I have mixed feelings about this l/g.This is a great pinky-mauve shade for my olive- toned skin. Even in the summer, when I'm more tanned, this is fresh and light. It has better staying power than any other l/g I've tried, however, it IS pretty sticky, but not goopy or cheap feeling. It does NOT plump up your lips, but rather, fills them in and makes them appear smoother, and thus, slightly fuller. It has a VERY minty taste that tingles, and this can be quite annoying when its 20 degrees and freezing outside! My husband HATES the way this tastes and feels when I kiss him, so that has prevented me from wearing it more often. Although I love the color and the staying power of this lipgloss, I can't get over the annoying tingle that stays on my lips when I wear it, so I will not be repurchasing.

The color pay-off is pretty good-- its a nice, rich black. It goes on smoothly and is easy to blend. Great price. HOWEVER, this smudges VERY easily and quickly and is not recommended for those with slightly oily lids. Will not repurchase.

Fragrances -Victoria's Secret - Sexy Little Things Noir

I'm usually not a fan of Victoria's Secret fragrances, however the LOTION of this smelled divine. I'm more of a citrus/woodsy/light floral and clean kind of gal, but I was surprised at how much I liked this. The lotion is a bit more subtle so its more suitable for work etc. The fragrance sprays on smelling kind of.... shampoo-like. Very clean, with a tiny hint of musky/woodsy smell. On dry-down, it smells very softly of musk and light, clean-smelling florals. I tried it on and came home hours later and it STILL smelled great! I prefer the subtlety of the lotion compared to the eau de parfum. Like many others have already said, this is a great under-eye moisturizer, but does nothing for dark circles. I have been using this for almost 1 yr now and the only positives are the hydrating aspect and that it absorbs quickly. Will not repurchase.

Lip Treatments -Bobbi Brown - Lip Balm SPF 15

I bought this several years ago after the MA used it on me and I fell in love with it. It is very moisturizing and I love that it has SPF. It is a little pricey, but like I said, I've had the same can for over 2+ years. It has a very waxy consistency, so I'd recommend it to those with severely dry lips and for the cold winters here in NYC. The waxy formula is a little too heavy for summer months. It looks very similar to Blistex in color, however this lasts much longer due to the waxier consistency. I don't even need to repurchase because I still have so much left in my little tin can!

Lip Gloss -Sephora - Lip Gloss

I really dislike leaving a bad review, but I have to with this one. I purchased a Super Shimmer Lip gloss from Sephora about 2 years ago and LOVED IT. Loved the color (a pinky-nude, forgot the name), the formula was smooth and moisturizing and not sticky at all, and had average staying power. HOWEVER, unfortunately I had a really bad allergic reaction to it!! My lips soon became Angelina Jolie-esque and NOT in a good way. More like inflamed rogue! My lips were SUPER SWOLLEN and beefy red and terribly itchy, which then progressed to burning and finally chafed for three days. I had to use Balmex to relieve the chafing and it still didn't really help. I was SO disappointed. This is odd for me, as I am not allergic to many things and I don't have sensitive skin. I liked the color and price so much that I tried the same lip gloss again two years later, thinking maybe it was a reaction to something else, but it happened AGAIN. I had to return the lip gloss immediately and I finally wrote Sephora and explained my reaction in detail. Two friends of mine have had very similar reactions to Sephora products-- lip gloss and eye shadow, to be exact. It's a shame.

Styling Products -Bumble & Bumble - Thickening Spray

I bought a sample size of this after a hairstylist used it on me with great results. The sample size has lasted a good 4 months, as you don't need a ton of product for it to work. This gives more lift and noticeably more volume than most of the volumizers I've tried, although it IS a little pricey. I have medium thick, long hair that does not hold curl or volume for that long, so this product does help. I do notice a difference when I use this, however as said before, it is pretty expensive, but the bottle lasts a long time. So, I'm on the fence as to repurchase.

Scrubs -St. Ives - Apricot Scrub

Simply the BEST scrub in the world! Especially for the price. Have been using this as long as I can remember. I use this every couple of days and my skin feels instantly smoother, and pores are visibly smaller and tightened. Does not dry me out, even if used on a daily basis. Love it!

Concealers -Bobbi Brown - Corrector

I had previously used Laura Mercier's concealer before I started using this. I read so many glowing reviews on this site and, after one month of using this product, I'm happy to share in the praise! The consistency is absolutely what it should be for a concealer- creamy, but sticky enough to adhere to skin and stay put. The color selections are extensive and it has great staying power. It's a great eye brightener. It is a small pot, but a little goes a long way. I was pretty hooked on Laura Mercier concealer but this formula stay fresher longer and complements my skin tone better. I will def repurchase! I bought the Light Peach shade and it works great for light-medium olive skin.

Mascara -Maybelline - Lash Discovery Mascara

This is one of my fave mascaras! I have been using this for years and still love it. It definitely gives my eyes more definition, and works well as a base coat, or even by itself on lazy days! The smaller applicator is great for catching the tiny little hairs that are missed with a larger brush. My Mom has very scant, short lashes, and this worked beautifully on her as well! I highly recommend it.

Mascara -Lancome - Definicils Mascara

This is my all time fave mascara. I have been using this for many years and recently tried Lancome High Definicils mascara, and disliked it compared to regular Definicils. I've tried lots of expensive mascaras and find that this coats evenly and does not flake or smudge, even after extended wear for me. I wear contact lenses, and this has never irritated my eyes. I will continue to repurchase.

I'm light olive with yellow undertones, and I've been wearing this blush for quite some time now. It's great for everyday use. Gives a fresh, natural flush. Has average staying power for me. Will definitely repurchase.

I've been using this for quite some time now and I love it! It provides just enough coverage to wear by itself for me, under bronzer and blush. It is a little on the thicker side in consistency, but has never made me break out. I do get a little shiny in the T zone in summer when I use this, however I naturally have an oily T-zone, so that doesn't say much. Overall, great product for those looking for oil-free source of moisture and light coverage for everyday use.

Fragrances -Dolce & Gabbana - Light Blue

I have been wearing Light Blue for about 6 yrs. now and I still have yet to find a replacement! I absolutley LOVE it! I ALWAYS get compliments on how great I smell when I wear it and several of my family and friends went out and bought it and continue to wear it for as long as I have. It's a light and fresh, clean, slightly lemon-citrus mixed with a hint of green. Not overpowering at all, and I am very sensitive to many perfumes. Perfect for the office. Only complaints are the price-- its a little pricey, but the 3.4 oz DOES last about a year for me. I will always repurchase this! Nothing has come close.

Bronzers -Bobbi Brown - Bronzing Powder in Medium

I LOVE this bronzer! I just bought my 2nd compact and the first one lasted me 2 yrs! A little goes a long way, and I get SO many compliments when I wear this, about how great my skin looks and how I'm glowing. It's a very believeable, natural color, not orange or shimmery in the least bit, works well with my daily blush (MAC Melba). I was very afraid to wear bronzers before I tried this, but now I feel naked without it. Stays put for majority of the day and gives you that 'healthy' glow year round. I'm mixed Asian/German, with fair to medium OLIVE skin, and in Bobbi Brown foundation I'm Beige, if that helps anyone. Great product!
