Eyes -New York Color - Mod Quad Creme Liner and Shadows
shortygal201 7/2/2006 6:32:00 PM
I picked this up in Bell Bottom Blues. The cream liner is a dark navy/slate sort of color, a very light baby blue highlighter shade, a bronzy brown lid shade, and a navy type of contour shade. The pigmentation is decent on all of them. The navy contour/crease shade I had to build up a little more than with the others. Overall, for only paying 4 bucks...the shades work well together and look great with my brown eyes.

This made my hair much smoother and softer. I blow dry and straighten my hair, and it looked great when I was done. It has a nice scent too. I will buy this again!
This is a very inexpensive and pretty blush. It shows up on me as a rosey/bronze type of color, with not much shimmer. It gives a nice flush to my NC20/light olive complexion. Staying power is decent, and good pigmentation. Nice cheap buy!
I am in love with Beanie! This is really a gorgeous color as people have already described. Good staying power, and good pigmentation. I would buy again in an instant!

This trio is gorgeous on brown eyes, I love it!! Colors are true and very blendable, with good lasting power. I would definitely buy this again!
I recently bought 6 different trios, and all of them are awesome! Very good pigmentation and blend easily. The colors are very pretty. I want to get them all ! :)
Lip Treatments -Sally Hansen - Moisture Relief Lip Quad

I bought this for a dollar at Big Lots. The quad I have is Mocha. All of the colors are really nice and do smell like Fruit Loops. It's not sticky and has decent staying power. I am guessing these are discontinued :( I went back to Big Lots today in hopes of finding another one to snatch up, but I got the last one I guess. I really love this!
Blush -Wet 'n' Wild - Twist-Up Blush Stick in #720 Scandalous

I heard good reviews of these twist up blushes, so I grabbed one while at Walgreens. From what they had to pick from, I went with this shade. It shows up as a light soft pink with some shimmer to it. I couldn't see it at first application, so I had to put on a little more. I already had some Milani Luminous on, and I applied this over it, and I got a nice flushed glow. I haven't been using it long enough to see if I breakout from this or not. So far, I like this blush...especially for only 2 dollars.
I had to make sure to review this shampoo and conditioner. I love it!! I tried to think of something I didn't like about it, and I couldn't think of anything bad to say. It's cheap, smells really good and does a nice job on my hair. My hair feels light and soft and smooth from this. It makes my hair look a bit more shiny too. I will definitely buy this again!!
Blush -Physicians Formula - Baked Blush - Baked Ginger

I went to Walgreens while they are having the 40% off sale. I struggled between this one and the berry blush. I selected this one, and I am not regretting it. I have a NC20/light olive complexion. It shows up on me as a nice glowy slightly gold/peach color. It is well pigmented and you don't have to use a lot for it to show up. I am very pleased.
Lotions/ Creams -Kiss My Face - Honey & Calendula Moisturizer
shortygal201 4/26/2006 7:26:00 PM
I use this moisturizer on my legs and on my hands. It makes my skin very soft with a sweet scent that I find pleasing. It can be a bit greasy if you use too much. I don't have that problem very often though. I like this.
Eyeliner -Rimmel - Soft Kohl Kajal Eye Pencil in Jet Black
shortygal201 4/22/2006 9:35:00 PM
I bought this the other day at Walgreens on a whim. It's very black, which I really love. It's also soft and doesn't tug as much as other liners when I apply it. I took a lippie off because it tends to smudge sometimes.
Eye Shadow -Hard Candy - Old Skool Eye Shadow Quad
shortygal201 4/22/2006 8:47:00 PM
I love these shadows on my brown eyes. All the shades work well together, and have good pigmentation. I can honestly say I use all of the shades in the quad, love them.
Powder -Physicians Formula - Mineral Wear Talc-Free Mineral Loose Powder

After hearing all the hype about this, I finally bought it. I am NC20/light olive complexion, and I purchased the Transluscent Light. Applied to my bare skin I found the coverage to be light, it toned down redness on my face. I tried putting some powder on my finger to spot apply it to areas that needed more coverage, and buff it in with my powder brush (not the one included in the package)to get a bit more coverage. I usually use a tinted moisturizer and then powder over it for my face, when I did this with the PF mineral powder, my skin looked pretty good. It did not look chalky like some powders can. I would buy this again. Just make sure if your face tends to be dry, to apply some moisturizer beforehand so you don't see the flakies. EDIT: I took some more time to use a little more powder, and it covered pretty well. I love this!! HG for me!
I LOVE this brush. Even though it's a blending brush, like other reviews have stated, this brush is versatile. I think it is a must have.
