I went to the local male revue with a bunch of my friends and we took a big 8 by 10 picture and my skin was GLOWING, guys told me all night that I had the softest prettiest skin, and it shows on the picture, when I go out tonight I am going to top that with a couple spray of my favorite Hawaiian Products Pineapple Oil for that extra touch. This lotion by Nivea rocks will buy and buy and ......

Hair Removal -Nair - lotion hair remover

I have the NAIR bladeless shaving system, and it is CRAP!!but i'll come back to that, but the original Nair that I have in the roll on tube is better, but not great it is very messy, cause when you roll it on your legs the applicator leaks a lot of nair out and it crusts up around the edges if you dont remove the roller top you have to clean it religiously after every use. And you find that you still need to rub it in because it does not spread evenly and it smells, but my method is to take a hot washcloth that is DAMP, and press it on my legs/arms/pits and dampen the hair and open the pores, apply the nair and it works great hair slides right out and legs are very very smooth, but back to the bladeless nair kit, HORRIBLE, the applicator was good it evenly distributed the product and the smell of the citrus nair was not as powerful, but the "blade" was sharp as hell, like a real blade, it did not remove the hair and it left my legs irritated with scratches from the sharp edges of the "blade" I was left hairy and irritated, and mad as heck thank my lucky stars that I paid 1/2 price for it (originally $7.99 pd $4.08) I will just use the applicator and the product and ditch the blade.

I got this at Walgreens for a penny, cause it was a tester and they did not have anymore in the back, I lucked up!! It smells so fruity and sweet, my bf loves it, at first it is very overpowering, my whole house smelled like strawberries, but it dies down into a sweet soft smell, it is not moisturizing at all, i wish it was though, in fact i was ashy because of it when it dried, you would think it would be thicker because of the word "Frosting", but oh well, it does smell good, the packaging is kinda cute, I would buy at full price.
