Had started using TBS's seaweed mattifying face lotion. Loved it and tried the whole line, but it totally dried out my skin and made me break out. Sales gal suggested this toner and I have to say it is really hydrating. Don't particularly care for the scent and I will the cap was slightly different, but all in all it does what is it supposed to do. Hydrates, while removing traces of makeup and oil.

I LOVE this fragrance! It is a close dupe to one of my all-time favs-- Stella McCartney, but a fraction of the price!! My only gripe is the staying power. However, the bottle is small & sleek and it is cheap enough to reapply throughout the day! Loves!

Pro's-- perfect modern neutral lovely shade of greyish cocoa would probably suit a variety of skin tones Con's Price- $14 a pop! ouch! brush is so slender... I prefer the wider OPI brushes needs to be applied carefully, otherwise can get streaky All in all- it is a unique beautiful color and happy with my purchase!

Such a pretty color!! Looks almost lavender but goes on pink, sheer and sparkly. Lovely and would probably work on all skin tones!!

I love this product! Was using the Olay microderm. kit and worked well-but I felt like I was rubbing sandpaper on my face each time I used it. Ouch! This is such a gentle yet effective alternative. Love the earthy smell as well. I use it on a dry face and it works just fine. You definitely use less product if its a tad wet.

I dunno-- I didn't really see a difference in my skin. Used 2x a week for a month. I will be going back to the microdermabrasion product every other day. This also make my skin break out. Went back to the store.

Mascara -Maybelline - The Falsies in Black Drama

Decided to give this a try- I do love this mascara. For $5 you get a flake-free product that adds great volume and even some pretty decent length. It does smudge a bit throughout the day, but I haven't found too many mascaras that don't just a little. I have puny asian lashes, and you can see a massive difference with this product, may be one of my new favorites!!

I received a sample of this as a GWP. It has been awhile since I have used a HE serum, but this product is amazing! I saw a dramatic difference in the tone and sheer radiance of my skin in 7 days. I can't explain it... it just looks more youthful and healthy. Texture has improved and my skin is so soft. Absorbs very quickly, packaging is nice with the dropper and fragrance is very light. The only problem I can find with this product is the hefty price tag it carries!!

I received this as a birthday gift and I love it! First off, the bottle is absolutely GORGEOUS in my opinion! It is just rich and over the top. I am not good at describing fragrances, but I would say this is floral and fun yet sophisticated. Doesn't give me a headache and lasts all day.

I was completely skeptical about this product but I was desperate to find a foundation that brought some life back into my complexion. This foundation is A-MA-ZING! It really does give you the "lit from within" look. You need to see it to believe it. I actually color matched very well to both Buff 7 and Bisque 4. I'm asian, NC 30, MUFE 120-127. Buff 7 is probably the EXACT color to my skin, but the Bisque 4 gives a touch of tanned glow which I actually prefer. Did not make my skin breakout, pump bottle, and great long-lasting finish. Even though it says natural light-medium coverage-- I swear this covers better than my MUFE HD. I dunno...but whatever it is, it is working for me! A++++ This is now officialy my HD foundation!!

Powder -Alima - Satin Matte Mineral Foundation

I had really high expectations for this product due to all of the reviews... In regards to powder MMU I have tried BE, Mac, L'oreal, Almay, Neutrogena... Sadly, I was very underwhelmed by Alima. I'm NC30, MUFE HD 120, I matched to beige 4 in this foundation Pro's: Wide color range great customer service environmentally conscience company Con's: coverage is just OK- even for a MMU staying powder is just OK I may have an update a bit later. Been using this for a few days now. I have an Everyday minerals kit on the way... hopefully I will find better results.

I hate to be the one bad review - but this just didn't work for me. For starters, my first time opening the product, the little clasp broke off on the compact. As for the product itself, I could not get it to apply very evenly and the color was a bit too rosy for my skintone (NC30) asian complexion. I'm not big into sparkles or shimmer on my face, I prefer matte blushes. On the plus side, it had decent color payoff. Lucky for me CVS has a great return policy so back to the store it went.

Here is the breakdown - keeping in mind I do not have any noticeable fine lines around my eyes and dark circles are VERY minimal. I mostly use eye creams for added moisture and as a preventative measure. PRO's: natural ingredients fairly priced pump packaging fragrance is mild and tolerable no noticeable dryness around my eyes- so seems to moisturize pretty well CON's: Can't think of any myself, but hard to say how this will work on ppl who have more eye concerns
