Sunscreen -Dermalogica - Ultra Sensitive Faceblock SPF 25

Although i do like that fact that it is lightly tinted, this leaves my face oilier than it already is. this could work well for someone with dry skin, but it is too oily in consistency for me. I do like the light scent though. I gave it a 4 because although it is not for my oily/sentitive acne prone skin, it is a great product and could be good for those with dryer less sensistive skin.

Styling Products -Curl Friends - High Humidity Gel

I really didn't like this. For a gel, it doesn't have enough hold. It still left my fair frizzy and wavy instead of curly. I like the scent and this could work for those with thin/fine curls, but my thick/coarse curls need something more conditioning with more hold. I just prefer serums and creams.

Styling Products -Bumble & Bumble - Tonic Lotion

So this creme is just so expensive. All the B&B products i have are by far the most expensive hair products i own. But after complaining about the price, i must admit that I am somewhat of a B&B junkie. But hey, there's a reason for that. I seriously think they make the best hair products, especially with the curl conscious line. This stuff is wonderful. I use it before i apply any hair products. It softens my hair and makes my scalp tingle with freshness. I also use it to revive my do' when i wake up in the mo'ning. Overall, my only with is that it has some kind of UV protection like octyl cinnamate in it like most of the john frieda hair line which i am also a fan off.

Although i do like this stuff, it is like john frieda's beach spray, so i use that instead simply because it is 1/4 the price of this and does the same thing.

I'm a big anti-frizz serum user and can go through 2oz. in about 1 or 2, so i will not be repurchasing this and will go with the frizz ease serum since it is more cost effective.

But after complaining about the price, i must admit that I am somewhat of a B&B junkie. But hey, there's a reason for that. I seriously think they make the best hair products, especially with the curl conscious line. I use all 3 products and have the fine/medim and medium/thick items in all. I like to switch them around to be honest. But let me tell you this. I thought i would me more of a medium/thick gal because i have dark and coarse "ethnic" curly hair, but they actually mean your curl type. I would say most curly heads would all be fine-med. unless your curls are really tight and concentrated. FYI I use the fine-med. when i want more volume and a lighter hold, and the med.-thick when i want loser wavy (not frizzy at all) curls. Med.-thick losens curls, so if you want your curls to be encouraged, go with the fine-medium.

Styling Products -Beyond The Zone - Noodle Head

You really can't go wrong for the price of this product. Actually, I would probably still give it 2 thumbs up even if it was double the price. It has enough of a hold to encourage curls without making them crunchy or weighing them down. If you are looking for a more luxurious product, try bumble and bumble's curl conscious cream. you can get 4 noodle head's for the price on one of those, but it is worth to have for special times.

although this product doesn't have any hold and i have to use i in conjunction with 2 other hair products (frizz ease serum and perfect curls spray by john frieda), i would, believe it or not repurchase this item for 2 reasons. 1. I absolutely adore the fragrance. 2. it does make my hair soft and silky. Overall, i would recommend this product to those who don't mind using more than 1 product at a time.

this scent is very fresh and crisp. i just buy the small bottles and they are relatively inexpensive. if you enjoy fresh scents of soap and citrus, give this a try. Just so you know my taste, i use CLEAN, D&G Light Blue, Tommy Girl Summer, Gap (Dream), Clinique Happy For Men, Origins FretNot, etc...

I used to use this shampoo when i had dreadlocks. i must say it worked really well in terms of not making my hair greasy so fast. It also relieved my itchy scalp. I no longer use it because my hair is rather dry and i no longer have the locks.

Styling Products -Aveda - Witch Hazel Hair Spray
rated 3 of 5

it's a pretty light hair spray. i sometimes use it after some curl products to help the curl stuff set into my hair while air drying. i don't think i would buy it again as i prefer setting or styling lotions such as the one by bumble and bumble. If you just want a light spray, this may work.

This is better than the sebastian dry clean. However, if you really want to get rid of greasy hair, use some baby bowder if you're on a budget of the bumble and bumble dry shampoo powder if you want to go all out. This does however revive my curls after a good night's rest, and smells more neutral than the dry clean spray.

For how expensive this stuff is, i was really disappointed at how crunchy and frizzy this made my curls. I recommend the bumble and bumble curl cream for the go all out types ($25) or even the john frieda serum and perfect curls spray for those on a budget. Not to totally negate the review below, but this may work if you have fine/thin hair. i would say i have medium/thick curls and this did nothing for me.
