I really wanted to fall in love with this, because I'm always on the prowl for great cream, and I've heard great things. This is alright. It does its job moisturizing but it isn't anything better than other stuff I've used. I love the smell though. I said I'd repurchase but, its not like I'm gonna be running. I can definitely find something cheaper and better...Am impressed at how quickly it absorbs considering how thick it is.
This stuff is so great, and the smell...yum! What I discovered though, coming from one of the driest, cold places ever, is that its really really amazing used as hand cream. Try it, your hands will become silk...a little greasy but I'll sacrifice a little uncomfort for a lot of smoothness!
One day, this pretty little thing caught my eye.. Once i sprayed it though, I felt like I'd just sprayed on perfumy pepper. Wiping off as much as i could, i walked out of the store a little worried I'd smell like a kitchen. A little later, I keep catching this beautiful scent, here and there...finally i discover that it is me!..the pepper smell had died, and Prada had turned into this creamy sweet 'i can't really describe it, but I'm in LOVE' kinda smell. Immediately bought a bottle the next day, and haven't looked back. Every guy who gets to smell it always goes nuts...perhaps more nuts than i do when i smell it on myself...ha ha...Very similar to coco madamoiselle, but creamier. I'll definitely buy this again. LOVE LOVE!!! Lasts forever too!
Mascara -Cover Girl - Professional Super Thick Lash Mascara

oook...This..my god! I don't know how this has been staring at me from the racks at the store and I've never picked it up till MUA..its name says exactly what I want, and its practically free compared to the prices of other mascaras I've tried. It holds curl (I have thick,STRAIGHT lashes that like it that way) thickens, and lengthens to no end, doesn't smudge but is easy enough to remove...! I love this! G'bye Voluminous...its been great, but I've found someone who performs better than you, and does not make me lose any lashes! Edit:this stuff dries out reaaallly quicky! Which is easy when I'm in the city but, when i travel to where they don't carry cover-girl...a total bummer!!!
WHAT!?!?!?! I come back from being away for a year, casually strolling through the aisles, aiming to reunite with my deeply missed, absolute favorite, and only styling product (they didn't have this in Spain) to find that...Dear god, its been discontinued. In place of this, I have been using the wave spray from frieda, for brunettes (forgot name)..its alright, but not nearly as good as this stuff...its a good thing I've been weaned off this...but the loss will definitley stay in my heart.
When I first got this, the affair began. My usually stick straight but thick long lashes never really held a curl well until this came along. And then, two weeks later, I stupidly left it in the washroom at this restaurant. I nearly died, and didn't even blink at the need to buy another one. Sure there are curlers you can get for like $3 bucks but, they won't give you results like this. Get to it girls, make the investment, you wont regret it.
I keep pretending like I don't like this smell. I first discovered it in France, initially drawn because the bottle was so pretty. And for some reason, everytime I went back to sephora (many..) even with their huge selection of fragrances (uh..have you been to the one on Champs?!?!? MASSIVE!)..this would always be the one I eventually sprayed on myself. Why the denial? Well, I HATE BABYPOWDER. And although this does remind me of it, I still really like it. I think thats why I kept spraying it, because I was so curious as to why I liked it..but I do. And I think its because its much more than babypowder...theres this, spicy/ almost citrusy smell to it, and for some reason, all this mixed up with babypowder smell, it becomes beautiful, and inviting. So yes..I have purchased this perfume..and am still in denial everytime I wear it...but I'm also in heaven because, what?!?! I do smell good! EDIT: I tried Kenzo le perfume and I definitely don't like it as much as this...le perfume reminds me of the smell of silly putty (remember, in that little red egg shaped container?) Yeah, it's too sweet and I find not as complex as the original flower, which is still yummmm to me.
My mom came back from a trip and gave me this little box that said 'coco chanel' on it. I normally wear coco mademoiselle, and she mixed them up! Anyway, I opened it up and it was this little heavy black and gold swivel compact with a coco pressed powder perfume thing in it. The compact is BEAUTIFUL! And so was the smell...Coco is so...intricate! However, its not for me..It doesn't suit my personality, but, for the type of woman I can imagine wearing this, its perfect...Too bad its not for me..I'd love to wip out that little compact for the world to see...its gorgeous!
Conditioner -Aveda - Sap Moss Conditioning Detangler [DISCONTINUED]

This stuff worked wonders on my hair! I went through this period with really damaged hair and bought all the conditioners that seemed worth it. This stuff definitly was. It took my straw and turned it into silk! My advice though is that you really need to wash it all out very well, or else it leaves a little bit of a waxy residue. Great texture, and the smell....oh my god! I just had to close my eyes, and I felt like I was out in the forest just after it rained. Sooooo nice!
A little on the thin side, so i'm never sure if all my hair has been covered. But I do love this conditioner very much. It gives the perfect amount of moisture, and doesn't leave any residue. I use it with the coordinating shampoo, and it makes my hair..which usually cannot decide if its straight or wavy- nicely wavy, shiny, soft, and never frizzy. Smells so so good, kinda like aveda's shampure, but less spicy. Lovely.
Yum! This smells divine! And it works really well too..so gentle, doesn't dry out my hair...although...I find it does not lather quite as much as I would like. Because I have long very thick hair, lather is my indicator of where I've shampooed and what hasn't been touched. But its not too big of a problem, this stuff is wonderful, and did I mention it smells amazing!
Normally I use this other moisturizer called Prescriptives all you need w/spf 15. But I buy this when I'm low on cash, and its pretty comparable to my other stuff, which is about 4 times the price. I use this because it is great. Its light, but moisturizes perfectly, makes my sking dewy and so soft. I love that it has spf and doesn't feel that way at all...so rare in moisturizers. They always feel so thick and gross, I just can't walk out of the house feeling like I'll be breaking out any minute! So yeah, this and Prescriptives all you need w/spf are my FAVORITES...and I've tried a lot of stuff!
hmmm...I used this one in the spf version. I did like it a lot when I first bought it. And I used to always only use it in the winter, because it was way too much for me in the summer. But a couple winters ago, for some reason it just wasn't so great anymore. My skin was moisturized but not soft...it kinda just..sat on my skin..and then I started breaking out a little..not hugely but i did. So I stopped, found Prescriptives all you need w/spf (which I can use both winter & summer w/ no problems) and have never looked back.
Ok...maybe it was because I was drunk..but there was this guy at the bar who smelled AMAZING. I couldn't stop smelling him! Luckly, he let me, and when I asked what it was, he said that amazingly, when he sweats, he sweats Polo Blue. I haven't checked it out while sober but if it really is what I remember, I may have to buy it for my man!
Fragrances -Narciso Rodriguez - Narciso Rodriguez for her

I like this a lot. And much more than the EDP, which I think isn't as creamy as this one. Its light...but can be a strong 'light' ...I dunno how to explain it. But I always feel pretty when I wear it...I don't think it smells anything like coco mademoiselle, I own that one too and thats why I bought this...for the change! Unfortunately, I don't wear this too much because I smell it on EVERYONE! Girls at work, the clients!...ahhh! Its like the 'good smell' uniform! Oh well...on occasions, I still really love it. Lasts forever too!
