Eye Shadow -Stila - Touchdown In Tokyo Trio 2001
rated 4 of 5

This is my favorite trio although I only use 2 of the colors in it. I am blue-eyed and can't wear a lot of green, but the hunter green in this trios works so well. The Creamy Chinois color on the lid with the hunter green darkest color in the crease and to line is a very nice look. I am afraid, however, to try the mustard yellow contrast color.

Love this trio. Love the matte shades. Love the contrast color that looks similar to Eden. The darkest color is a very cool toned brown/plum. Gives a polished look.

Eye Shadow -Stila - Summer Shades Trio
rated 4 of 5

This was my first trio and one of my first Stila purchases. I love the trio. It is shimmery and neutral and reminds me of summer. I mostly wear the darker 2 shades, the rosey-brown shimmery contrast color and the medium shimmery brown which is the darkest shade in the trio.

Eye Shadow -Stila - Picnic in the Park Trio

Swapped for it then swapped it away. The colors just don't show up. And the shimmer color transformer is just strange. The best thing about the trio was the cute gingham packaging.

Eye Shadow -Stila - Peach Daquiri Trio
rated 4 of 5

I like to wear the Caban trios 2 ways. Either the lightest 2 on the lid and in the crease with the darkest to line. Or the medium on the lid, the darkest in the crease and to line. The last way is my favorite to wear the Peach Daiquiri especially. It is not too warm for those who usually wear cool colors. The contrast color is a true fleshy tone and the brown is a standard brown. Nice and neutral.

Eye Shadow -Stila - High Tea Shadow Quad in Ceylon Green
rated 4 of 5

Bought this quad for my hazel eyed daughter who can do greens much better than me (blue eyes). The teal color looks amazing on her. The kelly green is so different. The MA used this quad on a makeover on my daughter. She put the lightest color on the lid, the kelly green on the outside corners of her eyes and she lined with the darkest color. It was very pretty.

Eye Shadow -Stila - High Tea Shadow Quad in Darjeeling Floral

Such pretty colors and a quad, not a trio! I like that the colors are matte. The dusky lavendar and the light pink are my favorites. The bubblegum pink and the plum are pretty in the pot but make me look like I have conjunctivitis (pink eye) when applied.

Eye Shadow -Stila - Bouquet eyeshadow

I will keep it because it is very unique. I am not sure these are my personal best colors. The bubblegum pink blush does look surprisingly good on. The shimmery WHITE is very stark and the violet contrast color is the special color that makes this trio a keeper.

Eye Shadow -Stila - Bohemian Cafe Trio 2002
rated 3 of 5

Looks nice in the pot, but I swapped it away. Haven't I seen these colors before? Something similar seemed to appear in the Warm Look Book and the 5-pan Look #3 from this past winter. Not unique enough and too shimmery to keep.

Eye Shadow -Stila - Bohemian Bronze Trio
rated 3 of 5

I bought it on a whim because the trios are limited and the colors looked so pretty in the pot. Especially the gold contrast color. But it takes a special person to wear shimmery gold well, and I am not that person. The other colors were not that unique and it was overall too shimmery for me.

Eye Shadow -Stila - Bohemian Sage Trio 2002
rated 5 of 5

I bought all 3 Bohemian trios on a whim and swapped 2 of them. I did keep Sage. Sage is an unique trio of colors. I usually can't wear greens, but these are more gray/green. Although they are shimmery and I don't care for a lot of shimmer, they look nice. I use the 2 darkest colors on the lid and crease and line with the dark mossy color.

Eye Shadow -Stila - Banana Daquiri Trio
rated 5 of 5

This is one of my favorite trios. I like it because it is matte and neutral. Sometimes I wear the lightest 2 colors and line with the darkest. But most of the time I wear the contrast color (beige/taupe) on the lid and the liner color (a cool dark brown) in the crease and I line with it too.

Eye Shadow -Stila - Apres Ski Trio
rated 4 of 5

I like this trio, but I am not as wild about it as other Stila Trios I own. The pink is a little too frosty for me. The contrast color, shimmery medium gray is nice. The dark gray/charcoal color has a hint of shimmer. I have also worn this simply as a lid shadow for a dramatic eye look.

Blush -MAC - Bikini
rated 3 of 5
zoemarr 5/11/2003 11:17:00 PM

Way too dark for me (I am a MMM). Even used with an extremely light hand it is way too dark. It unfortunately came to an untimely end when I tried to bake it out of the blush container to put in a palette. MAC blushes do not remove as easily as MAC eye shadows. This I know for sure. It crumbled completely and had to be tossed. Since it never worked for me anyway the mourning period was short.

Blush -MAC - Spice Matte Blush/Eye Shadow
rated 5 of 5
zoemarr 5/11/2003 11:14:00 PM

Every time I reach for this I think it is too brown to use as a blush. But every time I apply it as a blush I love it no matter what color clothing I wear (I am a MMM). The matte blushes give such a polished look and this is a very wearable shade although it looks a little scary in the pot...
